Ragini was doing her prayer, when both her kids were looking at her, it's early in the morning and they were just waiting for her to finish the prayer so they will get their long awaited blessing.

Ragini looked at them, "pehle kisko dham karoon {who is the first}?"

"Ammi main {Mom me}," Rashi crawls to her mother, "first me, please."

Raksh shrugs, he could wait long for it.

"Okay, then first you." She blows the air on her face and into her ears, Rashi smiles as it was ticking her.

"Now go and wake your Abba, say him it's Eid and he should get ready soon."

Rashi nodded, she stood up from her mother's lap and made her way back to the bedroom of her parents. Ragini daily prays in the room of the kids, this hasn't changed.

Raksh jumped up, "now me?" He even wiggles with his eyebrows.

Ragini laughs, "come." He took his time and sat on his mother's lap with care, "Ammi every part needs to be done, okay."

After all he is like his papa, but not accepting it.

"Ammi don't think so much, just bless me and don't forget to cuddle me." He had cupped her face in his small hands.

"I will never forget to cuddle you." She strokes her nose with his and made him giggle.

Rashi was looking at the giant bed, she saw the hand of her father, which was hanging down, "Abbu?" She tried to wake him, but Laksh was in his sleep, he just carried her with one hand and she was laying next to him.

Rashi smiles, she was in her pyjama and yawns loud, "Good Abbu." She made her way and crawls under his arm, she placed her hand on his cheek slowly tapping it and falls asleep.

Raksh was happy, "good Ammi," he stood up and helped her with the prayer mat.

Ragini was waiting for Laksh, "Raksh can you look after your Abbu?"

Raksh nodded, he left the room and saw his sister's foot hanging out of the bed.

"Ammi, Rashi is sleeping with Abbu."

Ragini comes into the room, she just shook her head, "Uff these two."

"Ammi bath?" He wiggles with his brows.

"Only you and me our family?"

Raksh was thinking, very long while Ragini laughed, "let me wake them."

He shrugged, "if you want too." Raksh went to washroom to make some arrangements.

Ragini kisses Laksh temple, "wake up, it's Eid come on." Her voice was calm, but commending.

Laksh opens his eyes, "is it? I came so late last night. I have to pray," he stood up and went to the washroom, "Raksh what are you doing?"

Raksh looked at him, "family bath."

Laksh was awake, "haan I'm coming. Don't start without me." He made his Wudu and went to pray.

Rashi was still sleeping, when Laksh came back, "Ragini why didn't you wake her."

Ragini glares at him, "I did and asked her to wake you, that is the result."

Laksh smiles, "yes, that's my baby." He lifts her, "wake up Princess," he kissed her nose and she smiles looking at him, "where is the princess?" She looked around and was searching for her. Laksh couldn't believe, how innocent his girl is.

"Abbu look," she shows her hands.

"Wow so beautiful and small," Laksh kisses them.

"Ammi applied Mehndi on them." She was smiling like the brightest star around.

Laksh bend his forehead with hers, "I love you."

Rashi cups his face, "I love you too."

They were having a family bath, Rashi was very clear, "my Abbu, go to Ammi." She was ordering her brother, who obeyed to her wish.

Soon they got ready and reached the mosque for the Eid prayer, Rashi was with RakLak as she doesn't like to be with the lady's.

Raksh was very dedicated with his prayer, while Rashi was more interested in the design of the walls.

Raksh completed his Dua, when he was looking for her, "Rashi?" He calls her and she rushed back to him, "haan?!" She was loud, but no one cared about it.

Raksh made her sit next to her, he blows air on her and she smiles, then it hits her like a thunder, 😱, "I forgot to pray."

Raksh shrugs, "no problem, you are learning just 3.5 years old you are."

"You too."

"Yes, but I'm smart."

"Haan."

Laksh couldn't believe it, "why you said haan?"

"Abbu, bhai is smart. Dham karoo!"

Laksh took her close and blessed her all the time. He lifted both kids and blessed Raksh too.

Ragini was waiting outside, the lady's had finished the prayer too, the prayer rooms were separated.

"Ammi!!!!"

Rashi's voice was gaining everyone's attention, but it was only meant for Ragini.

"Aww mera Baacha!" Both run to her and she picked them both up in her arms, "I love you. Eid Mubarak." She got a kiss from both, while Laksh was looking a bit jealous on her.

They left from there directly to the event, which was planned by the Muslim community to celebrate Eid Milan {a get together}.

"Laksh Abbu will come later, what about Ammi and Abba?"

Laksh was unhappy, he didn't had the chance to change, both men were wearing a white simple shalwar khameez, while the lady's were wearing more colorful dresses.

"Ragini look at you and look at me, isn't it unfair?"

"Laksh my grandmother sent these for us, you and Raksh are same, Rashi and I are wearing the same. Family should be recognisable. I wonder, why she sent it like this."

Both looked at Rashi, she was holding the skirt and twirling around.

"You know Ragini, I have a small idea, why?"

Ragini was looking at her like Laksh, she was in her own world, while Raksh was playing with other kids, she was busy with herself.

"Did she prayed?"

"What do you think?"

