Hello everyone sorry for being inactive for a long time but  I was genuinely busy with some stuff but now I'm back so I'll try to update as regularly as I can and for this i need your support  please show your support in the comments. At airport.

Naksh came out of the car. and took out the bags.

He looked at his Nani.

She took her bag from him.

Naksh- is it important for you to go?  can't you stay for some more time. I mean we need you. and specially Keerti needs you.

Nani- Don't worry Naksh I'll be back in a week or two. You just take care of everyone and especially Keerti. She needs you more than anyone else.
And think about what I told you.

Naksh nodded.

He took her blessings and she went inside the airport.

He sit in the car and starts driving.

Flashback start.
One week ago.
Morning.

Naksh was in the temple praying for Sanjana as it was her death anniversary.

He is handling everything alone as he doesn't want anyone to know about this.

After prayer and havan.

He joined the hand in front of her photo.

Naksh- I'm sorry Sanjana i couldn't save you. I'm sorry for what happened with Riya. But I promise you I'll not let anything happen to Riya.

He wiped his tears getting up and turned toward.

He was shocked to see his Nani in front of him.

She also looked at him shocked.

Nani- Naksh what is this?

Naksh- Nani.

Nani- I want to know the truth.

He nodded...

After sometime.

Naksh is sitting beside Nani. They both have tears in their eyes.

Nani- do keerti knows about this.

Naksh nodded no.

Nani- Naksh keerti should know about this truth.

Naksh- I want to tell her. But she is not in this condition. Once Keerti gets well I'll tell her the truth.

Nani- I think you shouldn't delay in this if she got to know somewhere else.

Naksh- yes understand that but her health is more important for me than any truth. Don't worry I'll handle it.

Flashback end.

He stopped the car outside his house and got inside.

He entered in room and looked around but she was not there.

He lay down on bed closing his eyes.

He wrapped his arms around her when she hugged him.

Keerti- Naksh.

He opens his eyes feeling sadness in her voice.

Naksh- baby what happened?

He looks at her and sees tears in those beautiful eyes.

Keerti- Naksh I'm missing Nani.

Naksh- Jaan doesn't cry. She will be back soon.

Keerti- really.

Naksh- yes. Now stop crying and smile.

He wiped her tears and kissed her forehead.

Keerti- Naksh.

Naksh- hmm.

Keerti- I want to have ice cream.

He smiled while listening.

Naksh- ok I'll get it for you.

He gets up from bed and makes her sit comfortably. He kissed her cheek and came out of his room.

He entered the kitchen and took out ice cream for her.

He walks back in his and looks at her. Who is busy watching animation movies.

He sat beside her and placed an ice cream bowl in her hand.

She smiled like a kid seeing her favourite ice cream.

He sits beside her and adores her.

He is confused whether to tell her the truth now or not.

Taking a deep breath he decided to tell her everything.

Naksh- Keerti.

Keerti- yes.

Naksh- I want to tell you something. About a friend of mine.

She looked at him.

Naksh- a friend who is very close to me who knows me inside out.

Naksh is about to take Sanjana's name. when suddenly Keerti feels pain in her belly.

Keerti-(shout) ahh.

Naksh looked at her shocked.

Naksh- Keerti.

She holds his hand tightly.

Keerti- Naksh it's paining so much.

Tears brimmed in her eyes.

Naksh- nothing will happen Jaan don't worry. Let's go to the hospital.

He caresses her hair.

Keerti- Naksh my baby. Naksh.

Naksh- Keerti nothing will happen to our baby.

Keerti- Naksh my baby.

Saying this she falls unconscious in his arms.

Naksh- Keerti.

He took her in his arms and ran downstairs.

Dadi and bDadi look at Naksh shocked.

Naksh- Dadi keerti is not well. I'm taking her to the hospital.

Dadi- jaldi chalo.

After sometime.

Naksh is walking in the corridor. Dadi looks at him.

He is really worried for her.

The doctor came out of the ward.

Naksh- Doctor my wife.

Doctor- nothing to worry she is fine now.

He breathed in relief.

Naksh- but this pain.

Doctor- it happens in pregnancy and you're aware of her complications too..

Naksh nods.

Naksh- can I meet her?

Doctor- yes.

Naksh enters the ward and looks at her.

He has tears in his eyes.

Keerti looks at him.

Keerti- Naksh.

He wiped his tears and looked at her.

Naksh- yes Jaan.

She forwarded her hand and sign him to come near her.

He nodded and walked toward her.

He sit beside her and caressed her hair.

Keerti- Naksh I'm fine

Naksh- I know. But you scared me.

Keerti- I'm sorry.

Naksh- please take care of yourself. I can't see you like this. Meri jaan Nikla jaati hai.

Keerti- Naksh.

She wiped his tears and signed him to hug her. He hugged her.

After sometime.
Keerti falls asleep.
Naksh looks at her and caresses her hair.

Flashback start.
In the Doctor cabin.

Doc- Naksh this is a Keerti report and according to this. Her health is getting better now. So you just need to make sure that she doesn't take the stress of anything.

Naksh- sure Doctor.

Doc- Naksh stress can be harmful for both baby and mother.

Naksh nodded.

Flashback end.

Naksh- what am I going to do? What if? No..no I can't tell her the truth now.. I'm sorry Jaan.

He caresses her belly..

Naksh- sorry baby. Aapke papa aapko kuch nahi hone denge. Your papa will not let anything bad happen to you

He kissed her forehead.

After somedays.
Morning.

Naksh is sleeping peacefully with Keerti in her arms.

She wakes up first and looks at him.

She caresses his cheek and kisses on his forehead.

She got up from bed and dashed into the bathroom. She comes out and sits in front of the dressing table.

Naksh wakes up with a jerk.

