Imagine an empty stage
Imagine only one person appearing
Coming right to the middle of the stage
Stopping there, dressed in all black
Only wearing colorful wings
Stopping there with a poker face
And saying in a serious, deep voice
"I'm a butterfly
And all the performance I'm gonna fly around
And it will be beautiful."
And then leaving with a poker face
And moving their wings as if they were fliing

Then imagine a little kid
Coming to the stage
And starting to perform a poem
But interrupted by the butterfly
Flying on the stage again
And when the butterfly disappears
The kid says the poem
And it's cute
And than the butterfly strikes again
And everyone laughs

And imagine a whole group
Starting performing a musical
Les Misérables for example
And in the middle of it
The butterfly "flies" on the stage again
And everyone laughs for no apparent reason
And the actors continue

And then when they quit
Bowing down to the standing ovation
The butterfly flies for the last time
And everybody laughs
Although the performance was depressing
Although they think of society
And all the problems the heroes had
And of the pretty songs they sang
Because of this stupid joke
They are laughing

They are laughing
And it's beautiful
