Glimmer opened her eye's a crack. She was hyperventilating. Sweat shone across her skin, coating her skin and a greenish tinge. Glimmer wanted to yell or scream at Ruy, Nellie, and Trix who almost let her get impaled but the sickening scar on her belly from before was a reminder that they didn't care. Glimmer sneered, standing up as she tried to cover up her shaking limbs. Nellie's fingers were poised in a snapping motion as though she had stopped the goblin throwing star using the air. Before Glimmer could question her, Ruy and Trix readied into a fighting stance and Keefe backed away next to Glimmer.

"Are you alright?" He whispered. Glimmers teeth clenched. "Fine." She growled. "Lets just get this over with emotions boy." Said Glimmer. "Hey! Nicknames are my thing." Keefe smirked. A light mace formed in Glimmers hands. Glimmer banged it down on the ground and instead of it vanishing into the air a long crack appeared on the floor. The light seeped through it, sneaking under the force field and exploding with light. Glimmer and Keefe grinned at each other as Ruy and Trix stumbled backwards. 

Ruy quickly formed a force field around Glimmer. Glimmer lazily slashed at it but her light mace rebounded, falling to the floor and vanishing. Glimmer clenched her teeth together. She had been working on keeping her light intact and not having it vanishing so she did't have to muster up the effort to conjure another one. 

Glimmer held her arms above her head, forming a huge ball of light. It grew slowly, stretching the force field as far as it could. Out of the corner of her eye she could see Trix ending whirlwinds of air at Keefe. He ducked and clumsily sent more throwing star. Ruy formed another forcefield around theirs. Glimmers fore field didn't vanish once Ruy made another, in fact it absorbed her light, stinging her harshly. Glimmer yelped and scuttled backwards. Her tunic was like a tang top  so Glimmers bare arms zapped against the force field again. Glimmer cried out and watched as her arms turned red. Glimmer extended her newly formed light mace and stretched the force field. 

The force field burst into tiny bubbles, zapping Glimmer. Glimmer dodged the bubbles and hurled her mace at Trix and Ruy. She was not exactly sure what she expected to happen but it rebounded at her Glimmer stumbled away, into Keefe and they fell over. Glimmer rubbed her head and growled, "Watch your step emotions boy." Keefe rolled his eye's and they stood up, slightly red and embarrassed. Nellie smirked. "Were going to have to work on that." She said.
