Kazumi's POV

(Dream)

I was three years old playing near lake with flying pink cat like pokemon. We were best friends and played together all the time. It told it's name was 'Mew'. One day we were playing and Mew showed me the most beautiful orb. "It pretty" my third year old self said looking at the pretty orb. "Mew, what's it for?" young me asked.

"I what you to have it, it is my orb and this way we will be connected always" Mew told me. But when I touched the orb it went into my just and I cried out in pain. I fell to the ground on my side curling up. "I am sorry, goodbye my best friend" I heard Mew say softly as it disappeared into the lake. I fell unconscious and my parents found me by the lake. I told them what had happened, but they didn't believe me. I soon forgot about Mew as my parents wouldn't let me near the lake any more and we moved to Pallet Town.

(Dream over)

I woke up and touched my chest remembering the dream. But I knew it was not a dream, but a memory. I decided to tell Misty, Storm and Electra. Misty found it had to believe, but didn't say anything. Storm and Electra told me they knew something was inside me, but not want. And that they were sorry for not telling me.

We continued our journey and finally reached Viridian forest. Beyond it was Pewter City where I would have my first gym battle. I decide to train my pokemon while we were in the forest with Misty's help training Draco. I knew that the gym leader had rock and ground pokemon. So I decided to use Draco who was a water pokemon and Electra as I was going to teach her to use iron tail with Storm's help.

Misty didn't seem to like going into the Viridian forest. She confessed that she feared and didn't like bug-type pokemon. The first pokemon we came across was a caterpie and I caught it with Pidgey's help. Caterpie likes it's pokemon name and didn't want any new ones.

Once we reached a stream Misty decided to fish and I prepared lunch for us & our pokemon. After lunch I began to train my pokemon for my gym battle. With Misty's help Draco learnt bubble beam and water pulse. Electra learnt iron tail with Storm's help, they even learnt flash cannon together. Pidgey evolved into a Pidgeotto and Caterpie evolved into a Metapod while training together.

We spent the night in the forest much to Misty's dismay. But we weren't disturbed and left early the next morning. Electra was on Misty's shoulder today while Storm was on mine. A few hours later we finally found our way out of the forest and saw a sign. It said: Pewter City.

Misty and I decided to go to the pokemon center first to have our pokemon get a check up. We met man saling rocks and guided us to the center. He wished me luck in my battle and disappeared.
