Lena's POV

I heard all about it from the commotion upstairs, Savannah had made a run for it and Preston and Lachlan were assigned to watch over Mitch and I down in the basement. We stayed down in the basement for a good 5 minutes when Mitch saw the perfect opportunity to run, and so she did up the stairs and out the back door.

Mitchelle's POV

I was down in the basement with Lena, Preston, and Lachlan, when I saw the perfect opportunity to run and I took it as I knew neither of them would expect me to run. I ran out the front door out into through the woods. I felt the fright wrap around me after I ran into the woods again. "Guys! I just got texted that Mitch escaped the basement!" I hear Vikk yell in the distance.

"SHIT!!!" I hear Rob and Benja yell back at the same time in an even farther distance.

"Don't worry we will find her or she will come back. I mean she even know that the border of Canada is 2 hours away and the nearest city in 3 ½ hours away and that is in a car!" I hear Jerome yell back but he is close to me and I can see his outline in the near distance behind a couple of trees. I immediately sprint in the other direction of where Jerome is. But I accidentally run into a tree.

"OWWWW!" I yelled as I fell to the ground.

"Lookie at who I found!" I hear then see someone stand right above me, Vikk. "Guys I found her!" He yelled out and I heard the crunching of dry leaves and twigs snap. I wanted to get up and continue to try to run but I was frightened so much I couldn't move my body. I see that Benja is carrying Savannah in his arms, but she is passed out. 'Damnit! They must have used the chloroform cloth again.' I thought to myself.

Rob picked me up and put some cloth over my mouth and I felt the world grow darker and darker as I didn't even put up a fight.

Lena's POV

As soon as Mitch left, Lachlan grabbed my upper arm.

"Just so you don't get any ideas." He told me in a stern I have never heard before. "Text Vikk that Mitchelle escaped and I will take care of Lena so we don't lose her too." He continued telling Preston. I squirmed trying to escape Lachlan's surprisingly strong grip and the more I tried to get out he grabbed my arm hard. I quickly gave up my fight realizing that I wouldn't be able to out of Lachlan's grip.

Lachlan then started to pull me towards another room in the basement. He then opened the door and pulled me in and pulled me towards the corner diagonally opposite of the door. The room was dark and eerily silent. As he pulled me closer to the corner I saw pole that came out of the floor and went into the wall halfway up the wall. He pushed me to the ground hard enough to make me fall but not hard enough to hurt me. I then saw him grab a couple of handcuffs and he grabbed one of my wrists and connected me to the pole and did the same with the other pair on one of my ankles. After I was stuck to the pole; upon closer inspection I figured out it was an old pipe; he turned around and left the room slamming the door behind him. I winced at the loud suddenness.

A/N Sorry for the late chapter post but I started high school today. YAY! (sarcasm much included) but I will write whenever I can! SO ON THAT NOTE LEXZREAD OUT!
