Chapter 6

A/N: Here's the 6th chapter! Im sooooo sorry for the long wait. Thank you for all the comments you are posting!

Sophie and her friends ate a delicious dinner of orange rolls that didn't taste like any human food she had ever eaten. It was amazing though, and Sophie thought it came pretty close to mallowmelt. She ate untill she couldn't possibly take another bite. "Thank you, Della!" Sophie said as she, Fitz, Biana, and Keefe excused themselves from the table. They walked back up to Biana's room.

"Where were we?" asked Keefe as everyone reassembled themselves in a circle.

"I think we were at you, Fitz," Biana said.

"Oh yeah. Biana, truth or dare?" Fitz asked.

"I thought you were going to pick Sophie," Biana said.

"Well, I was, but now I'm picking you," says Fitz. "Tell me, truth or dare?"

"Truth," Biana shrugs. "We might as well have a truth mixed in with all these dares."

"Okay." Fitz didn't even have to think. "Who do you have a crush on?"

Biana groaned. "My secrets are my secrets."

Fitz raised his eyebrows. "Now I really want to know. And while you're at it, tell us all your crushes."

Biana glared daggers at him. "I hate you so much right now. What did I ever do to you?"

Fitz shrugged. "Well, we are siblings. And you snuck into my room and looked at my matchmaking list answers. Come on, stop stalling!"

"Well, I'm kinda tired. I'm thinking we should go to bed-" Biana started, but Fitz cut her off.

  "Just say it already!"

"Yeah, it's not gonna kill you," Keefe said.

"But I might die of embarrassment, " Biana said. "Can you just read my mind?"

Fitz thought for a moment. "Well, I guess so," he said. "But then you owe me one!"

But you better transmit what she says to me, Sophie transmitted to Fitz. I want to know.

Ok, Fitz transmitted back.

Keefe poked Sophie and whispered in her ear, "I want to know, too. Your continued secret flirting conversations haven't fooled me."

Sophie blushed and whispered back, "Okay,  I'll transmit what she says to you."

"You can enter my mind, Fitz, " Biana said.

"Okay." Fitz closed his eyes. After a few seconds, he rolled over on his side laughing. "Wow! Just... wow!"

Biana gave him the world's evilest hairy eyeball. A word formed on her lips but then she closed he mouth again.

She liked Keefe before she met Tam and then she liked Tam. Fitz transmitted through his laughter.

Sophie thought before transmitting to Keefe, Tam. Remember, you're not supposed to know. I hope you're a good actor.

Keefe gave her a small nod and kept his face emotionless. "Biana, your turn to pick someone."

"Keefe, truth or dare?" Biana asked, turning to him.

"Dare. Dare all the way," Keefe said.

"I dare you to go outside without a cape for 10 minutes," Biana said.

"But it's cold outside," Keefe complained.

"That's the point!" Biana told him.

"Oookaaay. I'll go." Sophie,  Fitz, and Biana followed him as he walked out of Biana's room, down the stairs, and out the door.

"Let's stay outside to keep playing truth or dare," Biana said with a grin. "We could sit under that tree near the gates. It kind of glows, so we can still see."

"Awww, you're evil," Keefe said. "At least we learned how ro regulate our body temperature at Exillum."

Everyone agreed to continue the game outside.  They sat in a circle under the tree Biana told them about. Sophie, Biana, and Fitz pulled their capes tighter around themselves. "Keefe, who do you pick?" Sophie asked.

  "Foster, truth or da-"

"Wait! Did you guys see that?"

  "What?" Biana asked, confused. "Where?"

"Behind that bush there. I thought I saw something move."

"Oh, I think I saw it too," Fitz said.

There was a sharp rustling sound coming from the bushes that Sophie had pointed to. Then four cloaked figures jumped out.

"Well, we haven't seen each other for a while," said a painfully familiar voice.
