Chapter Nineteen

Nakaharap sa amin si Mike habang hawak-hawak ni Anglo ang kamay ko. Lily is currently staying inside Mike's car so that she won't hear anything of our conversation. Ramdam ko ang sobrang higpit na hawak ni Anglo sa kamay ko.

Natatakot ba siya?

Nandito kami ngayon sa parking lot. Dito kami dinala ni Mike nang makita niya kami kanina sa loob ng Mall.

"Savitri, I'll give you ten minutes to explain."

"Pre, hindi 'to kasalanan ni Avi—"

"I'm not talking to you."

Nag-angat ako ng tingin at nakita ko ang matalim na tingin ni Mike kay Anglo. I looked at Anglo and I just smiled at him, "He's my kidnapper—" hindi ko naituloy ang sasabihin ko nang biglang suntukin ni Mike si Anglo.

"Oh my gosh, Mike! Stop it!"

Hinila ko palayo si Mike kay Anglo nang akmang susuntukin niya ulit ito, "Why are you stopping me? That guy kidnapped you at siya pa talaga ang kakampihan mo?!"

"No, it's not what you think. May kailangan siya sa akin—"

"Damn! Uto-uto ka talaga, Savitri!"

I slapped Mike because of what he said. My hands are trembling, it looks like he triggered me to be like this. Nabaling ang mukha ni Mike sa ibang direksiyon at gulat na tinignan ako, "What the heck, Savy?"

"How could you say that to me?! Anong uto-uto? You don't know what I've been through since I left our Mansion. Anglo's family took care of me when I'm not in the good shape. At anong narinig ko noong umuwi ako? Mas inuna nilang hanapin ang taong nagnakaw sa kompanya namin kesa hanapin ang sarili nilang anak! Now tell me Mike, uto-uto pa rin ba ako dahil mas pinili kong mag-stay sa bahay ng kidnapper ko kesa sa pamilya ko?!"

Mike was stunned when I finished saying that. I felt Anglo grab my hand so I turned around. The worry on his face was obvious when he saw me. Mike was about to touch me pero mas pinili kong humakbang patalikod, "Don't touch me, Mike!"

"L-Look, I'm sorry. Let's talk about it. I'm your cousin, Savitri, natural lang na mag-alala ako dahil nalaman kong siya pala ang kidnapper mo and worst is sa kanila ka pa nakatira."

Huminga ako nang malalim bago tinignan si Anglo at tumango, "Let's go to Anglo's house."

NAKAUPO si Mike sa sofa habang nililibot ang paningin sa loob ng bahay nila Anglo. Wala rin si Tita Miriam dahil nalaman namin kay Tito Noel na pumunta pala ito sa bahay nila Bella upang maglaba. I can't imagine my Mom washing someone's clothes.

This must be hard for them.

Tumikhim ako kaya nakuha ko ang atensiyon ni Anglo at Mike, "Anglo, could you please leave us for a minute?" Tumango lang ito sa akin at lumabas na ng bahay nila.

I looked at Mike and I saw that his forehead creased when he noticed that I'm staring at him, "You're staying here?"

"Yes and please don't judge their house just because it's small, alright?" Inirapan lang ako nito and nag-dekwatro.

"I'll stay here for good. Hindi ko alam kung kailan ako uuwi sa amin. I find this place so peaceful kaya 'wag ka ng magtangkang pauwiin ako sa'min. And besides, I don't wanna see Zach."

Bumaling ang tingin sa akin ni Mike nang sabihin ko 'yon, "You don't wanna see your fiancé? Why's that?"

"Look, hindi ganoon kababaw ang dahilan ko para umalis sa amin at mag-stay dito. Noong umuwi ako sa amin galing kila Anglo, 'yung naabutan mo ako sa kwarto ko, you told me that I should stay at Zach's condo instead of here. I would like to thank you since you insisted that I should stay at Zach's and that's the time when I found out that he's cheating on me."

"What?! How come? You two are already engaged!"

"That's what I thought too. I wouldn't tell to you the name of that woman since I haven't seen her yet."

Nakita kong kumuyom ang mata ni Mike kaya tumaas ang sulok ng labi ko. I know that he's mad because of Zach but I don't want him to get involve.

This problem is mine.

I should deal with this alone.

"I'm going to kill that bastard once I—"

"Don't. Just don't do it, Mike. Let me handle this alone. I just want you to support me."

Mike just sighed and eventually nodded after a second, "Let me know if you need my help."

It's been 3 hours since Mike left. He decided to stay at the Hotel near Anglo's neighborhood. Ayaw niya raw kasing mawala na naman ako sa paningin niya. Ang akala ko nga ay kasama niya si Queny but it turns out that she's in Taiwan again.

I miss Queny. Bukod kasi kay Mike ay siya rin ang sinasabihan ko ng problema ko regarding Zach. I was happy when Mike told me earlier that he will propose to Queny next month.

Sana nga ay makauwi na ako sa susunod na buwan.

I want my parents to meet Anglo. I know that they would be a hindrance at first but I want them to love those people that I love.

"Ayos ka lang ba?"

I didn't bother to answer Anglo. I just want to feel this moment. He's on my bed right now. Nakahiga kaming dalawa sa kama ko habang siya ay nasa likuran ko at nakayakap sa akin mula sa likod. He keeps on stroking my hair which give chills on me.

Humarap ako sa kaniya at mabilis siyang hinalikan sa labi.

I smiled because the shock on his face was obvious. Ngumiti siya sa akin at siniil ako ng halik na ginantihan ko naman.

He started to explore his hands around my body. He deepened the kiss while caressing my back. I arched my body when he suddenly touched my breast. Lumayo ako ng bahagya sa kaniya at tinitigan siya sa kaniyang mata.

Lust is visible on his eyes, "Tell me to stop, Avi, then I'll stop."

I shook my head, "Go on."

He started to kiss me again which makes me excited. To think that Anglo is lusting over me is so unbelievable. He's the type of guy that's quiet kaya hindi halata ang side niyang ganito.
