Two hours before the party,
Ragini and Kabir were together in Kabir's room passing time.

Ragini sees the time and thinking she has to leave for Naina's house says,

"Kabir, I am going...Its an important meeting."
And gets up.

"No!! Please dont go! Cmon yaar its my birthday!"
Says Kabir.

"Stop acting like a kid...."
Ragini says and chuckles.

Suddenly, the phone rings...Kabir looks irritated.

"Pick up the phone."
Ragini says to him.

He loathedly picks the call.

"Hello...hmmm..okay..alright!!"
And he cuts the call.

"Strange, Dad is calling me to sign the cheque at the office but chequebook is at the house."
Kabir says thinking.

"Is Naina also there?"
She asks straightly.

"Yaaa!"
He answers but still confued.

But Ragini understood everything. She looks on.....

At the office,

All arrangements were done. Laksh and Naina were really excited and Kabir's Dad was waiting as well. They switch of the lights and hear footsteps of someone coming.

And they see a black figure right there. They immedialtely turn the lights on and shout,

"Surpriseee!!!! Happy Birthday!!!!"
All the staff along with Naina, Laksh and Alok shout.

But to their bad, the person standing there wasnt Kabir but his driver.

" What are you doing here?"
Alok shouts.

"Sir, Chote sahab has sent this cheque and has asked me to tell you that the chequebook was at home!"
The driver says and goes.

Laksh looks shocked.
Naina was disheartened while Alok sighs.

Next day,

Laksh and Naina barge into Ragini's office angrily and thumps on her desk.

"Why didnt you let Kabir come in the party?"
Laksh asks angrily.

"The one which was at Naina's home?"
Ragini asks giving him a look sarcastically.

"Woh....The plane changed at the last moment."
He reasons still glaring her.

"Then why wasnt I informed about that?"
She asks playing with the pencil in her hands looking straightly into his eyes.

"There were many changes so we forgot to tell you!!"
Laksh comes up with the decided excuse.

Ragini sighs and says..

"Then think, that even I forgot to tell you. Simple. Huffff....Sit...Baith ke baat karte hain.."

Laksh and Naina settle down.
Ragini leans on her chair and says with attitude,

"You want Kabir and I too want him!"

Laksh and Naina sigh as their truth gets out.

"And why not? He is rich. He has money and who doesnt love money?"
Ragini says chuckling like a villian.

Naina's eyes widen at this.

Laksh embarks....

"I knew it!! I knew this!! That she doesnt love Kabir but his money!! I knew it that she is a gold digger!!"

"Yeah...you guessed it right! But what about you? Dont you love his money??"
Ragini asks raising her eyebrow.

"Ohh Offcourse, NOT!!"
Laksh replies determined.

"Really? Free falling! Para gliding! Trips!! Who organizes all this? "
Ragini asks with a smirk.

At this Laksh and Naina shut down.

Laksh was equally rich but he never showed. Neither Kabir let him invest too. So he just kept quite.

Ragini moves towards Naina and says...

"You have 2 best friends right? But you chose Kabir instead of Laksh...Why? I'll tell you...Because you work in his dad's company and you know everything about their business. You could have easily managed to make them all  on your name!!"

"No.oo.ooo.."
Naina stumbles.

"Oh puhlease! Iss room mein koi bhi Doodh ka dhula nahi hai! What do you think, I cant see anything? Calling him in the disco, Making lunch for him and that surprise party?? Ha..!"
Ragini says standing up and stands taking support of the table.

She goes behind them and then leans on the headrest of both of their chairs. They both halfly turn towards her.

"Listen to me very carefully, Dont try to come between me and Kabir's money!! Either take it as an advice or a full on threat!!! Now Get out!!"
She says standing straight.

Laksh and Naina couldnt say anything.

Screen takes a shift where Laksh and Naina are down her business's building..

"What a cow!! How dare she say that all!! Uska to munh tod doon!!"
(I'll break her jaw...)
Laksh says frustrated.

"Munh todne ki baat na kar, tune toh kuch bola bhi nahi!!"
(Dont say of breaking her jaw, You didnt speak even a single word in front of her!)
Naina says rolling her eyes.

