Untitled Part 1
Kathy Chila was thinking about Casey Johnson again. Casey was a cute guy with curly hair and beautiful blue eyes. He lived right next door to her.
Kathy walked over to the window and reflected on her crowded surroundings. She had always loved her friends at school. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel shocked.
Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the a cute figure of Casey Johnson.
"Oh. My. God. Is Casey coming to me? Why me? What? Huh?" Kathy gulped. She glanced at her own reflection. She was a sympathetic, energetic person with pretty hair and skinny legs. Her friends saw her as a "god". Once, she had even jumped into a river and saved a weak injured bird.
But not even a sympathetic person who had once jumped into a river and saved a weak injured bird, was prepared for what Casey had in store today.
The rain hammered like thunder, making Kathy anxious. Kathy grabbed a necklace that had been given to her by her grandmother and she began to massage it with her fingers.
As Kathy stepped outside and Casey came closer, she could see the innocent smile on his face.
Casey gazed with the affection of an angel. He said, in hushed tones, "Hey. Do you mind if I sit with you?"
Kathy looked back, even more happy and still fingering the necklace. "Sure," she replied.
They looked at each other with anxious expressions. Casey started to speak, "Look, I know we have been friends for a long while and I was wondering if..." He paused for a second, "I- if you wanted to be more that that?"
Kathy regarded Casey's question. "You mean...?" Kathy started with a slight smile, "Together?".
Casey looked even more nervous, his emotions blushing like a sore thumb. "Y-yeah. If you don't want to that's okay! I understand!"
"Actually," Started Kathy, "I would really love to. I've actually have had a crush on you for a long time."
"YOU DID?!" Casey asked looking like he had done something wrong, "I should have known! I'm an idiot!"
"You're fine Casey. It doesn't matter now." Kathy replied, "Want to go get a drink with me? I'm going to the store."
"Sure!" Casey said as they were getting up. They bought their drinks and sat on the bench outside. " You know, I never really thought you had a crush on me. I never thought you liked me that much to begin with. I'm just glad the day is going to end with us together."
"Me to." She said as they started to walk to their houses and wave good-bye.
