A/N Here I am with the first chap! I've been working on some pictures but just didn't want to do anymore after three :( I might though later draw some more. Enjoy this first song, the plot, and the terrible pictures. Lastly, you will know if they are singing because the text will be slanted like this. They do talk during the song sometimes. Back To Foxfire     

Sophie:

Sophie woke up to the sound of her alarm. "Ugh!" she exclaimed as she slammed her fist onto the off button.

I hear my alarm going off

A brand new day, ohh

But not the same

Sophie starts to get out of her bed slowly.

It's the first day back

To Foxfire

More studies, more teachers

As Sophie stood beside her bed, she looked at her clock.

And I am "LATE!!!"

Biana:

Biana already got her uniform on. She was putting on some makeup and fixing her hair.

It's time to get ready

For a new school year

I got my uniform on

And a bow in my hair

Biana and Sophie:

Biana and Sophie pulled out their pathfinder.

"Foxfire!!!"

Biana and Sophie quickly arrived in the front of Foxfire and greeted each other.

It's a brand new start

It's a brand new year

Nothing's bringing us down

Even though we can't always see each other.

It's a whole new light

Shining through these walls

Though our fellow prodigies

May not understand us at all

Ohh, ohhhh

Fitz is leaning against his locker.

Fitz:

They're expecting higher expectations

Dex and Keefe walk over to Fitz.

Dex:

It will be tougher

But we're not going to stop

Keefe:

"But I'm not

Gonna blow my chances

Of being in detention"

Fitz and Dex rolled their eyes at Keefe.

Dex, Fitz, and Keefe:

New rules

New plans

Thought I had a break from it all

I guess I was wrong

Biana, Sophie, Dex, Fitz, and Keefe:

They all meet up in front of the school and start dancing.

It's a brand new start

It's a brand new year

Even though we can't always see each other.

Though our fellow prodigies

They don't understand us at all

Tam and Linh light leaped over to Foxfire.

Tam:

From the darkness

Linh:

To the light

Marella walked over to Tam and Linh.

Marella:

We earned our spots here

Tam, Linh, and Marella:

And no one's gonna tell us otherwise!

The whole school gathers on the lawn in front of the school. They start clapping their hands.

Whole school:

"It's a brand new start

It's a brand new year

Nothing's bringing us down

Even though we can't always see each other."

The whole school starts dancing.

It's a whole new light

Shining through these walls

And we're not giving up

No not at all

The bell rings. All nine students face each other.

Sophie:

It's a brand new start

Biana:

It's a brand new year

Dex:

Nothing's bringing us down

Keefe:

Even though there's not enough of me to go around

Everyone:

"Keefe!!"

Keefe:

"What?"

Fitz:

It's a whole new light

Marella: 

Shining through these walls

Tam and Linh:

And we're not giving up

Maruca:

No not at all

Everyone:

Not at all

"Yeah!" they all yelled as they high fived.

They all ran to their morning class.

Sophie's POV

"That was boring" I muttered to myself. I had just been in Elvin History. Now I was heading towards the cafeteria.

I went to my locker and licked the strip to open it up. It tasted like Mallowmelt today. I put my books away and headed to the cafeteria.

As I was walking, I saw Biana at her locker.

"Hey, Biana!" I yelled.

"Hey Sophie! What class did you have?" she asked, as I ran up to her.

"Elvin History" I said.

Her mouthed twisted into an Oh shape.

"Alright let's go" she said, as she shut her locker. We walked the rest of the way to the cafeteria, talking about some of the mentors we had.

As we got to the cafeteria, we grabbed a plate and scooped up our food. We went over to our usual table. Dex, Linh, Tam, Marella, Fitz, and Maruca were there.

"Hey" I said to them. "Let me guess, Keefe has already made it into detention."

"Yeah" Marella replied.

I rolled my eyes and started eating.

They continued talking, mostly about their schedules and mentors.

"Sandor" I whispered to him. "Can you like not stay hovering over me?"

"I go where you go" he replied.

"Well maybe you could take a step back" I retorted.

I saw Sandor take a teeny step backwards.

"Sandor!" I whispered-screamed to him.

I just rolled my eyes and kept eating.

After lunch finished we parted ways and I headed towards the Silver Tower for my linguistics class. When I recieved my scroll, I was disgusted to find out I had the same mentor. Lady Cadence. She had changed since last year, but I wasn't convinced she was on my side.

I started to run down the hall, hoping to not be late on my first day back. 

Since I still couldn't reach the door to the Silver Tower, the beacon always opened it for me.

Lady Cadence had been appointed beacon after Magnate Leto, or Mr. Forkle, had become principle. So I saw her before my linguistics class started. 

I ran up the stairs to find Lady Cadence waiting for me.

"You're on time" she said.

I just nodded my head. 

"Let's go" she said gruffly.

