It's been 3 days, the boys started to go back to their normal sleeping schedule.
It was midnight, you have just tucked the boys in and told them the story of Pinocchio.
When they had fallen asleep you gave them each a kiss on the head and left the room.

As soon as you left the room mickey opened his eyes and climbed out of his bed, throwing his red and white blanket over his shoulders and walked to the window that's right by their bed. He opens the curtains and opened the window, the moonlight lighting up the dark room a bit and fresh air coming in the room.

Oswald opened his eyes too when he heard the window open, he sat up and see his little brother looking out the now opened window with his blanket draped around his shoulders. "Mickey what are you doing up?" Oswald asked,mickey flinched and look up at his older brother "O-oh sorry ozzy, I just wanted to look outside...." Mickey said, he knows he's supposed to be asleep but he really wanted to look out and look at the full moon.

Oswald climbed down from the top bunk and walked to the window, he looked out the window with mickey. They both looked at the stars and Oswald tried to find the big dipper "ozzy?" Mickey spoke, oswald looked away from the stars and looked at his brother "yeah?" "Remember when I made a wish on that shooting star before (m/d) took us in? And you said when it come true I would tell you what I wished for?" Mickey asked "yeah why?" Oswald asked, mickey smiled.

"I wished that someone nice would adopt us and be the best parent in the world" mickey cheerfully said, oswald gave his brother a side hug "I made the exact same wish when I saw a shooting star while you where asleep" oswald wasn't even lying that's exactly what both of them wished for,
A parent who would love and care for them.

"We should go to bed before (m/d) catches us still awake" oswald said, mickey nods and wondered back to bed while oswald closed the window and curtains.
Mickey got comfortable in his bed and covered up it didn't take long for the small mouse to go to sleep.
Oswald yawns and climbs up to the top bunk and covers himself up, he had fallen asleep after a while.

They both are in a peaceful slumber meanwhile you stayed up watching a (f/tv/s) ((favorite TV show)) marathon, eating some popcorn with your favorite drink sitting on the coffee table.
You will be very tired tomorrow but it'll be totally worth it.
