Karan, along with preeta was shown standing at a railway station.

At night

Preeta was sitting on the bed, keeping her hands on her chin, looking at the phone continuously that was kept there

Karan, along with his batch mates and family entered the wedding hall.

Preeta ran in rakhi's room

Preeta woke up early in the morning for the sargi

Rakhi was already in the kitchen and had prepared it

She started cooking the food thinking about him

In the evening,

Preeta was getting ready and waiting for karan. She wore her earrings and finally came out of her room

Rakhi : puttar, tu to bahot khoobsurat lag rahi hai. Karan dekhega to pura lattu ho jayega

Rakhi : chal ab sharma mat, karwachauth ki pooja karte hai. Karan bhi aane wala hoga

They sat along with the other ladies in a circle, doing the pooja.

Preeta was looking at the door continuously, waiting for him

After talking to preeta, karan cuts the call. They all sat in the van to leave.

Karan looked at preeta's photo and smiled

All of them were singing songs, after their victory when the van stopped.

Few people came there, no one noticed them.

Karan, along with 2 others came out of the van with their guns

Karan saw someone and shot the person.

He moved forward slowly.

He turned back. The van exploded. Karan jumped.

He was lying down when a person, wearing a mask came there and shot him.

She cried, keeping her head on his chest.

Preeta patted his cheek (with pain) : suniye na please.. Aapne kaha tha Mai aapka intezaar karu.. Ab aap aa gaye hai, aankhein kholiye please

Rakhi hugged her

Preeta : maa, aap abhi dekhna. Mazak kar rahe hai. Abhi aankhein kholenge

Rakhi : beta shaant ho jaa

Preeta was sitting numb

Preeta stood up : Mai aise toot nhi sakti. Mai ek army officer ki biwi hu, itni kamzor nhi!

she wiped her tears and saluted karan. Tears continuously falling from her cheeks, she felt dizzy.

She fell down, her head on his shirt.

Rakhi ran towards her and patted her cheek

Rakhi : preeta beta. Kya hua?

She called the doctor, but it was already too late.

Preeta and karan were standing at the terrace

They looked at the moon, holding each other's hand smilingly

Preeta did the rituals of karwachauth. Karan made her drink the water

Karan picked her up in his arms and twirled
