No ones POV

It was like the world stopped spinning that exact moment. (Y/N) hugged Katsuki and he just stood there. After a realization hit him he finally hugged back. (Y/N) smiled as she ended the hug a few moments later. "Katsuki-" she was cut off by him saying "Call me by that nickname..."he mumbled as he blushed and looked away. "Ok Katsu-chan! So did ya miss me?" She smirked. Katsuki blushed a light shade of red before shrugging "I guess so, I mean I was confused by what you meant back then but I slowly understood it and began training so I could be the best of the best and surpass all might..." His voice went from unsure to complete confidence in seconds. "Wow so confident Katsu-chan! I missed you anyways cuz back then i felt bad for you ya know? I mean no one would look at you twice so i proved them all wrong and became your friend!" She tilted her head smiling innocently. "Well thanks... because of you i did have friends even if they wanted to hang out with me cuz i was cool... people began to talk to me.. so thanks" Katsuki blushed as he looked away embarrassed. "Katsu-chan dont worry i am not like most people cuz when i make friends i treat them like family because of who they are in here-" (Y/N) reached up and pointed to where his heart is and smiled. " (this was written a year ago so if theres a difference in the story please let me know lol) Katsuki looked away with a 'tsk' and said "Whatever it doesnt matter because I am going to be number one and nothing is going to stop me, not even you!" and quietly mumbled a small 'thanks for being my friend and helping me' (Y/N) looked at him and titled her head and asked, "What was that Katsu-chan? I didnt quite hear what you had said a moment ago" Katsuki looked at her with a scowl that held no anger and yelled, "I SAID THANK YOU FOR BEING MY FRIEND!" And with that He stormed off, being done with the conversation and started his walk home. And that is how Katsuki Bakugo had made his first real friend.

Hey guys!! So sorry that this is a year late lol but this was originally a one-shot but someone asked for a part 2 so its not long because I ended up forgeting where i was going with this story but i quickly wrapped it up with a really rushed ending. After re reading this I cringed at how much Katsuki's character isn't right (if that makes sense.. its 3am for me so idk what makes sense anymore) but eventually i will write an actual story but idk when ill post it but until then enjoy this year later part 2
