Henry and Arabella walked hand and hand onto the sandy beach of Swellview as the sun was going down. The sky was filled with a beautiful aroma of colors, such a pink, orange, yellow, red, and it looked absolutely gorgeous. It was the perfect time to have a lovely sunset date.

Bella squeezed Henry's hand and used her free hand to wrap around his arm as they walked.

"Can you believe it?" Bella asked with a smile, "it's our three year anniversary."

"Spent the last three years dealing with your craziness is hard to believe," Henry joked and Bella giggled, pinching his arm.

"Hey, you think it was easy dealing with your crazy butt?" Bella chuckled and Henry flicked her cheek, making her squeal.

"Both of us struggled to handle each other, okay?" Henry laughed and Bella smiled up at her boyfriend.

"Alright, that's fair," Bella remarked and Henry grinned softly.

As they got closer to the date spot, Henry got behind Bella and covered her eyes. Bella giggled and carefully walked across the sand as Henry led her down the beach.

"If I fall, I'll drop-kick you," Bella threatened him with a smile and Henry chuckled.

"That wouldn't be my fault," Henry remarked and Bella whacked his arm.

"Hurtful, yet true," Bella told him and Henry smiled.

Once Henry led her over to the spot, he stopped and Bella beamed.

"Ready?" He asked Bella.

"If there's a snake, I'm gonna murder you," Bella laughed and Henry snickered.

"Why would there be a snake?" He laughed and Bella shrugged.

"I don't know!" She exclaimed with nervousness, "I'm guessing!"

"There's no snake," Henry assured her, and Bella was relieved. "It's a lot better than a snake."

"Good," Bella sighed.

"And..." Henry began and removed his hands. "Surprise!"

Bella beamed with excitement and gasped at the sight.

"Oh my gosh!" She giggled and Henry smiled at her reaction. "Henry!"

(No, that's not alcohol lol. That's apple cider🙃)

"Do you like it?" Henry asked and Bella walked forward, stepping on the circular blanket and giggled. "You dad, Mary, Charlotte, Jasper, and Schwoz, helped me set this up because tonight is a special night and I wanted it to be special for you."

Bella smiled at her boyfriend sweetly and nodded, "it's beautiful and I love it."

Henry gave her a relieved smile and walked up to Bella, taking her hands.

"I'm glad you like it," Henry told her and Bella looked up at him.

"Thank you," Bella softly told him, "I love it so much."

"Well, I love you," Henry told her and kissed her lips.

"I love you too," Bella blushed softly when they pulled away.

Henry and Bella sat down on the blanket together and Henry opened up the picnic basket.

"What's in there?" Bella eagerly asked.

"Food," Henry grinned and Bella rolled her eyes.

"Nooooo, really?" She sarcastically said and the couple chuckled.

Henry pulled out a tray of fruits, a bowl of snickerdoodle cookies, a tray of turkey sandwiches, and a few other desserts that would definitely satisfy Bella.

"Ooooo," Bella giggled and Henry lastly pulled out a delicate white rose.

"A beautiful rose for a beautiful princess," Henry winked and Bella blushed, taking the rose.

"Aw," she softly smiled and Henry grinned at her.

Henry poured himself and Bella a cup of cider and he handed Bella her cup.

"Cheers to three years," Henry said and they clinked their glasses together before taking a sip of their drinks.

Henry looked at Bella with nervousness as he lowered his glass and set it down. Henry is planning on doing something crazy and life-changing tonight and he hopes Bella will like it.

He really hopes Bella likes it.

~Thirty Minutes Later~

Henry was resting his head on Bella's lap and she was petting his hair. The couple was smiling at one another and it was easy to tell they were absolutely in love with one another.

"All the stars are starting to come out," Bella told him and Henry continued to stare into her brown eyes.

"I know," he said and smiled sweetly at her. "I'm staring at the most beautiful star right now."

Bella blushed and giggled, "so am I."

She leaned down and connected their lips for a few moments.

Bella pulled away and smiled at him, "thank you for the most amazing night. Couldn't have asked for a better three year anniversary date."

"Thank you for being amazing," Henry sighed softly and Bella leaned back on her hands. "I'm really glad you're not picky and enjoy the simple things."

"As much as going to a fancy restaurant is fun, I'd rather much enjoy something like this and just enjoy each other's company," Bella explained and Henry smiled.

