Today was like any other Monday sadly. School. I threw on a rainbow long-sleeve shirt, with a pair of leggings. I dug through my closet and found this red watch that just so happened to go with my outfit. Kenny was already downstairs waiting for me patiently. "Ready?" He asked. "One second!" I ran to the bathroom and put my red converse on. "Now I am!" I smiled as he opened the door. "Oh shit, I forgot something in the house be right back!" I said running back into the house to grab my bag, throwing that over my shoulder, sprinting back into the bathroom grabbing a black slick ribbon to put in my hair. Shortly after I came back outside smiling and closing the door behind us once again. I fixed my hair while we waited for the bus to arrive. "Does my hair look okay?" I asked tapping Kenny on his shoulder, he nodded with a quick smile "Amazing." The bus soon arrived, and we got on the same old routine but someone yelled my name from the back of the bus. "Maliea! Come sit with us!" Anthony's group pointed to the seat with a hidden Anthony in it. I looked at Kenny for approval, he gave me a nod. I walked to the back of the bus and plopped down next to Anthony. "Hey, Maliea!" He flashed me a smile. "Hey, Larusso," I responded, taking my phone from my bag and texting Kenny upfront. This kid comes up with some hilarious jokes holy shit! After a little while, I set my phone back in my bag to see an anxious Anthony. "Larusso it looks like you are just waiting to ask me something, what's up?" I gazed over at him while his friends chuckled at his mouth being wide open facing me. "Oh uh- I-I was wondering if I could get your number? You know, for the project in English?" Trying to reframe from dying of laughter, buried my face into my bag trying to scatter for a pen. Found a black one and looked back,  grabbed his hand, and wrote my number down in the palm of his hand. "He's never gonna wash that off!" Zach screamed out making everybody near them laugh. "He's a simp for her!" Everybody laughed once again. "I hate my life."  He buried his face into the bus seat. "Same Lapusso, same."