I followed behind her.

We made it to the room and she started explaining what I was going to do today. I thought I wouldn't have been taking a linguistics class again this year because I already knew all the languages. 

"This year, we are going to be working on your mimicking. I know what you are thinking and I agree. Mimicking is not your thing. But, that is what I will be teaching you. The council has ordered that."

This is going to be a  l o n g  year in linguistics.

Lady Cadence mumbled something under her breath. 

"Before we begin our session today, I need to see what score you have" Lady Cadence said.

She grabbed a golden gadget from her desk and she told me to mimic her.

"Uhm-" I started.

"It's not a test, just do your best" she said.

I cleared my throat and  t r i e d  to mimic her. It sounded more like squeaking.

"Uh-erm- ok thank you" she said.

I could tell it was probably worse than the one I did a couple years ago.

Lady Cadence sat down the golden gadget thingy. "Come" she said.

I sat down in a seat and we set to work.

"We'll start by you trying to mimic me" she said. "Try to say this. It's the first day back at Foxfire."

Couldn't she have thought of something else to say? 

"It's the first day back at Foxfire" I said, trying to mimic her voice. 

"Ok, to start out, you need to clear your throat. Also, you don't need to twist your mouth in, whatever shape that is. It makes it worse. Then-"

 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Time Skip To End Of School . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 

Biana and I met up at her locker after school.

"I would rather go after the Neverseen then sit through another class of Multispeciesial Studies with Sir Traran. He's so boorrrring" Biana complained.

"Try sitting through a class with Lady Cadence. I'm going to have to learn to mimic, and that is not going to go well" I replied.

"At least tomorrow we have Physical Education and Abillity training" Biana said.

"Yeah, but I'm terrible at P.E." I said, slinging my head back.

"Oh stop complaining" Biana said. "Where are the others anyway?"

"I guess putting their books away" I replied.

We walked over to my locker, and I started putting my books away when I found a note. I quickly got it out and put my books in.

"What's that" Biana asked.

"I don't know" I said. I opened the note up and saw

They've began

With new plans

We need to be cautious

Hurry, and come to my office

-Magnate Leto

I was guessing they referred to the Neverseen.

"Looks like your request is coming true" I told Biana. "I'll meet up with you and the others in a bit!"

"Wai-" 

But I had already ran off. 

I quickly made it to Magnate Leto's office. I knocked and the door opened.

"Mr. Forkle?" I asked. I couldn't see him.

"Yes, over here" I heard his voice. It sounded like it was behind a table with a bunch of papers.

I walked over there and saw him organizing some papers.

"You called me here?" I asked.

"Right, we have a spy in the Neverseen. They have been trusted enough to get information. Apparently, the Neverseen is preparing to attack the alicorns. And they are planning on getting ALL of them."

"How-"

"I'm not done yet. They have also discovered a way to track the alicorns, we are still trying to find out how. Even if they teleported somewhere, they wouldn't be safe."

I held out my hand. "But because the Neverseen can't teleport, how would they be able to keep up with the alicorns?"

"We can't take any risks. You know how powerful the Neverseen can be." Mr. Forkle-as-Magnate Leto said. "They might even try to use you to capture the alicorns."

"How?" I asked.

"What they did to Tam, they could do to you."

"But Glimmer isn't working with them" I retorted.

"Yes, but they have recruited more members."

"That makes sense why they haven't attacked anyone or anything in a while" I said thoughtfully.

"Exactly, so we need you to transmit to Silveny, so if anything does happen, she can warn you" he said.

"But don't we want to at least try to protect, and not just let the Neverseen take them?" I replied.

"Well yes, but-"

"But what?" I asked. "I can find the Silveny and the others. We can go to them, and stay with them, to make sure they are protected."

"Don't you think the Neverseen would know if you kids were with the alicorns?" Magnate Leto said. 

"Well. . . . you have a point" I said. "So then how are we going to make sure they are safe. If we bring them back here, they will be easier to catch." 

"Well, for right now we are still thinking, but we will be kept updated about the Neverseen's attack. Right now, I just want you on high alert, just in case" Magnate Leto replied.

"Alright" I said. "Is that all?"

"Yes, now go" he said.

I hurried out of his office and went to go meet up with the others. Except I was stopped. By Stina.

What does she want?

"Hey Sophie" Stina sneered.

"What do you want Stina" I asked, with a ferocious look on my face.

"What do you think? We are a team now, so we work as a team" Stina sneered.

"Ok, so?" I retorted.

"So, you tell me what you are going to do. And I know you aren't just going to hang with your friends" Stina replied.

"But what if I am?" I sneered at Stina.

"I-" Stina started but I ignored her and walked away. She can be soo annoying.

AH Omg I am soo sorry if you have been waiting for this chapter. It's been so long and it's pretty crappy. I'm hoping the next chapter will be ready soon.
