I had to put a little extra sentence at the end of the previous chapter but if you didn't notice it, don't worry bout it. On with the story!

        When Add told her that she could go anywhere in Elder for as long as she wanted to, (y/n) knew exactly where she wanted to go. Add was excellent company and she had began to love him more and more each day, but she sometimes got tired of him being the only one around. For that reason, she wanted to get a pet, but not just any pet. She would get a pet that Add couldn't say no to. (Y/n) was going to get a cat.

        It was extremely early in the morning so there weren't many people wandering about. That being said, anyone who saw them either didn't care about their presence or was too afraid to say anything. Even Red Knights kept their distance as the two of them walked side by side. It could have also been because of Add's aura. He sent death glares at anyone who stared at (y/n) for too long.

        After a good bit of walking, (y/n) finally came to a stop next to an ally. "This is it," she declared happily.

        Add looked at her in confusion. "You're kidding right? You have the chance to go anywhere in Elder and you choose a random side ally?" Add questioned in disbelief. He spoke a bit too loudly which earned them a few stray glances from strangers.

        "Hey quiet down. I assure you that there's a reason we're here," (y/n) said. She grabbed Add's arm and led him down the ally in search of the cat that she'd observed for some time now. She froze when she saw it happily heading towards her. Add stood still too and watched the cat too as it went in between both their legs purring as it walked.

        "This cat...I want to keep him," (y/n) said as she reached down and picked up the cat.

        "(Y/n)...why does that cat resemble me in a way?" Add asked. It was then that (y/n) realized why this particular cat caught her interest. It had white fur similar to Add's white hair. Its eyes were a shade of purple, different from Add's shade of eye color, but similar nevertheless.

      "I...I um...well his name is Shiro since his fur is white." (Y/n) held Shiro out to Add. "We can keep him right? He's the only reason I came here and if we leave him here, he'll just stay homeless," she spoke, practically begging Add to allow her to keep Shiro.

        "How long have you been planning on taking this cat in?" Add asked curiously.

        "A while now. He's in this alley every time I do get the chance to pass by here. I fed him once and he's liked me ever since," she replied. Shiro agreed with a typical cat meow.

        Add sighed. "If that's what you want then so be it." (Y/n) laughed in delight and handed Shiro to him. Add took the cat and pet him as the two walked back to the lab. "We will be leaving tomorrow so you better enjoy today," Add said in almost a whisper.

        "Shouldn't we get Shiro some food before we head back though. I doubt it's good to keep him on a inconsistent diet," (y/n) suggested. Add didn't really seem to be paying attention to her since they were on the move again. His glaring had become more intimidating now, yet he still answered her.

        "Yeah, that makes since. Just where would we get cat food from though?" Add asked. He kept stroking Shiro behind the ears. Neither if them had a clue to the answer of his question. They had never had to concern themselves with the thought of buying cat food up until now.

        "Maybe we can wait until we get to Altera to figure this one out. Shiro's used to eating just about anything anyway," (y/n) said while scratching her head.

        "I you say so but don't come asking me for help when Shiro gets sick," Add said while still petting the cat.

        "Hey Add. There's one more place I want to stop by before we leave. You don't mind do you?" She looked at Add who still didn't seem to be paying much attention to her.

        "Yeah sure. Whatever," he said as they continued to walk. (Y/n) took the lead and led them to a small store near the outskirts of Elder.

        "Hm? What's this?" Add asked as they entered.

        "It's a candy store. No one hardly ever comes here, but I heard that it sells the best candy around," (y/n) said with a smile. Yes, she wanted to go to a candy store. So what? It's not like she ever got to go as a kid anyway. Add didn't seem to mind either, but both of them were suddenly startled when a memeber of the El Search Party appeared. He had been there when they walked in, yet they hadn't payed him any attention until they both saw each other at the same time.

        (Y/n) froze on the spot and glanced at Add who had done the same. Shiro even seemed on edge as they all stared at the blue haired El Search Party member. He certainly recognized them although he didn't seem to have any interest in them.

        "Add. (Y/n). You have no reason to be alarmed. I have no intent on fighting either of you," he said. (Y/n) looked at Add for a moment but didn't let her guard down. This person was their enemy. They couldn't trust him...right?

        "How do we know we can trust you?" Add said as he kept his gaze on him.

        "How about I introduce myself. My name is Ciel and I'm sure you already know that I am a member of the El Search Party. I assure you, I am just taking a little bit of leisurely time," Ciel replied. Ciel didn't seem to have any sort of weapon with him and acted friendly, but that just made (y/n) feel more uneasy.

        "If you'd like, I could buy the two of you whatever it is that you planned on getting from here," Ciel offered. Add still kept a skeptical gaze on Ciel. He answered his offer anyway.

        "I don't see why not...but if you even seem like your about to attack (y/n), I'll kill you," Add said. (Y/n) took Shiro from Add since the cat was kind of reaching for her like a child.

        "Then it's a deal then," Ciel said with a slight nod. Add let (y/n) continue to lead him through the store but kept his dynamos, which had been there all the while, ready to attack if needed. Ciel waited for them at the front of the store. As (y/n) and Add found what they wanted, their defenses lowered and they started to trust Ciel a little more. True to his word, Ciel paid for their things.

        "Would you two like to go with me to the new park? I doubt the two of you have been able to see it and something tells me that you won't see it if you don't go now," Ciel offered on their way out. (Y/n) did actually want to see the new park. She had heard that there was a really pretty fountain there now, and the water supposedly turned different colors while it flowed. Add must have sensed this because he agreed but his dynamos rattled with electricity to give Ciel warning of his earlier made promise.

        So the three of them went to the new park and gained strange looks on there way there. No doubt, people were probably wondering why Ciel wasn't attacking them. What (y/n) didn't know was that Add was wondering the same thing and still didn't trust Ciel at all.
