Locked up in an unventilated room was really bad. I just had to find a way to get out before the ransom was paid. Luckily for me, i still had the hair pin i used in my hair this morning and just like in thw movies, i decided to try my luck.

Turning and twisting the pin in thw lock, i saw that i hadnt got any luck.

Tears sprang down my cheeks. Life indeed wasnt as enjoyable as i always thought it to be.

Sometimes life was difficult and other times too, it was easy-going.

" You ain't gonna deny this sumptuous meal, are you?" The kidnapper asked budging in.

"Im not hungry!" I screamed at him.

"Y'all are heartless and now i dont care anymore have you heard me? Yeah.... i dont care. Y'all can go to hell for all i care or even do me a great favor by killing..."

Before i could end my statement, a slap landed on my cheek.

" Now listen," he said...." you had better shut that tramp before i beat the hell out of you. Make sure you clear the entire bowl of soup before my master comes or else...

"Or else what!" I said right back when he ended his statement.

"You'll be dead meat," he retorted.

Taking the bowl in which the food was put, i threw it into his face and tried to force my way out of door but he wisely had locked it when he had entered.

"What the f***" I cried.

He grabbed me by the leg and dragged me down. He wanted to take advantage of me by pinning me to the floor but I screamed out loud.

"What is going on there Jade?" a voice from outside asked.

He quickly panicked, jumped off me, put himself in order and responded.

"Nothing, seriously. It's just that the brat is trying to be naughty."

"I'm not a brat," I screamed at him and he hit me so hard that my head knocked the ground and darkness was all i saw next.

Lisa is my name and i am the only child of parents who hardly have time for me. My parent are damn rich, i mean "d.a.m.n" rich.

To this extent, i never lacked anything because they never thought twice to get me what i wanted. Not that i ever wanted my own aircraft but if i were to seek that from them, i was sure to get it as soon as possible and yes, that is how pampered my parents could make me.

Jennie, my nanny, was a wonderful woman. She was my second mum or should i say first. Well, i could because my birth mum was never there like other mums were for their daughters.

Jennie on the other hand was and that was how fucked up the mummy-daughter relationship was in my case.

Well not that im ungrateful to God for the kind of parents he gave me but i belived if Jennie were to be my birth mum, id be very happy but then again life would rather have been tough.

I couldnt imagine myself doing all chores including washing, sweeping and what have you as well as cooking all the time.

"Christ! What have you done," Robin asked.

" This girl was being tougher than i thought. I didn't mean to..

"No. Just shut up!" Robin screamed.

"What's your problem?" Jade asked him. He mumbled a few words on his lips and then got out.

Lisa's POV
I woke up with my vision blur.

I had a wet towel on my forehead and was just wondering what had happened to me. Well, it seems someone had been trying to sort of cool my nerves and thus when I woke up I felt so relieved.

I just had to get out of the damn place and I had to do this as soon as possible. There was no more time to waste.

Robin

Yeah, I could not deny that she was a pretty girl. She's looked so vulnerable as i cared for her but well, this is business. Gotta keep my feelings in place for now.

I could play 'goodboy' in the future and get into her pants. Right now, the focus was the money. Any other thing could be done later thanks to the human-like mask i wore.

It made me seem like a different person when my real look was actually underneath.

Katylyn

Where could she be now Drake? I have been calling her phone for hours now and i am feeling strange.

Ive got a bad feeling about this.

I guess its about time we informed the police.

"No baby, you know we cant file a report. Its not been 24hours yet so she cant be declared missing. Lets just wait a little while. She might have decided to hang out with some of her friends." My husband said to comfort me.

"But she would have informed me. She would have called. She always does even though i haven't been there for her. " I said worried.

Drake,my husband gathered me in his arms giving me a soothing hug.

"What have i done to deserve this. My angel's is gone just when i took a break from work to give her more of my attention. I should be the worst mother in the world right now," i said in his embrace.

"Dont say that." He said looking into my eyes. You are strong and i am with you in this.

"You wont ever leave me will you?" I asked.

He looked down at me with my face between his palms and kissed me passionately.

"I wont ever leave you. I promise to be by you forever," he whispered.

For a moment, he made me feel safe and less worried. I just had to wait a little longer.
I knew Drake had my back and would never let anything happen to our daughter. Not in a million years to come.
