Chapter 3

Yoo Ri's P.O.V

"For the 100th time, I can't bring you to him." Hoseok grabbed onto my shoulders as I tried to get out of my room.

"I don't get it. Why can't I even see him?" I asked.

"You can't! You don't understand how insane he is now. Something got to him and we're trying to figure out what." Hoseok sternly said.

I was right, my dream was a dream.

But it was true, Jimin went insane in real life.

Somehow I kept losing memories about it.

I completely forgot what happened just before.

Maybe that dream was hinting me about it...

"I need to see him." I demanded.

"No. He could do bad things to you." Hoseok said, "Though he's in the hospital right now, he's going to be sent to an asylum soon. The news is crazy right now." He commented.

"You're going to have to stay at home... You have guards now. So listen to me, don't do anything dumb. Mdm Kwon has her eyes on us right now. She's watching us like a hawk." Hoseok leaned in, whispering into my ears.

I gulped, then slowly looked around me.

"Just, stay at home. Don't go out. And... Forget him." Hoseok emphasized on the last 2 words.

Those words pierced through my hard.

It hurts.

That was the feeling of hurt.

I found out how bad it was.

"I... I need to go. I'll come by later." The man said, before giving me a quick smile and leaving.

As soon as the door closed behind me, I let the tears stream down my face.

insane?

how does it feel like to be insane?

I needed answers.

What happened? How did it happen?

Why out of nowhere, he goes insane?

How did I forget?

Did he do something?

And most importantly...

Why does it burn so much on the left side of my chest?

Why are my tears still flowing?

So much.

Too much.

I need to wipe them away.

Jimin?

Where are you...

What happened to you.

Hoseok's P.O.V

"God damn it I know!!" I raised my voice at the 5 boys surrounding me, "I know I can't let her meet him."

"When he went crazy, he almost killed her." Yoongi commented.

"Yea, heck, it's a little too much. I'm worried for him." Jin said.

"What drove him to madness though?" Jungkook suddenly voiced out.

All of us turned and looked at him.

"I think he hit depression." Taehyung said, "It's not something to be taken lightly."

We all stared down the ground, not knowing what to do.

We can't leave him.

But neither can we stay.

"We'll get him a good psychiatrist. Let's see if he'll get his sanity back any time soon." Namjoon patted my back.

"That's one worry. Another thing I'm worried about is Yoo Ri... She's not coping well. She had a bad dream about Jimin. And she woke up, asking me if he was still normal. She didn't know. It was as if she forgot." I explained.

"I don't know how to help her. And I have a new drama. I don't have time to talk to her and meet her. I can't leave her alone." I sighed, rubbing my temples.

"How about, I'll go talk to her. Afterall, I'm the most alike to Jimin among all of us here. I can try helping her cope somehow. And I have the least schedule here. You all have your dramas and emceeing for music shows anyways." Jungkook suggested.

Everyone eyed him.

Some of us raised our eyebrows in suspicion. Is he genuinely helping or taking advantage of the situation.

"You're normally not this open to girls though." Yoongi said.

"Well, she's a special one who I actually know. And the least I can do to help Jimin is to take care of his beloved one." Jungkook softly said.

"Let him do it." I replied, no emotions able to come out of my words.

The others looked at me, surprised.

"I don't want my sister to be missing Jimin forever. She needs someone to accompany her through her journey." I huffed, then patted Jungkook's shoulder.

"I trust you." I muttered, and the little boy nodded with assurance.

Jungkook's P.O.V

After the guards knew my identity, they let me in the building.

Where she lived.

Alone...

She's alone. All she had was Jimin who would spend all his time with her.

Now she lost him.

I opened the main door, quickly.

And then I looked forward, there was a man that seemed slightly familiar. I couldn't get when.

"O-Oh, what are you doing here?" The girl asked me.

She was escorting that guy out, until I came in the way.

"Ah, I just wanted to hang around with someone." I calmly replied.

The man widened his eyes as he looked at me. He knew who I was.

"Hello. I'm... Hyunwoo." He introduced, and I nodded, "I'm Jungkook."

