Tom P.O.V

I woke up after a long nap.Or was I sleeping.I don't care.I looked around and saw that I was still in Jazzys room.Well Jazzys old room.It didn't look old but it felt old to me.I couldn't stop thinking about her.I looked on her dresser to find a picture of the 2 of us together.

My hands turned into fists.I wanted to grab the picture and slam it on the floor.But I took in a deep breath and looked away,resisting the urge to break it.I walked over to the window to see that it was night time already."Was I out for that long?"

I stepped away from the window and approached the door.I opened it.I closed it and looked at my bandaged arm.I smiled and then quietly laughed to myself.If this happened and it was Jazzy she wouldn't have been able to clean and wrap it up this nicely.

I kind of feel bad now.But I don't regret the car thing.I walked down the hallway,and down the stairs.I saw the others and the commie in the couches that surrounded the television.I walked over to the couch and stood behind it placing my arms on the top of it.

"Oh hey Tom.Are you feeling any better?"Veronica asks.I hum in response."Hey Edd I'm gonna go and get a drink."I said."T-tom you drink?!"Veronica asks shocked."Duh!Where did you think the glass bottle came from?"I shot at her.

"Just go and drink your sorrows away you pathetic and disgusting drunk."Tord shot at me.I was about to shot back at him when Veronica stopped me."Tord please don't start an argument."She Said Tord was about to say back at her but nothing came out.

I smirked and ruffled her hair."Nice one!"I said to her.As I walked past Tord I stuck my touge out at him.He rolled his eyes and looked away."Are one of you going to be awake?I wanna make sure so I know to take a key with me."I said."Veronica raised her hand."I'd be glad to stay up until you come back."She answered.

"Veronica are you sure?"Edd asked.She nodded.I thanked her and closed the door.I started walking to the sidewalk by our house and I started heading to the bar.I want to forget what happened today.I need to so this pain in my chest can go away.

Tord's P.O.V (Finally^^)

I saw the drunk exit the house.Good.He doesn't need to be here.I should probably stay up to not for Tom.Ew no.But for Veronica.I don't want the drunk doing anything or making any move on her while he isn't sober.He could do things he'll be sorry if he does.

I kind of hate the fact that she backed Tom up but it doesn't matter.I look over a Veronica who was covering her face with a pillow.Her hands were even redder than they usually are.I stand up and walk over to her."Hey you okay?"I asked.

She looked up at me.Her face was so red."A-are you okay?!"I asked.She just looked at her hands her eyes went wide.She stumbled off the couch.She quickly ran up the stairs without a word back to her room.I looked at Edd he shrugged and gave me a 'How the f**k am supposed to know what's up'look.

I rolled my eyes and went to check on Veronica.I heard her talking to herself.I pressed my ear against the door to try and listen in on what she was saying.

All I could make out was muffled screaming and jumping.What was she doing in there?I wanted to walk in on her but that would be wrong.And rude.Maybe she found something in Jazzys room that made her excited.

Time skip to 10:34 P.M

Me and Veronica were chilling on the couch.I don't know why she wanted to wait for Jehovah.He's not worth waiting for literally.She stood up and walked up the stairs.'Was she finally going to get some rest?'After a few minutes passed she came back down wearing a long sleeved light green shirt,black leggings and boots.

"What are you doing?"I asked her.She responded with "I'm going out to find Tom.Can you come with me?"I sighed."He said he was coming back himself."I said with slightly less care in my voice."He left 3 hours ago!!"She shot at me.I rolled my eyes.

"Why should I come?"I asked."Well...I don't kno-REMEMBER!!I don't remember how to drive!"She yelled quietly,trying not to wake the sleeping Edd upstairs.I thought about it for a minute.Wait this is also a great chance to make sure that drunk doesn't do any to her.

I nodded and stood up I quickly ran upstairs and grabbed my hoodie.I came back down slipped on my shoes and we were off."W-wait.How do we know which bar Tom went to? "She asked."Don't worry your pretty little head Veronica.I know exactly where.This isn't the first time this has happened."

