Naksh went office..and Keerti decided to plan a surprise date for him so she can tell her feelings to him..

She is doing all the preparation for Naksh as per his taste..

She climbed up on stool to take something out.. when she lost her balance and fall down on glass piece..

Staff person see her got injured and informed Naksh..

Keerti lost in her thoughts.When Naksh entered in room with food..

Naksh- Jaan.. Dinner time..

Keerti- haan..

He sit beside her and placed plate on bed..

She look at plate and made face..

Keerti- soup and salad Naksh..I don't want to eat this..

Naksh- why you don't want to it? It's healthy and good for you..

Keerti- no.. Naksh I..

Before she could complete he took spoon and put soup in her mouth..

She look at him widening her eyes..

Keerti- Naksh..

Naksh- sorry Jaan..please have it.. please

Keerti- Naksh I hate you..

She said as she is getting irritate.

Naksh look at her shocked..

Naksh- I'm sorry..

Keerti look at him and realized what she said..

He is about to get up.

She hold his hand and hug him..

He hold her hand and pull her in his arms..

He broke the hug..and cupped her face in his palm..

Naksh-Keerti I can live with the thought that you don't love me..but I can't tolerate this that you hate me not even for a second..

Keerti- now let me have my food..I'm feeling hungry..

Naksh- you don't need to have this..

Naksh- no just give me 10 minutes I'll make something else for you..which will made my wife mood better..

He kissed on her cheek and goes out of room..

She is lost in her thoughts..when Naksh phone start ringing..

She picked up his phone..

Samir- Hello.. Naksh sir..

Keerti- Samir it's me..

Samir- mam..aap.

Keerti-Naksh is in kitchen.. anything important should I call him..

Samir- no mam it's not that important but I need Naksh sir identifications card photo for our company new project and its saved in sir phone..

Keerti- ok I'll will send it now..

Samir- thanks mam..

She hung up the call..

She checked the file in his phone..where she see his id card.. and his birth date in it..

Keerti- what? Naksh's birthday is on next week.. mujhe toh pata hi nahi tha..and Naksh ne mujhe nahi bataya kabhi.. Nak..no Keerti Naksh ka birthday hai Naksh didn't told you so now it's your turn surprise him..yes Naksh I'll make your this birthday memorable..we will celebrate this together I'll made this day really special for you.. Naksh on your birthday I'll tell you that how much I love you..yes I'm going to propose you..

She have a smile on her lips..

Naksh enter in room and look at her smiling face..

Naksh- thinking about me..

She come out of thoughts listening that..

Naksh- meri jaan akele me smile kar rahi hai..so I thought you're thinking about me..

Keerti- no I'm not thinking about..

Keerti- it is fair mr husband..

Naksh- ok..we will continue this later but now I'm feeling really hungry..so come and let's have dinner Please..

Keerti- ok..

She spread her arms..Naksh look at her..

Keerti- what pick me up in your arms..how will I go outside..

Naksh- yes..

He pick her up in his arms she wrapped her arms around his neck..

He started walking outside the room..

He made her sit on couch comfortably and sit infront of her..

He made her favourite dish..he feed her with his hand..

Keerti- Naksh I can eat myself..

Naksh- I know but I love to pamper my wife.so let me pamper her please..

Keerti- Don't you think you're spoiling me..

Naksh- I don't think so that I'm spoiling you..but if it's true than also I love to spoil you..you know why..

She look at him..he hold her hand in his.

Naksh-because you're my one and only and I'm ready to do anything for you anything that gave you happiness and bring a smile on your face...

She look at him.he look at her lovingly..

They both have a cute eyelock..he cupped her face in his palm and caress her cheek..

He look at her intensely..he caress her lips with his thumb..looking into her eyes he is moving closer to her..

He is about to lock his lips with her..when her phone start ringing..
They both look at eachother..

Naksh-(muttered) Damn not again..