Naksh-(shout) Keerti.

She looked at him shocked.

Keerti- Naksh.

He is breathing heavily.

Naksh- Keerti.

She walks toward him and sits on bed.

Keerti- Naksh. What happened?

He looked at her.

Naksh- keerti are you ok.

He hugged her tight

Keerti- yes I'm fine.

She broke the hug and made him drink water..

Keerti- what happened Naksh?

He composed himself as he doesn't want to stress her.

Naksh- nothing it was just a bad dream.

Keerti- are you okay?

Naksh- yes I'm fine.

She hugged him. He hugged her back.

After sometime.

Naksh took his file and walked outside the house with keerti.

Naksh- so what is the plan for today?

Keerti- I'm going to meet dad?

Naksh- don't forget you have a doctor appointment today.

Keerti- yes I remember.

Naksh- I'll come with you.

Keerti- ok.

He kisses her forehead and leaves.

Afternoon.

Naksh entered his room and looked at her.

She is in front of the mirror caressing her belly..

Keerti- Am I getting fat?

He walked toward her and hugged her from behind.

Naksh- hey my wife is not fat..she is looking beautiful..

She holds his arm.

He kissed her cheek..

Naksh- dare not to say anything for my wife.

Keerti- ok.

She turned and looked at him.

Naksh- get ready we need to go to the hospital.

Keerti- ok.

She moved to go. When his phone starts ringing.

Naksh- hello.. what? I already told you I can't attend this meeting now.. postpone it.

Keerti looks at him.

Naksh-  then cancel it. I don't care

Keerti took the phone from his hand.

Keerti- hello.. what happened? Ok don't worry Naksh will be there.

Naksh nods no.

Keerti- yes. He will be there.

She hung up the call.

Keerti- Naksh.

Naksh- Jaan I'm not going anywhere. Let's go we are getting late.

Keerti- Naksh. You know what you're so cute.

She pulled his cheeks.

Keerti- Naksh we live in a joint family and that's also from both sides. Don't worry I'll go to the hospital with someone else.

Naksh- but I want to go with you..

Keerti- we will go together next time.

She hugged him.He hugged her back.

After sometime.

Naksh is driving his car. Keerti is sitting beside him.

Keerti- Naksh you're impossible. I can go to myself. and Naira is coming with me so you don't need to worry.

He looked at her.

Naksh- it's on my way.

Keerti- it's not. I know the meeting is in the office not in any cafe.

He looked at her shocked.

Keerti- will you tell me what's going on in your mind.

Naksh- nothing.

Suddenly Keerti shouts. He stopped the car.

Keerti- ahh.

Naksh- what happened?

Keerti- Naksh I think meri delivery hone wali hai.

Naksh- what? Why didn't you tell me before. Let's go to the hospital..

He is about to start car but stopped realising what she said.

He looked at her and she burst into laughter.

Naksh looks in front.

Keerti put her palm on his.

Keerti- Naksh.

Naksh- I don't know why ? I'm scared.

Keerti- scared of what?

Naksh- scared of losing you what if something bad happened to you.I know I shouldn't think like this but it's not in my control.

He held his palm and put it on her cheek.

Keerti- Naksh I know you're concerned for me. It's normal aise negative thoughts kisi ke bhi man me aa sakte hai. But you should think positively.

Naksh nods.

Keerti- And above all this I know one thing that if you're with nothing bad can happen to me. I know you will always protect me.

He nodded and kissed her forehead.

Naksh- I love you.

Keerti- I love you too.

She kissed his cheek.

He started driving after sometime he stopped the car and she came out.

He came out.

Keerti- bye.

She is about to go inside. When he held her wrist.

She looked at him.

Naksh- Jaan please take care of yourself.

Keerti nods.

He moves closer and kisses on her forehead.

Naksh- I Love you so much Keerti.

He caresses her cheek and rests his forehead on her.

Keerti- I love you more Naksh.

She kisses on his cheek.

Keerti- ok I'm going

Naksh- no..stay here.

Keerti- Naksh

Naksh- ok.

She leaves from there.

He looks at her going.

After sometime.

Naksh call Naira.

Naksh- hello.

Naira- ji Bhai.

Naksh- listen I was about to go with Keerti. But I have an important meeting to attend.

Naira- Bhai don't worry I'll take her.

Naksh- Naira I know I don't need to say this but please take care of Keerti. Aur keerti ko sirf doctor ke paas lekar jaana.

Naira- Bhai don't worry. I'll take care of everything.

Naksh- bye.

He hung up the call..

Evening.
After completing his meeting.

Naksh entered a toy store as he liked a toy for the baby.

He bought that teddy and some toys for his baby.

Naksh- Keerti gets really excited seeing all this.

He put all the toys in the car. When his phone starts ringing.

Naksh- Hello Papa. What? What happened..please tell me.. I'm coming.

He sits in the car and starts driving toward the hospital.

Naksh- what happened? Keerti thik toh haina.

He stopped the car and ran inside.

He bumped with something and fell down on the floor. He looks up and sees a dead body on the stretcher.

Naksh- Keerti.

He got up and saw that body is someone else. He ran toward the gynecologist department.

Naksh stopped seeing everyone there..he looked at them and they all had tears in their eyes.

He looked at Naira and Karthik.

She bowed down her face seeing him.

Naksh- what happened? Why are you all crying?

He looked at Manish.

Manish- Naksh.

Naksh- Papa meri Keerti.

Manish- Naksh vo Keerti..

Naksh- Keerti kya?

Manish- Keerti ka baby.

Naksh looks at him.

Manish- miscarriage ho gaya.

He moved back listening to that. He is shocked to the core.Tears brimmed in his eyes.

He looked at Naira. She didn't look at him.

He stumbled when Manish held his arm.

He is shocked.