"Yaaa...Like you said a lot! Huh!"
Laksh says sarcastically. Naina too goes quite.

"Paglu? Am I really a friend to you both  or of your money?"
Naina asks getting affected.

"Dont be stupid Guddu!! Lets call Kabir!!"
Laksh says getting irritated.

"Hmmm.."
She hmm feeling low.

In the Club,

"Kabir!! You wont believe this! Ragini is a gold digger..."
Naina says.

"She doesnt love you but your money!! Huh! Beautiful witch!"
Laksh says angrily.

"Why are you doing all this?"
Kabir asks not looking towards them!

"I know this all is shocking but---"
Naina tries to say but Kabir cuts in between..

"This is shocking!! I did know about this all!!"
Kabir says now looking towards them with displeasure.

"You knnneewwwww thisss!!! Then are you insane?"
Laksh asks amazed. Kabir rolls his eyes.

"When Ragini told me about this all that you will do an act like this, this was shocking!!! If you guys didnt like Ragini, then you must have told this to me!!!"
Kabir says in a higher tone angrily.

"What!?"
Both Naina and Laksh get shocked of things Kabir was saying.

"And you crossed your limits when you went to her office amd gave her a threat!!"
Kabir says displeased.

"We threatened her!!??? Dude, no!! She threatened us!!"
Laksh says emphasising.

"Childishness is okay but this is leviticus!! (Chichhorapan)"

"Ek number ki jhoothi hai woh!!"
(She is liar number one!!)

"Enough Paglu!!! I won't tolerate a word against her!!"
Kabir says angrily.

"No!! You have to listen!! She is sucking your blood!!"
Laksh says trying to make him understand.

"Thats it Laksh!!"
Kabir says stubbornly.

"Why arent you understanding!!"
Laksh says making his pitch a lil higher!

"Ennough!!! If you had to lie, you should have a found a better one!! But this, Tchhh!! You guys are sickkk!!!!"
Says Kabir and storms off.

"Wai---ttt Kabi----r??? Che!!! Can you believe this???? He fought with us for her? This is unbelievable!! "
Laksh gets angry.

Naina feels sad and then they look at Ragini who was standing just a few steps away from them.

She was smirking. She comes to them and says.

"People actually don't understand the value of free advice nowadays!! Tch tch! Coming to the point, this was just a beginning! If you tried to do any of the stupidity again, I'll not leave you!! "
She says coming near to Laksh and points her finger on his chest.

Then backing off, she gives a look to Naina and was about to go when Laksh holds her wrist and pulls her back to him. She dashes on his chest.1

Due to her heels, she gets unbalanced and both of them stumble. Laksh takes the support of a nearby table while she was all over him. Their faces very close.

They get stuck over the same position for a while. Naina chuckles looking at their expressions.

"Rab ne bana di jodi!"
She murmurs to herself and chuckles.

Meanwhile,
Laksh lifts himself straight not leaving Ragini as her hand was in his still. He says their faces very close to each other,

"Its a challenge then! I'll not let you win this game...Naina and Kabir will end up at last and this is my promise!!"
He says giving her a wink. She rolls her eyes at him.

"And this is what you call overconfidence! So you wont backoff right?? Okay then, Lets keep the game up!!"
She says and gives him a wink too.

He smirks and she pushes him away coming out of his grip and goes passing her smirk to him.

He keeps looking in her direction.

Naina pats on his shoulder.

"Hmmm?"
He asks.

"What was that?"
She asks.

"Didntt you see? I threatened her!!"
Laksh says turning back to her.

"It was a threat!!? Haha!! Stop kidding!!"
She says chuckling.

"Oh shut up!!"
Laksh says.

"You know what, I just started shipping both of you!! What a powerful couple you both will make!! A powerpack dhamaaka!!"
She says chuckling.

"Stop it Naina!! She is a gold digger! The villian of our story!"
He says.

"Maybe!"
She responds seeing Ragini and Kabir on the other side of bar together.

Screen freezes....
