Christina POV
As I saw Eisuke and Soryu follow dad to his office, I went up to my room. I ran frantically around my room of what they might be talking about.

I sat down at my desk and made a list. Hmm. Uh, is dad saying to not mess with me? No. I know dad and he isn't that kind of person. Then what are they talking about?

Even after thirty minutes had passed, they still didn't come out. I went downstairs to the kitchen because I was thirsty. But as I passed the office, I heard dad saying that he was my  all-time favorite company, which was the Vernas, CEO.

I stood there. I was shocked. I went up to my room to register the information to my head. I tried to clear my mind. But I couldn't. How is dad the CEO of the Verna Group? And how come mom and dad didn't tell me.

As I was thinking this, I suddenly felt light-headed. I shook the feeling off of me which worked but it kept coming back. Ugh. I can't be sick. I'm at the most serious time in my life!

But even after I gave myself a little pep talk, it wouldn't disappear. Then, I saw a rolled note on the handle of my dorr, which wasn't there when I went to the kitchen. I went to my door.
I opened it and it said:

I will say my greetings to you, princess of the Verna Group.
I will go straight to the point.
Since you now know you are the daughter of the Verna Group, I'm not going to leave you alone.
So let us make a deal. I have a son who is one year older than you. His name is Jacob Lie. Marry him.
Your father wants you to marry Ichinomya and Oh, but I would not let that happen.
If you refuse, I wonder what will happen to your most beloved parents and your friends. Including Ichinomya and Oh, of course.

As I finished reading this with my trembling fingers I heard Eisuke and Soryu coming up I was about to open the door for them until my head started feeling light-headed. They came in just as I lost my consciousness and Eisuke caught me just as I collapsed.

Soryu POV
Me and Eisuke followed Christina's father as we were led through the house.
I heard some sounds upstairs but didn't bother to look more into it.

Then I learned something that I knew. Since I am the heir to the Ice Dragons, I know everything. But I had a face that was "surprised" because I knew that Eisuke was going to look at me if I was surprised.

But when I learned that Christina's father did this for Christina I was a little jealous. As soon as I was born, father trained me to be a mobster. But Christina's father did all this for her, to have a normal childhood.

After the discussion, me and Eisuke went upstairs. But as we were about to, we were stopped by Christina's mother, asking if we know what Christina's father was. I looked at Eisuke's face. I saw a hint of realization on his face.

Me and him went upstairs until I stopped him to tell him that we are fighting for Christina and he agreed.

Eisuke went into her room, as she collapsed. Eisuke ran to her, as I went into her room to inspect things. I saw a rolled up paper and I read it.

After reading it, I looked up from it with a shocked expression.
