Lavana stood her hands on her hips, and in a god awful red tight suit on. Her blonde hair was in a frizzed mess. Dawn's grip on Paul's arm made him look at her before down at the boys who had ran to hide behind them.

"Who is she, and what are those things behind you," Lavana hissed as she pointed at Dusko who had his hands fisted in Paul's pants.

"Don't you point at him," Dawn said

"Are you going to make me your ruining my fame,"

"Excuse me, your fame," Paul interrupted stepping in front of Dawn and the boy

Lavana was taken back, by now they had managed to gain quiet a crowed around them along with some paparazzi

"What Fame Lavana, what fame? You have no fame, your a wreck of a person who's only form of income is what you con out of people. Your parents retired and your brother is washed up," Paul said folding his arms

Lavana cowered back "but we-,"

"There is no we, you been following me around like a damn poochyena. And I've ignored you like the no one you are, this," Paul turned to point at Dawn and the boys, "this is the person I love, those are my sons and dammit I wouldn't touch you with a god damn ten foot pole,"

Lavana covered her face before glaring at Dawn, "this is all your fault," she screamed before running off the flashing of cameras going off behind her

Paul grabbed Dawns hand and tugged her away the boys following behind her.

"Where are we going,"

"Some where,"

"Where,"

Paul didn't answer till they were out side a jewelry store, Dawn looked over at him as he walked him pulling her along.

"Pick,"

"Pick what," she whispered

"Pick a ring,"

Dawn's eyes widened as she looked at him to the display case before back again. She shook her head no, tears forming in her eyes.

"Woman pick a damn ring, I don't want anymore rumors started about you and the boys because of her,"

"Paul it would be a lie," she cried

"No it wouldn't damn it, just listen to me," he placed his fore head to hers

"I can't-, I can't let them say nausty things about you or them," he said

"But Paul-,"

"I can't I can't I can't please just till we get home, please we can go from there just please till we get home,"

Dawn took a moment before signing ,"until we get home,"

Very slowly Dawn picked out a simple, simple ring a silver band holding up one small diamond, she felt hollow looking at it and at Paul putting on his own matching simple band. She went to slide the ring on when his hand reached out and helped her out. The old woman at the counter gave Dawn a small smile but she could tell the woman knew how Dawn felt.

The hotel was thankfully not crowded as they made their way back to their room, the boys long passed gone slept quietly on one bed in the rio while Paul and Dawn sat on the other. Paul glancing threw the channels on the television, Dawn looking at the small simple ring a far gone distant look in her eyes.

"Why are you staring at it that way," Paul asked as they laid down ready to sleep

"You wouldn't understand,"

He snorted, as he rolled over

"How much this hurts," she added as she's eclipsed her eyes for sleep

Sadly that sentence made Paul quickly wake up and no longer feel as if he could sleep for day, instead it stabbed him in the heart with a thousand needles. He sadly tried to sleep instead of think of the things he knew she meant.

"This ship is huge!," Kia said spreading his arms out wide as they boarded

"And it has a pool," Kyouya added

Dusk just looked around like Paul, actually just like Paul. Dawn smiled at them as they safely and quickly found their cabin. It had a tuck away room off the main one for the boy and a bathroom, it was rather nice. After take off the boys had to adjust to the ship for maybe a minute before

"Can we go swim now," Dusk asked

"Can we,"

"Um, I don't see why not," Dawn said as she pulled out her swimsuit

Paul stood by the pool his arms folded as he waited for Dawn she said she'd catch up to them. So here he was with the boys waiting, dusk stood next to him, Kia was leaning against his leg while Kyouya had a fist full of Paul's short in one hand and the other pulled up to his mouth as he looked around.

"Where is your mother," Paul asked

"Is shee wast," Kia asked

"No she's just slow," Dusk said

"I am not slow,"

"Mommy," Kyouya cheered as she walked up

She had her hair down with her sun hat on, a white bikini with a white skirt wrapped around the bottom tied at her hip. But Paul wasn't looking at how amazing she still looked his eyes where drawn to the scar that ran across her low abdomen. He felt his breath catch as she stood before him, before guilt filled him.

"What," she asked as he looked away from her

He shook his head before allowing The boys to pull them towards the large pool, Dawn looking at him the whole time.
