After Garroth admitted his love me, Garroth and I are finally moving in together.

I can't believe it took 5 years for him to get up the courage to ask me. At this rate, I'm going to be the one proposing.

I laugh to myself at this thought. I still remember when we first really hung out. We were doing a dance contest on the cruise ship that I wanted to do. We were dance partners and danced to the song "Rather Be". We totally killed it.

I really am glad Garroth finally got the courage to ask me out on a date on New Years 5 years ago.

Garroth comes over. "Hey Y/n. Ready for fireworks?"

"Of course. I was just thinking of 5 years ago, when you finally asked me out on a date." I say with a small giggle,

Garroth smiles. "I actually want to ask you something."

"Yeah?"

"Will you marry me?" Garroth asked on one knee My eyes widen.

I throw myself at him crying with joy. "Of course I will. I love you." I say hugging him.

He kisses me smiling with joy. We turn to watch the fireworks.

A few months later...

"Garroth! Can you come here for a sec?" I say,

"Yeah sugar bear I'm coming." Garroth says coming up the stairs I meet him in the hall.

"Guess what?"

"What?"

"You're gonna be a dad!" I say

"A-are you serious?! That's wonderful!" Garroth says kissing me.

"Oh how long I've wanted a kid and now... Oh babe I'm so happy!" I giggle.

"Let's go tell everyone!" Garroth nods excitedly.

"Let's go come on!" I giggle. I love him so much.

2023 is already a great year. I can't wait to see where it will bring us.