We smiled at each other warmly, before I stepped out of his way.

"I guess I'll be seeing you around." I muttered under my breath, and no one heard it.

And as that guy left, I turned to look at the gjrl.

Huh, to think she used to be a hardcore fan of BTS but has chosen to solo stan Jimin instead.

Kiddings.

She wasn't exposed to these things.

"Hello." I greeted again and she nodded her head, "Again, What are you really here for?"

She looked behind me, as if searching for something.

Or someone.

"Is Jimin not with you?" She asked, in a softer voice.

Damn it.

She's still thinking about him.

I shook my head, "I know you've heard about what happened."

"And I genuinely want to hang out with you. The other members are busy..." I said.

"Who was that man?" I asked as I walked in her house, sitting down on her couch.

"Neighbour." she replied, biting her lips as she looked down.

"Why was he here?" I asked another question, and she looked back up at me.

"He came to talk to me..." She sighed, "He saw the news about Jimin's mental health."

I only sat there as I watched her tears slowly form.

Before they could fall, I used my thumb, wiping away her tears.

I grabbed her face, looking directly into her eyes.

"Trust me, it won't hurt, if you forget." I assured her.

Her stray tears were staining her cheeks.

She nodded, then made me let go of her.

Her sniffles were non stop as she sat there, looking into blank space.

"Wanna go out?" I suggested and the girl turned to look at me.

"Where?" She asked.

"Somewhere nice." I only gave her a playful smile, which led her sadness slowly turn into happiness.

"It'll be a surprise. Let's go. Don't worry, I've gotten permission." I assured her, knowing that she would've been worried about the guards and Mdm Kwon.

"I guess... I'll go." She unsurely said, yet chose to anyways.

(SKIP)

"Again..." She muttered, looking down.

I looked to the girl next to me, wondering why she seemed so upset.

"I've been here before..." She huffed, looking at the scenery.

Her steps slowed down, "Jimin brought me here."

Oh.

I didn't know me and Jimin would be that similar to bring her to the same place.

"Well, let's enjoy our time here more then." I said.

I pitied this girl. She was all broken inside but she couldn't see it.

Only outsiders could. I could.

She didn't move, only standing on the platform, looking at my movements.

I slipped out of my slippers, then looked at her stepping out of hers too.

I grabbed my slippers with one hand, about to go, but the girl didn't do anything else.

I shook my head, before stepping onto the sand, then holding her left hand.

"Come on, join me." I said, tugging onto her arm.

She looked at me, pouting. She eventually gave in, and stepped onto the sand.

"It feels weird on my feet." She frowned, rubbing her bare feet on the sand.

I took her shoes with my other hand, then ran nearer towards the waves.

"The beach is like this all the time. You'll get used to it." I raised my voice as I got further and further away from the girl.

She huffed, before running towards my direction.

I placed our slippers down on a safe platform, before walking towards the sea.

"Can I put on my slippers?" The girl asked me, "It feels really weird."

She was practically begging me at that moment with her puppy eyes.

"You won't want to wear your slippers, trust me." I chuckled, "But you really don't want to walk around barefoot?"

She wasn't really exposed to these areas before, I understand.

"It's weird." She pouted sadly.

I stared at her, before suggesting, "I can carry you around. Feel the breeze together."

She laughed slightly, but rejecting my offer.

"I can't burden you. I'll just live with this, it's bearable." She calmly said.

Girls. Always lying to themselves.

Instesd of listening to her, I picked her up easily since she was as light as a feather.

"Hey!" She knotted her eyebrows together.

"Put me down!!" She screamed when she realised I was going nearer and nearer the waters.

"It's fun! Trust me, being in the water is fun." I assured.

"Is it gonna be cold?" She asked me with her beady eyes.

"Why not, you check." I simply said, and the girl shot me a glare.

She's a fun one to be with. Her reactions are all cute.

"Kidding." I said and she sighed in relief, "Can't let you go in alone. I'll have to too."

Her eyes opened wide, and that happened.
