It's been 6 months since Natalie started back in Chicago Med Gaffney hospital following her husbands death, and she's 9 months pregnant with Twins, and she hasn't picked names for the twins. She was struggling to think of names for the twins that she liked.

Everyone thought Will had a crush on Natalie Manning, but Will wasn't going to have a crush on her until he got to know her a little bit better, and she's ready to date.

Will had just arrived at work in his own car, which his big brother Jay got him as a surprise for his birthday yesterday evening.

The ED was slammed with patients today when Aurora noticed Natalie holding her stomach and asked gently," Are you ok, Nat?

Natalie said," No. My water just broke.

Aurora helped Natalie into the delivery room, and Maggie and Aurora helped Natalie give birth to Twins, a girl and a boy.

Natalie said," I'm naming them Carly and Owen. Those are my top choices for names.

Helen Manning said," I love those names.

Natalie Manning said," Thank you, Helen.

Helen said," I'm going to let your friends see you, and I'll be in the hall if you need me.

Natalie said," Okay. See you later, Helen.

There was a knock on the door, and Natalie said," Come in. The door opened to reveal her best friend Alaina Atwater, and she walked into the room and sat near Natalie.

Alaina and Natalie became best friends in the 6 months Natalie has been back at Med.

Alaina said," How are you and the twins?

Natalie said," We're good. I'm about to go home with the twins as soon as possible.

Alaina said," Okay. See you when you come back to work. I have to go back to work now.

Natalie said," Okay. See you soon, Alaina.

Natalie headed home with Helen, and Alaina  continued working in the ED nonstop when drama started up again.

Doris said," Looks like the bitch is leaving med. Good. I never liked Alaina. She's always too happy and go lucky to be around, and she was exhausting to be with.

Will angrily said," Doris, Alaina is not a bitch, you are. You're the rudest person ever. I'm sick of you being rude to everyone.

Alaina had heard the conversation, and she smiled when her best friend Will defended her, but she was still crying in the lounge.

Will and Alaina's shifts ended right now.

Alaina got into her car, drove home, and parked her car in the driveway and went inside to find out Adam had already made dinner.

Alaina and Adam ate their dinner and then headed back to bed once they finished eating dinner.