I drove until I stopped in front of I huge bar."I-is this-" "Yeah."I parked the car.She was about to come out of the car but I stopped her."No.You're gonna stay here I'm gonna get Tom.That place is full of carefree idiots and drunks who will try to molest you.And maybe rape you.I don't you to get hurt.So just stay in the car.Okay?"

She looked at me a little shocked at my long response but she nodded.I smiled and ruffled her hair.I started to walk away.But before I did I walked back to her and gave her the keys."Be careful.Keep the car off.It's cool at night so you won't overheat.And don't open the door.Stay low and away from view so no one knows your in here.When you hear me tap on the glass I'm going to say 'It's Tord!I've gotten Tom lets go Veronica.'

I have to say it exactly like that or it isn't me.Also if they manage to brake into the car there is a gun in that glove box.Got it."She nodded."It's Tord!I've gotten Tom lets go Veronica."I nodded and closed the door.She locked the door and I held my hand put as if I've gotten the keys.I walked past the street into the bar.

That place was packed,I walked past drunken idiots.I sat at a bar table.I asked the bartender "Hey have you seen a guy in a blue hoodie?No eyes?Pineapple looking hair?"He nodded and pointed to the back.I shivered.I hater going into the back of bars.There the worst place you'll ever go.

Besides hell of course.

I followed the bartenders instructions and walked into the back of the bar.

The sight was disgusting.

There were drunk people laying in couches of filth,alcohol,and I think vomit."Gross."I said.I looked to my left and started walking looking for that disgraceful drunk.I walked past more drunk people when I saw Tom pasted out on a couch next to a guy having a three some.

I gagged and walked over to get Tom off the couch.I shook him and tried to wake him up."Thomas.Thomas!Get your drunk ass off this couch and let's go home.!"I told him.It took a while to wake him since he was completely wasted.He jumped up.

He looked at me.He put his head down and I backed up thinking he was trying to get up.I was wrong but thank god I backed up.He threw up on the floor!Disgusting!I grabbed his arm and yanked it."Get on my back."I told him.He jumped on my back and I started to walk out.

I came back out and thanked the bartender before leaving.I moved as fast as I could.I got to the parking lot to see 2 guys at the car.Veronica!I was going to reach into my pocket to get my gun but I remembered I left it in the car for Veronica.I hope she atleast knows what's she's doing.

Veronica's P.O.V

I was scared.I didn't know how long it was going to take Tord to get back and now there are 2 mysterious men out side.

Bang

Bang

Bang

"H-hey *hic* o-op-open up."I heard one of them say.I reached my hand up into the glove box and took hold of the gun.Hopefully the shots will scare them away and not kill them.As I thought that I was interrupted by glass breaking.Then a person looking through it.

I was started I almost dropped the gun."H-hey *hic* I j-just w-wa-anna give y-*hic*you a gooooooooooooooood tiiiiiiime."He said.I felt my eyes get watery.As soon as that tears were streaming down my face.I shakey pointed the gun at him."D-d-don't o-open or-or-or-or I-I'll s-s-sh-shot."I sobbed.

His friend on my other side ran away.He said you can't kill me he said in a sloppy voice.He reached in and grabbed my hand.As soon as he made contact with it.

*Gun shot sound*

I opened my eyes.He had a hole in his head.It was bleeding,his eyes rolled down into the back of his head and his let my hand go and he went limp.

I looked at my hands.They,my clothes,and the gun were covered in this man's blood."N-no.................D-d-did I j-j-just." I was scarred.Did I just kill somebody?I dropped the gun my hands were shaking.

Tord came over.He pushed the guy away from the window and opened the door.He put Tom in the back and came back to the front.I was still shaking.He sat in the driver's seat next to me.I looked up at him.He looked back down at me."Wow.That was.........just.....wow!"He said."T-t-Tord. We n-need t-to call an ambulance.Now."

Before he could respond we heard police sirens.And then the flashing of blue and red.

We looked over and saw police surrounding us."Get out of the vehicle,and step away from the body."A voice said.I stood opened the door and put my hands up.Tord did the same.We walked over to the police.The police saw my bloody hands and clothes.They grabbed some handcuffs and I was arrested.

Tord was trying to tell the officers that I wasn't guilty.But they didn't believe it.I was shoved into a police car.And was taken to jail.
