Walking into foxfire on her first day of level five was a big deal for Sophie. It was going to be her first year without Fitz in her telepathy sessions or Keefe in her detention. As much as she didn't want to admit it, she was going to really miss them.
    
   Keefe and Fitz were both level sevens, which put them in the elite levels and floors. Elite level students had their own dorms and spent their last two years of foxfire studying hard and uncovering their future. Which was cool, but, it also meant that they never got to go and see friends or family outside of the towers.

   With a sour thought in her head, Sophie made her way into the foxfire halls.

    Upon entering, she saw big banners cascaded over the walls and ceilings. All of them welcoming each and every student back from their summer holidays.

   The hallways were busy, and full of children of all ages. All of them heading toward the auditorium for the daily orientation. As she made her way down the hallway, she felt someone bump into her shoulder.

   " Hey Soph, I'm pretty sure your holding up the whole hallway." Dex, her best friend said to her. " What! No I'm not!" She exclaimed a little too loud. She got a couple of stares from the other students as well.

   " Yeah, Sophie, I think Dex is right." Her other best friend, Biana, said while, also, bumping into her other shoulder. " Your going really slow. We were just nice enough to tell you." Her and Dex started laughing and then fist bumped.

   "Ugh, you two are so weird." Sophie sighed with a little smile on the corner of her mouth. "Isn't that why we're your friends?" Dex said jokingly, yet, earning another fist bump from Biana. " Haha, very funny guys." Sophie said.
 
    She then puts her arms around her friends and goes and they go take seats in the auditorium.
