- he has the ability to summon chains from the palm of hands. It could be used to capture people and hurt them. His chains have a small bear trap like thing at the edge of the chains he could use to grip onto his surroundings.(think of  Chain Chomp)

Background:
- he was a former villain in (c/n) who got taken into custody by Aizawa. He's in the U.A villain Rehab that the principle recently designed for young villains who want to have a second chance.

Family:
- all deceased. He was taken in by Aizawa.
