I feel like I'm forgetting an important detail somewhere but I can't quite figure out what it might be. Well, I'll figure it out. Here's the next chapter folks!

        Ever since that day, Add made sure to avoid eye contact with her. (Y/n) kind of felt bad about it, but she didn't let it bother her too much. Besides, she got to see his reactions whenever he did make eye contact with her and actually realize it. Sometimes his entire face would go red and he'd immediately turn away from her with some sort of excuse. Or sometimes he would just look away in embarrassment and mutter a curse if (y/n) kept staring at him. It was absolutely hilarious at times.

        Add would usually forget to do these things whenever he was deep in his research, incredibly sleepy, or helping (y/n) make adjustments to her dynamas. (Y/n) had absolutely refused to adopt the title of dynamos so Add offered a compromise to which she agreed to. That was almost two years ago though. Since then, (y/n) and Add had left the laboratory to go into the city only fourteen times. Three of those times were to visit Altera for ideas or supplies. They of course had to leave to get more food as well because fifteen year olds could apparently burn right through a food supply.

        They stayed in the laboratory for such long periods of time because the El Search Party had pretty much figured out Add's secret. They knew about him living in Elder, yet to this day, they did not know his laboratory's true location. That was because the laboratory never truely had an exact location after (y/n) came along.

        Some days, she and Add worked separately as though the other person wasn't there. Other days, they helped each other out, and then some days, they would just take a break from work completely. On their break days, they would often sleep since they deprived themselves of it whenever they were too busy. In fact, that was exactly what they were doing now, sleeping. Well, at least (y/n) was sleeping. She and Add were pretty much best friends now, but she had no idea what Add was doing until he woke her up.

        "Hey, why are you bothering me while I'm trying to sleep," (y/n) complained.

        "Let's go! They found us again!" Add said as he practically pulled her out of her bed. Lucky for him, she was actually wearing one of her regular outfits. Add's dynamos were circling the two of them as they walked. It was as though the dynamos had been agitated too.

        "Why now? Can't you just move the lab on your own?" (y/n) whinned as Add dragged her to the main room. (Y/n) already knew the answer to her question.

        "No. I can't store the entire laboratory in the form of a tattoo can I? Oh right, that's your job," Add said with slight annoyance.

        "Why are you so salty. Can you be a little more considerate? I did just wake up," (y/n) said. Add glanced at her before muttering an apology but (y/n) could understand why he was in a foul mood. They had just had to move the lab just yesterday. The El Search Party had become increasingly good at relocating it and (y/n) had to admit that it was getting on her nerves too. "Why can't they just leave us alone?" (y/n) muttered. Add had already let her go and turned everything off except for the electrical force field that surrounded the lab.

        "Because they are relentlessly searching for criminals who haven't committed any true crimes," Add said as he pulled her to him and activated the teleportation device on his wristband. It was true. (Y/n) and Add hadn't really done anything wrong. They still paid for everything like everyone else did and they still followed even the most basic of laws. The only thing incriminating about them was their shared involvement in nasod research.

        When they were right outside of the lab, (y/n) immediately began to transfer it to a tattoo. Since it was an entire building, she had to store it on her leg in the form of a black cat tattoo. The force feild around them was being constantly attacked, yet that didn't stop (y/n)'s process. When she was done, she expected Add to pull her to him again to teleport them away.

        Instead he just stood there with his dynamos ready. (Y/n) was kind of disappointed since she wanted to use Add as a pillow for a few seconds so that she could rest her eyes. "You actually want to face them?" (y/n) asked him.

        "Yeah and there are only three here right now. The others are too far away to sense. Besides, they've been getting on my nerves for far too long. If you don't want to fight then you can just stand there and look pretty," Add said.

         His arrogance was starting to resurface again as well. (Y/n) just shrugged off his statement and brought her dynamas out from their tattoo which was now above her flash drive's tattoo in the form of a star. She chose the star tattoo because she has five dynamas and a star has five points. The dynamas circled her twice before stopping behind her in a stance similar to Add's dynamos.