She look at his disappointed face and took phone in her hand..

Keerti- Hello yes papa I'm fine..

Naksh got up and move to go..

Keerti hold his hand.

Keerti- I call you later papa.

She hung up the call.he look at her..

She kissed on his knuckles..

He look at her smilingly..she hold his hand and made him sit beside her..

She wrapped her arm around him and rest her head on his shoulder..he rest his head on her head..taking her in his arms..

She is talking to him.he is caressing her..she fall asleep hugging him.he look at her smilingly..

He caress her hair..

Naksh- Jaan aap aisa kyu karti hai.you know naa I love you and I can't see you in pain..why don't you understand you're really important to me I have only you as my family You're my everything I can't tolerate even a single scratch on you.. promise me you will take yourself from now..no from now I'll be extra careful and will never let you get hurt and that's my promise to you..

Naksh- Jaan you know I'm really upset with you..How can you say that you hate me.. you know naa I love you..so why you hurted me by saying this..you know when I saw you first time at that resturant and when you saved my life I felt a connection with you..then you become my friend and eventually I fall in love with you..when you saved my life you own my life my every breath..you have all right on me.. I'm in love with you madly my Jaan.. please never say that again that you hate me..me jee nahi paunga..

He kissed on her hair..

Naksh- I know I'm becoming senti but I don't want to loose you and you know me right..ok let's leave it..I have a surprise for you will tell you soon..

Naksh- aap bhi sochti hogi.that I'm mad jab aap sun rahi hoti tab me kuch bol nahi pata hu and when you fall asleep aapko apne dil ki sari baat bol deta hu..

He laughed at his own..

He look at watch..he got up and pick her up in his arms and take her in bedroom he placed her on bed and covered her duvet..
He kissed on her forehead..

Naksh- I love you..

He walk toward the balcony of his room..

Keerti open her eyes and look at him..

Keerti- I love you too Naksh..and I'm sorry..I know you love me but I never knew that you love me to this extent..I'm grateful to God that he sent you in my life..thank you God for giving me Naksh and I really love him...

He enter in room..she lye down on bed closing her eyes..

He look at her and lye down on bed he close his eyes..

She open her eyes and look at him..she wrapped her arm around his chest..he also wrapped his arms around her..

Days passed like this Naksh taking care of Keerti and doing her every work..

Present day..
Keerti wake up and look at Naksh who is sleeping beside her..

She bend down toward him and kissed on his cheek.. he open his eyes and look at her..

She move back looking at him..she got up from bed..He look at himself in mirror..He smiled at her..

After sometime..
Naksh got ready for Office as need to attend a important meeting today..

They both have breakfast then Naksh give her medicines..

Naksh- I have a important meeting but I'll be back soon..bye Jaan..

He kissed on her forehead and leave from his house..

She look at him going..

Keerti- finally now I can do the preparation for my hubby birthday..I'm really excited..

She jumped in happines..

Keerti-Keerti jaldi kar you don't have time..

She took her phone out and dialled a number..

Whole day passed in doing the preparation for his birthday..Naksh also got busy in his work whole day because he is working on new project..

Night 11:30 pm..

Naksh sit in car and start driving..

He tried Keerti number but she didn't answer his call..

Naksh- I think my Jaan is angry with me thodi der ka bol kar kitna late ho gaya.. Naksh Singhania get ready to manofy your wife..

He stopped his car outside his house..

He open the door with spare keys and enter inside he find it weird as there is no light in main hall..

Naksh- Jaan are you there? Jaan..

He walked inside..

Light went onn with a bursting party poopers..

Naksh- Jaan..

She walked toward him taking flower bouquet in her hand..

He smiled seeing her..

Keerti -(sing) Happy birthday to you...Happy birthday to you..Happy birthday Happy birthday.. Happy birthday to you..

His smile faded listening that..

She come near him..

Keerti- happy birthday Naksh..

He look at her shocked..