"And that's what makes you so beautiful to me," Henry remarked.

Bella blushed again, "simple is better sometimes."

"I agree," Henry nodded and the couple just enjoyed the peace and quiet for a few moments. They listened to the waves crash against the rocks nearby and watched the sunset slowly behind the mountains in the distance.

"I wanna go in the water," Henry muttered and Bella smiled.

"Me too," she said and Henry sat up as Bella stood up and removed her dress to reveal her swimsuit. Henry wolf-whistled at the sight of his girlfriend and she rolled her eyes with a deep blush.

"Shut up," she grinned and Henry stood up, removing his shirt and Bella blushed bright red at the sight of his six-pack.

"Like what you see?" He smirked and Bella remained quiet as she walked ahead. Henry gave her a smile and quickly grabbed something out of the basket and put it in his pocket, before catching up to Bella.

Bella stood at the edge of the sand and allowed the water to capture her toes and feet.

"It's cold," she squealed and Henry stood behind her.

"It is?" He asked and Bella nodded, "too bad."

Henry picked her up and Bella yelped with a giggle, "Henry! Put me down!"

"Na, I'm good," he grinned and Bella groaned as he walked into the water. He got to his chest level and Bella wrapped her arms around his neck.

"I can't stand here," Bella told him. "I'm too short."

"Ya, I know," Henry remarked and he put her down, but kept his arms around her lower back. Bella instinctively put her legs around his waist and held him tightly, which made Henry smile at her.

"I won't let you drown," Henry assured her and Bella rested her head on his shoulder.

"I know," she sighed softly and Henry rubbed her back. "It's just cold."

"Don't be a baby," Henry chuckled. "It's not so bad."

"To me it is, I'm always cold," Bella remarked and lifted her head up to look at Henry.

"That's why I'm here," Henry told her. "To make you feel safe and warm all day, every day."

Bella smiled, "you do a great job of doing that."

The couple kissed for a few moments before Henry walked himself and Bella out of the water and he set her down on the sand.

"Now my feet are sandy and weird," Bella complained, looking down at her sand-covered feet. "Ugh."

"So are mine," Henry said and Bella looked up at him. "We gotta share the sand-covered foot thing."

"We share everything," Bella told him and she didn't notice Henry walk behind her and pull out the object from his pocket. "Even the weirdest things and even-"

Bella paused when she turned around and found Henry down on his knee with a red velvet box in his hands.

"Arabella," Henry began and Bella stood there with her hands covering her mouth. "These last three years have been the most amazing years of my life. You've made every moment with you something to remember, even if some moments weren't the happiest. I couldn't have asked for a better girlfriend and you've made me a better person, and you've completed me. You're my better half and my whole world."

Bella bent down to his level as he spoke and smiled with pure happiness behind her hands.

"I know it's crazy to do this, cuz we're only seventeen, but I know what I feel and I know for a fact that I am truly, madly, crazy, deeply, in love with you. You're my princess and I'm the superhero, and I need you in my life."

Henry opened the box to reveal a beautiful Ruby ring and Bella giggled happily at the sight.

"Arabella Ruby Manchester," Henry began and Bella felt herself begin to shake out of pure shock. "Will you marry me?"

Bella nodded vigorously, "yes! Of course! Oh my gosh, Henry!"

Henry slid the ring on Bella's finger before she tackled Henry with a hug and captured his lips with her own. Henry kissed back and held her closer, feeling like he was on cloud nine. Bella pulled away with tears rolling down her cheeks and held Henry's face in her hands. Henry smiled at her and Bella let out a cry of happiness.

"Henry, I don't even know what to say..." Bella trailed off and Henry kissed her forehead. "Are you sure you want to spend the rest of your life with me?"

"I'm one hundred percent positive," Henry told her and Bella smiled at him. "I know what I'm doing. Life knows what it's doing, it brought us together, right?"

"Right," Bella agreed. "I just-I can't believe I'm gonna get married."

"Same here," Henry admitted with a chuckle. "Never thought I would do this, but then I met you and everything changed."

"It's a good thing my dad saved me," Bella chuckled and Henry nodded with a smile.

"A real good thing," Henry agreed. "I guess we have to thank your father for this."

"He's gonna love hearing that," Bella chuckled and smiled softly. "I love you, Henry Hart."

"I love you too, Arabella Hart."
