Don't leave me Natsu

" We need do get him to the hospital right now! " Lucy cried out. Gray slung Natsu over his shoulder. They get into the limo and the driver speeds down the road to the hospital. They get Natsu on a gurney almost immediately. They have to rush him to the ER to get the bullet out. Once they do they get him set up with a heart monitor. Lucy sighed of relied once the doctors told her that Natsu was out of danger for the time being. But they also told her that he was in a coma. Lucy knew that Natsu was strong and wouldn't just give up on them like that. " You can rest easy bow Lucy " Erza smiled. Lucy nodded, but then all of a sudden her vision becomes hazy. She fades in and out of consciousness. " Lucy! Lucy! Lucy! " She heard someone calling her name but it became quieter every second. She passed out and Erza caught her. The doctors put her in the room that was beside Natsu. " Is she alright? " They asked concerned. Natsu was already hurt, and if he heard that they let Lucy and the baby get hurt as well while he was out, then they would hear from it the rest of their lives, if they survive his outbursts. " Miss heartfilia has passed out from stress. But she might not wake up right away either... " He said. " Why not?! " Erza asked. " It's the simple fact that she refuses to. She doesn't want to accept the reality so she will sleep, and not wake up " He said. " How can we wake her up?! " Levy asked. " She will wake up on her own. She cannot stand more than two days of this. " The doctor reassured them. They thank the doctor and he leaves. First Natsu... Now Lucy and the baby.... What would Happen next? Levy thought. Gray was in the other room. " Your such an idiot. You get yourself into a coma, and leave your girl all stressed out and now she's refusing to wake up. You really gotta get your shit together man. Your about to be a father for Christ's sake " He scolded the sleeping Natsu. Your Lucky I can't move or else I'd knock you into next week! Wait did you say something about Luce?! Is she okay?! Natsu thought. It was ok he could do. " If you can hear me your probably threatening me. Which I reply with; dream on ya dumb flame brain!! " Gray said. Ice prick! Natsu thought. " And then you'd probably be worried about Lucy's condition. But don't be, the doctor says she's just sleeping because she refused to accept the reality that your in a coma and wants to stay asleep. He also said that she should wake up in the next two days " He informed him. That's a relief... Natsu thought. Natsu and gray are best friends, they know each other like the back of their hand. They grew up together, ever since they were babies, since their fathers were best friends and their mother's were best frenemies. That's why gray could determine what he was thinking. He suddenly got serious. " Lisanna... She's behind this whole thing. She's got those people who kidnapped Lucy to form an alliance with her. She'll probably be hunting her since she wants to kill her. But don't worry cause me and the guys will protect her and the kid with our lives " Gray promised. I trust you guys... Natsu said. " Well, that's all I've got to report for now " Gray said as he pushed himself off the wall. He heads out the door, but he stops when he's at the frame. " Wake up soon. Lucy will need the father of her baby to be there when she gives birth " He said, and continues to walk out. I'll try but that's easier said than done... Natsu thought.

~Three days later~

Lucy sits beside Natsu. His heart beat is steady as it always is. She holds his hand. " I need you to come back to me Natsu. I don't know how but you dug your way so deep into my heart that no one can pull you out. I love you, I can't live without you " She said as a tear drops out of her eye, and streams down her cheeks. Luce!! Why is your voice quivering? Are you crying?! I promise I'll wake up soon and hold you so no one will make you cry again! He thought. He wanted to get up and high her right now, but no matter how hard he tried his body still wouldn't move. Not even an inch. Damn lisanna! I swear when I get out of this coma I'll kill you!! He thought. But then he realized. If I do that Mira will probably end my life too.... So I'll just throw you in jail for life or something like that. Where your still alive so Mira doesn't kill me... He reconsiders, he felt scared thinking of what Mira had don't to him in the past, that one time he messed up lisanna's sand castle that she had worked on all day. Lucy squeezed his hand tightly. I wish he could hold my hand back right now. That would be so amazing. Lucy thought. But all she could do was pray, hope, and wish for Natsu to wake up. She ends up falling asleep and leaning her head on his chest. " I love you.. Stay with me please... " She muttered in her sleep. Natsu's conscience chuckled. I love you too Luce... But I never expected you to be a sleep talker he thought. Lucy stayed the night there. She did this quite often, whenever she visits. She stayed by his side all night, and one of the others would come to pick her up and take her home. She would go back the next day again, and again. She decided this would be the process until he finally wakes up and is able to hold her again. " I miss you... Come back.... " She muttered. I'm on my way Luce... Natsu thought.