        "From what I can tell, these three don't seem to be long range attackers. They keep attacking the same spot too which is why it's taking longer for them to break through the barrier," Add said. As soon as Add stopped speaking, the barrier cracked and it continued to crack until it finally shattered. "Let's teach these children a lesson shall we," Add said with a smirk as he and (y/n) faced the three members of the El Search Party.

         (Y/n) had only run into one of them before. That specific member of the team wasn't present at the moment. Instead, there was a red headed boy with a sword, a black haired guy with a sword and nasod arm, and a girl with a spear.

        "They're actually here this time," the guy with the nasod arm said in amusement.

        "You won't be escaping this time!" the red headed boy said as he pointed his sword at Add.

        "We should be careful. They are quite dangerous and Eun is sensing something particularly off about the girl," the girl with the spear stated. (Y/n) was tired of their chatter.

      "We're right here you know. We aren't going to wait all day for you to attack," (y/n) said as she tried to copy Add's nonchalant attitude. Add's arrogance had began to rub off on her over time, but she was able to keep it in check way better than Add could.

        "After all of that noise, I honesty thought they'd do better than just stand there," Add said, joining in on her little taunt.

        "You dare look down on us? I'll make you pay for that," the guy with the nasod arm said.

        "Raven, don't let them get to you. We have to keep a clear head while fighting," the spear girl said.

        "I know Ara. You support me and Elsword while we take them on until the others get here," the guy, who was apparently named Raven, said. (Y/n) and Add both gave a menacing smirk in response to Raven's words. That must have really ticked them off because the red head, who (y/n) assumed was Elsword, and Raven both came charging at them. Neither Add nor (y/n) tried to dodge their upcoming attack. Instead, they both used a skill of theirs that were both similar in affect but different in appearence and name. "Pulse Cannon!" Add said. "Plasma Assault!" (y/n) said.

        Their attacks hit Raven and Elsword respectively. The duo wasted no time in attacking again, delivering stuns to keep their enemies from retaliating. (Y/n) backed down to take on Ara while Add fought both Raven and Elsword with surprising easiness. Just as (y/n) was about to block on of Ara's attacks, the girl stopped and suddenly retreated. This left (y/n) momentarily confused so she didn't notice the missiles headed in her direction until it was too late to do anything about them. Before she knew it, (y/n) was in a completely different spot than she just was. "Add?" she whispered, when she noticed that Add was carrying her.

        "Be careful next time. I didn't have time to warn you that they were here, so you've got an excuse just this once," Add said as he put her down.

        "Damn it, we're surrounded. What now? There's no way that we can fight them with this many of them around," (y/n) said as she noticed that other El Search Party members had joined the fight. (Y/n) knew very well that Add probably could fight them all and still not lose. With her there, he'd have to protect her and simultaneously fight. Add was stronger than her in fights, so it was only natural.

        "(Y/n)! That is your name right? You don't have to associate with this fugitive. Your parents have already served their time and have already confessed to forcing you into nasod studies. If you come with us now, your charges will be dropped. If you refuse, then you'll have to face the consequences of your crimes whether you were forced to do them or not!" a red headed girl with a sword said.

        "Elesis," (y/n) muttered with a frown. She knew this girl quite well since she had almost been killed by her once.

        "I refuse to walk away from the thing I cherish most! You'll have to try harder than that! So what if my parents want me to come home to them. If it means that I can't continue to live the way that I've been living, then it's no life that I want to live," (y/n) said. She was on the verge of snapping at the thought of her parents getting off so easily. "Add, can we leave now?" she asked as she hugged him and buried her face into his neck to hide her watering eyes.

        "Yeah," Add said as he put his hand on her head and teleported them away.

        "Stop them!" Elesis shouted but even the missiles and arrows didn't reach them before they disappeared to a new spot. When they were safely away, (y/n) let Add go and dropped to the ground, letting her stored up sadness spill from its locked case. Add only stood by her and looked on in worry.

        "Is there something you should tell me?" he asked. She looked up at him as her tears rolled and gave a slight nod.
