Hey guys if you get confused by something Lord Death says in a flashback, I updated the 2nd chapter, and just added in the line "I can't believe you feel that way about Soul..."
BLACK STAR'S POV
Earlier today, when Soul said he didn't want to play basketball with me, I got curious as to why, so I followed him and Maka out of their house. I listened to their conversation a little bit, then realized they were trying to find their way to Kid's house, so when they took a wrong turn, I just ran straight to Kid's house to see why they were going there so early. When I got there, I hid behind a bush, praying Kid wasn't paying attention to my soul. He was talking to his dad about something, and I tried my best to hear the conversation that had just started. Most of it was hard to hear, and none of it really stuck out to me, except for one part.

"I can't believe you feel that way about Soul..... I can't believe my son is gay...." Lord Death said. I had to put my hand over my mouth to stop myself from laughing. I would never believe Kid was gay and liked Soul if I hadn't heard what he said next.

"So what if I'm gay?" He said, and he said something else too, but I didn't really care what he was saying.

I saw Soul and Maka start to come up from behind the house, and as Lord Death was leaving, they started yelling at each other on the side of the house.

"You like Kid, don't you?" Maka asked Soul.

"Are you calling me gay?" Soul yelled, and this went on for a while, but Soul never answered Maka's question with a yes or a no.

I started to come up with a plan in my head. Every time we did group sleepovers like this, we either played truth or dare or spin the bottle, so if it was truth or dare, I was going to pick one of them to do dirty things to each other, then get Kid to change clothes for half an hour and have a symmetry moment, then let Soul go check on him. Everything worked out just as planned.

KID'S POV

"What does Patti mean you were right Black Star?!?" I yelled.

"I knew you two had feelings for each other so I set this up!" Black Star said.

"MAKA I SWEAR IF YOU TOLD HIM-"I started yelling.

"Wait you told Maka before everyone else?" Black Star said. "I found out because I was listening to you talk to your dad earlier when I got bored."

"SO YOU LISTENED TO MY CONVERSATION WITH MY DAD, AND AFTER I EVEN SAID I HAVE THINGS I WANT TO KEEP PRIVATE IN MY LIFE AND THAT BEING ONE OF THEM, YOU CONTINUED LISTENING? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?" I yelled. I felt like the blood was draining from my face but at the same time I felt like I was blushing. "IT'S BAD ENOUGH THAT I CONSTANTLY HAVE MY DAD WATCHING ME I DON'T NEED MORE PEOPLE LISTENING IN ON ALL MY CONVERSATIONS!"

"Kid, calm down!" Maka yelled.

"Did you guys hear enough to know what happened in there or do you need an explination of what was going on?" Soul asked. I looked over at Soul, seeing how his face was a crimson red. I was wandering if he was going to tell them what we did in there, and I hung my head.

"Just the 'I love you' part." Liz giggled.

"Kid was having a little symmetrical moment about his hair when he finished changing and I was trying to calm him down." Soul said.

"Why didn't you just come get us?" Liz asked Soul.

"Yeah, weknow how to calm him down better than anyone!" Patti said.

"B-because I meant every word I said in there. I love Kid and I want to be there for him. It's not like every time he has a symmetry moment with me around, that you two will be right outside a door." Soul said. I looked up at him when he said he loved me. I didn't think he really meant it when he said it in the room, but I guess I was wrong.

"Aaaaaawwwwwwww" everybody said in unison (except for Soul and I, or course).

"Sh-shut up, guys! Are we gunna go back to truth or dare or what?" Soul asked, changing his voice from an annoyed tone in his first sentence to a light hearted and happy tone in the second sentence.