Ragini didn't answered, she knew it already, then her mobile rang, "hospital?" Laksh asked confused, but Ragini left without giving him an explanation.

Laksh didn't liked it, "damn it!"

"Oh and I thought you would greet me, not defame me."

Laksh looked at his father-in-law, "Abbu you know I wouldn't do anything like this, I'm too scared that your daughter will leave me WITH my kids."

"Irony?"

"Yes!"

Ragini was back, "Abbu!" She hugs him from the back, "Eid Mubarak."

Abdul wished them too and they were sitting on the table. Laksh was waiting for an explanation, but Ragini ignored it.

"Are you resuming with the work, yes or no?"

Abdul was confused, after the birth Ragini had decided for herself to stay at home and give them proper care and love.

"Laksh later not yet!" She was very stern in her face and Laksh nodded in fear, "okay."

Rashi was looking at the stage, "hello," now she was on the stage and holding the mic in her hand, "can you hear me?" She tapped on the mic and an awful noise appeared.

Raksh came up to the stage, "Rashi!"

Rashi looked at him, "bhai you hear me?"

"The whole hall can hear you!" He shouted at her, she didn't frighten, but he did, "oh ho!"

"Aaaaaahhhhh!" She throw the mic away and chased him, when someone pushed her and she falls on her side.

"Ouch!"

Raksh stopped, "EY!"

Rashi stood up, she rubs her bum with a wry smile.

"Who was this?" She asked and they pointed on a boy, who was definitely older than her.

RagLak were looking at her, "if you will try to stop her, I will leave with the kids." Laksh warns her and Ragini just shook her head, "I'm not going to stop her," she hold his hand, "if you promise me not to apologise to anyone."

Rashi looked at him, "why you pushed me?"

The boy was glaring at her, "cause you deserved it, stupid girl!"

Raksh made a fist, but he cooled very soon.

Rashi pushed the boy, "how is that?! Huh!" Soon she sat on his back and took her shoe, "kha mera joota {eat my shoe}!"

"I'm so happy that she doesn't know the meaning, but the actual way." Laksh was laughing like Abdul, Ragini just shook her head.

Raksh hits his palm on his forehead, "Rashi to hit him with the shoe is the meaning, jootha khayega. You got it!"

Rashi was surprised, "hain, really?" She was holding the boy under her grip, there was no chance for him to escape her anger, "fine then get hit with my shoe!" She starts to hit him, but she really wanted to force him to eat the shoe, "open your mouth, you talk a lot of shit."

"Oye!" RagLak looked at her.

"I mean, bad tongue he has. Open your mouth let me clean your tongue."

Abdul stood up and lifted her, "Aaahhhh STRANGER!!!" She was lifted from the back, she couldn't see him and started to flailing with her whole body.

"Oh!"

She stopped, "my Naanu! Kiss my bum." She hold her bum up.

"I'm not going to kiss your bum."

Rashi looked at him, "my cheek, head, forehead, nose, lip, ear, temple, hand..." she was thinking, "foot?"

Abdul kisses her on her back head.

"Oh smart!"

He put her down and looked at the boy, "dare you to call anyone stupid again!"

"Yes or else you will eat me shoe!" Rashi was holding the shoe up and glaring at him.

"Rashi do you want your Eidi?"

Rashi looked at her brother, "but I didn't kept the fast, I cheated Naanu."

"You cheated, how?" Abdul bend down to her.

"I came down and sat on the dining table, I saw an apple I was hungry and ate it. I went to kitchen, remembering it's not washed, then I also filled a glass with water and drunk of it." She covers her face with her hands.

"You know your mother did exactly the same, when she did her first fast."

"Bhai completed 3 days of fasting."

"You want or not?" Raksh asked his hands were behind his back.

Rashi was excited and nodded impatiently.

"What you do for Eidi?"

Rohan laughs, "Rashi come."

Rashi looked at him, "Rohan bhai," she hugged him and he told her what she has to do.

"Damn, luckily we didn't missed anything," Chris said to them holding their newborn baby in his arms.

"Finally you got your girl, how is Tina?"

"She is fine." They all sat on their places.

Rashi took the hand of Raksh and kissed it, then she bend her head on the hand and with her closed eyes she went through it.

"My Eidi!" She forwarded her hand and Raksh gave her a small toy.

"Horse!" She was busy in playing with it and showing it to everyone.

"You paid it?" Laksh asked Raksh, "yes, with my pocket money. Hey I'm older than her it's my duty."

They reached home and had a big feast.

"Ragini say what is with the hospital?" Laksh wanted to know, he had always encouraged her to resume again if she wants to, but she never gave him a reply on it.

RakShi were sleeping between them.

"Laksh tell me one thing, what was your biggest gift you ever got?"

"You, them and faith!"

Ragini smiles, "okay, you have me, them and your faith. Is there something missing?"

Laksh shook his head, "no, I have also my family and yours, we are complete."

Ragini looked at him, Laksh met her gaze, "say I'm missing someone?"

Ragini shook her head, "no, how? He/She isn't here yet..."

Laksh blinks with his eyes...

"BABY!!!" RakShi shouted happier than them, but they were also happy. Like the rest of the family was after knowing about the beautiful gift.
