Kiara was slowly sneaking towards her prey as Stella watched quietly. When Kiara accidentally made a sound, they started running away as Kiara went to chase them.

Stella went after her to not lose sight of her. With Vitani, Nuka, and Virus, they went to a steam cave with some sticks that they found.

"This place is even creeper since the hyenas ran off."

"Ohh gees."

Nuka scoffed at her and said,

"I'm not scared ok?" As soon as he said that, a loud noise made him jump as Virus smirked and jumped down, following him.

Vitani placed the sticks over the steam, waiting for it to lit on fire.

"I just don't know why we have to be here that's all. If Kovu's so special, why does he need us? I didn't even have a chance! Ahhh!" Nuka screamed as the steam behind him hit him, making him run towards his sister.

Virus snickered at this as he watched. Vitani rolled her eyes and the steam lit the sticks on fire.

"That's it!" She picked up the stick carefully.

"Well come on! Kiara's started her hunt! We have to move quickly!"

Vitani moved out of the way and Virus did the same. Nuka did the same thing but got blasted in the face.

"Fire!"

He ran off laughing while following them.

"So you have to chase your meals?" Stella asked in a whisper.

"Yeah and I'm gonna show my dad that I can do it on my own."

"I'm not much of a hunter but I don't mind watching and learning."

Kiara saw her prey again and was walking slowly. She noticed a small rock on the ground and slowly walked over it, trying not to make a sound but her back foot hits it, causing them to run again.

Kiara grunts a bit as she got out from her spot and chased after them. Stella ran after her to see how she goes.

Timon and Pumbaa turned their heads and screamed as the wildebeests jumped over them. They covered their face as the wildebeests ran away.

When they looked again, they screamed as they saw Kiara panting from running. Timon laughed nervously as Pumbaa gave her a nervous grin.

Stella finally arrived by her and saw Timon and Pumbaa. She glared at them as Kiara began to speak.

"Timon, what are you doing here?"

"Uh....shopping! Yeah! Shopping."

Stella growled at him, knowing that he was lying.

"My father sent you! After he promised to let me do this on my own. He lied!"

"No. He just doesn't want you to get hurt."

"Kiara is old enough to look after herself. She doesn't need a babysitter 24/7." Stella said.

"I know but..."

"I should of known he'd never give me a real chance." She sighed and ran off.

"I'll do this on my own. Away from the Pride Lands!" Stella ran with her as Timon and Pumbaa chased after them but lost them quickly.

Stella caught up to Kiara and looked at her.

"Are you sure about this?" Stella asked.

"If my dad isn't gonna trust me, I'm gonna hunt as far from him as possible."

"Alright then." They both arrived in the Outlands as Vitani, Nuka, and Virus began to set the place on fire.

Once they were done, they quickly ran off.

Kiara ran after the wildebeests as Stella followed. Stella gasped and stopped running.

"Kiara! Stop!"

Kiara stopped running and looked at her.

"What is it?"

"Look!"

Kiara looked ahead and saw a fire. She gasped and started running as Stella did as well along with the other animals.

Zira sent Kovu down to begin her plan as she watched. With Simba, he was walking back and forth as he was thinking deeply.

"You worry to much Simba. I'm sure she's just fine." Bliss said.

"I agree." Sonic said.

"Yeah. What could happen?" Zazu asked.

Sonic suddenly smelled something.

"Is someone cooking?" Sonic asked.

While Simba was thinking, he turned his head and gasped as he saw the smoke up ahead.

"No! No! Kiara!" Zazu gasped as he saw this as well.

"Zazu! Fly ahead! Find her!" Simba said as he ran off.

"Oh no! Stella!" Bliss quickly ran after him with Sonic.

Kiara and Stella were trying to escape the fire but it was to strong. They started coughing as the smoke was getting worse.

Stella had a hard time seeing and then gets pushed to the side by an animal, which made her fall to the ground. She grunts in pain and looks around, noticing that Kiara was gone.

"Kiara! Kiara!" She continued coughing hard while calling her name but she didn't respond. She was starting to choke a bit as she tried to escape.

"Kiara!"

Suddenly, she saw another lion, running towards her, roaring loudly. She gasped as he pushed her so hard, that they started tumbling down the mountain. They landed on a hard surface and groaned in pain.

Virus got up slowly and stretched as he shook himself a bit to straighten his fur and fixes his mane. He looked at Stella and saw her groaning.

He walked towards her and growled softly. She looked up at him and slowly get up. She held her head as she looked at him.

"What is your problem!?"

"You wanted to live didn't you? I just did you a favor."

"You couldn't have done it in a better way!?"

"Uh...nope."

"Well I'm out of here." She was about to leave but Virus roared and blocked her path.

"Whoa there. Not even a thank you or anything?"

"You literally could of killed me yourself." She tried to walk away again but he stopped her.

"Well who's the rude one here? I saved your life and all you can think of is yourself."

"I need to find my friend. She was up there and could be in trouble." He blocked her again as he raised his shoulders a bit.

"Trust me, she's fine."

"How do you know?"

He walked towards her and leaned in towards her face.

"I just do." He blew on her face softly which made her back up and wiped her face.

"Just get out of my way!" Every time she tried to walk away, he would block her path and smirked.

He jumped from one side to the next and she was getting annoyed.

"Move it!"

"Relax. I could of left you there if I wanted to but I didn't so you could at least be greatful you're still breathing."

Stella sighed and said,

"Thanks I guess."

"Good enough for me. Come on, your family must be looking for you." Stella looked at him and noticed that his fur was in color.

"Are you from here?" Virus looked at her and said,

"No."

Stella followed him as they started walking.

"So you must be from Mobius too."

"Pretty much."

"What are you doing here?"

"I thought I would check the place out."

Stella saw Bliss and Sonic and ran towards them.

"Mom! Dad!"

"Stella!" They rushed towards them and hugged her.

"Thank goodness you're ok!" Sonic said.

Bliss looked at Virus as he just stood at his spot.

"Who's this?"

Stella looked at Virus and said,

"I...I actually didn't get your name."

"Virus."

"Are you from Mobius?" Sonic asked.

"Yeah. I figure I come check out this place but then I noticed your daughter was in trouble so I went to help her."

"Thank you so much!" Bliss said.

He nodded slowly.

"Let's go find Simba." Sonic said as they started walking.

Stella noticed that he was following them.

"Why are you following us?"

"Thought you could use some company."

"I'm fine. Thank you very much."

"Yeah. And look how that turned out."

She rolled her eyes as she continued walking.
