**** A REPORT ****
Third POV
"Sang, please release me." Owen sighed tiredly as Sang clung to his arm as her mother walked beside her.
Owen knew Sang and her parents were expecting the wedding any day now.
But, unknown to them and most of his brothers, that wasn't going to happen.
He didn't love her, Owen was sure Luke and Sean didn't as well. They hadn't loved her for a long time.
"Owen?" Sean spoke as he watched his brother stalked away from Sang and her family in a rush, "did you forget? Family meeting!" He grinned brightly allowing Owen to roll his eyes in amusement before following Sean inside one of the large rooms of the Sorenson household.
"Everyone here?" Sean asked as he took his seat beside Kota, at the large conference table inside the room. "All of us are here...so why the hell did we need to have a meeting? We're at Sang Baby's house for fucks sake." North growled, throwing up his hands.
North still had the large bruise that had been caused by Keelan's hand.
All nine of them knew he deserved it...even North knew it. He wouldn't admit it though.
"Because I have some things to say. To all of you." Owen sighed, taking off his glasses as he prepared to explain what had been on his mind for the past year.
"So do we." Luke told them, nudging Sean's shoulder they they nodded to Owen. "Family first, Owen." Victor smiled at him, "What's wrong?"
Owen decided to throw caution to the wind and just outright tell them.
"I don't want to marry Sang."
His statement caused an uproar as six of his brothers jumped up yelling;
"WHAT THE FUCK?"
"What?"
"What the motherfucking hell has gotten into you!?"
"You have to be kidding me...?"
"Why?"
"You three have lost your damn minds."
"Quiet!" Owen snapped, standing up from his chair, slamming his hands down on the mahogany table, causing a loud bang to ring throughout the room.
"I will explain--we will explain everything. All you must do is fuckimg listen. Can you do that?"
Never in all of their time together as a team and a family had they ever heard Owen curse. Maybe a 'damn' here and a 'shit' there was never 'fuck'. What caused all of this?
"Go on then." Kota spoke frowning as his emerald eyes looked into Owen's, "Alright," Owen cleared his throat before launching into an explanation.
"I haven't been happy with her for a long time...I don't know why, but my feelings for her have faded." He sighed sadly as his shoulders slumped, "I can't got through with marrying her."
"We feel the same, the spark has gone out, and can't you see the way she treats Kee?" Luke asked, "I've been trying my best to keep Sang away from her," He sighed.
"Sang has been nothing but kind to her! If anything, that girl has been nothing but trouble for us from the start!" North yelled, standing up. "Owen should have never agreed."
"Keelan is my responsibility--its my job to care for her! Not yours!" Owen yelled back, causing North's face to drop.
The room was silent, Owen had never yelled at them before.
But why was he getting so worked up over a girl?
There could only be one answer.
"You love her, don't you? You love Keelan?" Kota asked, with understanding shining through his eyes.
"I-I do not love her." But I'm close, but Owen wasn't going to admit that out loud yet. At least, not yet.
"But you have feelings for her? You all do?" Gabriel whispered to Luke, Sean, and Owen.
"I--" Owen struggled to form words as he became the sole attention of his brothers. "Yes."
"How?" Nathan asked, leaning closer.
"She's bad news." He huffed, leaning back as the three glared at him hotly.
"You know she isn't." Sean snapped, loosing his smile, "She agreed to all of our fucked up demands, and she did so without complaining."
"She's kind, intelligent, passionate, and she's not afraid to put North and Owen in their places." Luke grinned, remembering her knocking the fuck out of North that day in the kitchen.
"She's perfect -- in every single way." Sean sighed, smiling dreamily as he thought of the hot-headed blonde.
He wondered what she was doing at the moment.
(In reality, he probably didn't want to know how she was trapped in a room with the crazy Russian with her legs thrown over his tattooed shoulders as his tongue went wild.)
"I've heard enough!" Sang screamed as the doors of the room flew open as she stalked inside with her parents following meekly behind her.
"You will not do this to me!" She yelled, tears in her eyes as she pounced on Owen, pulling his hair before she was pulled off by an enraged North.
"Sang! What the fuck are you doing!?" He asked, hurt as she smacked him across his face.
"I've tried everything to keep you all interested --- and it never seemed to work! Not even after that threatened that stupid fucking girl!" She spat in Owen's face as he remained emotioless before loosing his composure at the mention on Keelan.
"What did you say to her?" Luke growled, glaring heatedly at Sang while the others stood back; in disbelieving shock.
Why was she acting like this?
"I only told her she better stay away from you -- but it all went to shit when you couldn't leave her alone!"
"Why are you doing all of this?" North asked, his deep voice trembling slightly as he stared at the women he thought he knew.
"Because I won't let you go." She spit out, "Everything was going according to plan --I was going to marry you, get rich and spent the rest of my life treated like royalty! Now it's all gone down the drain!" She screamed to herself, stomping her heeled feet, pouting.
"Daddy! Do something!" She screamed to her father as he stood frozen as the Blackbourne team filed out of the room with various emotions gilding across their faces.
"He can't do anything, bitch!" Gabriel yelled as he threw up his middle finger, flipping them off.
"We are through." North hissed as he slammed the front door closed.
It seems they had a lot of apologies to make when they got home.
