After Ethan & Mia went to school 2 days ago, they had a blast. They wanted a "great day" again. It was windy this time at MonsterTown, everymonster trying to stay indoors. But, unfortunately, the kids can't miss school because of the wind. Orlina packed their lunches and said...

"Kids, time for school!" She shouted, the kids running down the stairs. "Thanks, mom!" They both said, turning into bats and flew off to school. "Have a good day at school!" Orlina says, waving at them.

With the kids...
As Ethan & Mia flew, they see monsters walking, some used their brooms, some crawled and some teleported. "I gotta say, living here is magical. Look at everymonster." Mia says, excited to see more monsters.

"Yeah, I'm blessed we live here." Ethan agrees, hugging his sister.

Once they landed, they came across their friends, Lester and Veronica. "Oh! Hey, Mia and Lester! Nice landin'. Veronica says, complimenting their flying skills.

"Thanks! Our parents taught us." Ethan added. "Have are they, btw?" <-(Btw is short for; By the way.) Asked Lester. "They're doing good! Our parents showed us a time machine." They both said.

Veronica and Lester looked shocked. "Yup, we went to different dimensions." Mia says.

"That's awesome! I wish I could've visited so we'll all can go." Veronica excitedly says. "Yeah, let's get to class." Ethan says, walking ahead. Mia hanging with Veronica and Lester.

In class...
As they got to class, everymonster were playing paper airplanes, some slept, some were goofing off. Mia couldn't, but giggle at the whole scene of everymonster.

"These monsters look bored." Veronica said, eyeing everymonster.

Ethan and Lester were already sitting in their desks. Mia and Veronica were talking, but found their seats also. Once everymonster were in their seats, the teacher came.

"Heh, sorry I'm late." The teacher said. After the teacher sorted out papers that were laying on his desk, he started saying, "Okay, can anymonster tell me what place we're in."

Mia raises her hand. The teacher called and said, "Yes, umm Mia right?" He asked, knowing if that's her name. Mia nodded, putting her hand down. "We're in MonsterTown, filled with wonderful creatures." She answered.

The teacher was impressed by her wording and replied, "Very good, Mia! You're so smart."

Mia leaned back in her chair and said, "Oh, it's nothing. I got it from my mom." Ethan gave his sister a high-five, Everymonster looked stunned by all this.

Lunch rolled around...
"Where do we sit?" Asked Lester. "Hm, let's see..." As Ethan looked around, he found their spots. "...Like we sat 2 days ago, there." He pointed to their seat. Mia, Veronica and Lester followed him.

'Our day is going so well. No bullying, no food fights, no asking for lunch money... this day got better.' Ethan & Mia's mind spoke, happily.

After lunch and classes...
The bell rang meaning, time to go home. Again, everymonster went to their lockers to get their belongings, some stayed after school for practice and some studied in the library.

The 4 friends went straight home, saying their "goodbyes" and waves.

"Today's a great day!" Mia says, turning into a bat. "I know, mom and dad will be proud of us." Ethan turns into a bat too, flying with his sister.

"I LOVE Middle school!!!!" Mia says, hugging her brother. He smiled, hugging her back.

A/N: Yes, they are in Middle school — They're both 8th graders and 14-yrs-old. I hope you guys liked this story! I worked very hard on it, even though it's short.
