Celeste is a kind, mature woman who enjoys running her shop, talking with her customers, and spending time with her loved ones. Despite how she appears to be an open book, there's actually a lot of mystery surrounding her. People could know Celestina for years and still never really be able to know what she's thinking or know how she has the connections she does. She is known to be quite playful with and supportive of customers, always happy to help them look their best (so long as they've made an appointment ahead of time and treat her staff well). She is also a very affectionate lover and is openly quite flirtatious with her partner, though she will tone it down a bit in public. She's very physically affectionate as well, looping her arm around her partner's or holding their hand, kissing their cheek, neck, hands, or lips, and being very cuddly with them. She is fiercely protective of her lovers and would do anything for them. She has a deep love and admiration for life and living things in general, which is why she always has one of the biggest and most beautiful gardens in her homes and her main tailor shop is always decorated with potted flowers and two trees framing the front sides of the building. She grieves for all her past lovers but is always happy for the memories and that they choose to spend their shorter lives with her, as she knows how important time is to mortals/humans. She has a hidden side to her that can honestly be very frightening when she chooses or has to unleash it, revealing a darker range of emotions and traits tied to her vampiric bloodline that can be hard to force back into their "box" once Celestina is done using them. Her relationship with her family/coven is complex, as she misses them and does occasionally come to visit them in Odol for vacations, but she feels like she's changed so much that its hard to be around them from when they knew her as someone more ruthless and cold. She is still cunning and a little manipulative, but she generally uses these traits for the good of loved ones rather than just for herself

Backstory
Celestina immigrated to the United Districts from Odol as she wanted to explore more of the world, and at the time that she moved to Katharos it was kind of a trend for those from the "old world" to migrate to the "new world" for opportunities not afforded/available to them while others from established bloodlines just wanted to get richer. Celeste was a bit of a mix of both, as she wanted the opportunity to go on a sort of adventure to make her own name for herself, but she also wasn't taking too big of a risk due to being from a wealthy vampire coven and could always go back if her exploits in Katharos failed. She would end up establishing a tailor shop since it was a needed service in the brand-new Arizan District, at first hiding her vampiric nature because she didn't know just how hostile these humans would be around "monsters" like her. Her shop would become very popular, though it may have been due to how Celestina herself became popular and not just because of her designs and services. Throughout the years, she would take on partners and even marry some of those that she fell really hard for, always changing her identity to be a member of her family that immigrated to Odol to take over while her former identity passed on/retired. It was only recently, starting about 50 years ago, when it became more socially acceptable to be non-human when she revealed her true identity, finding it a breath of fresh air to not have to hide her true nature and being quite open to questions about her vampire side and sharing stories about moving to Arizan when it was just established.

Powers/Abilities
Celestina has a lot of the common vampire abilities including superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, durability, and senses. She can heal quickly and even regenerate limbs, especially when consuming blood. She can hypnotize humans and other weak-willed supernaturals to do her bidding (these creatures/victims are typically called thralls and become devoted to their vampire masters). She has four fangs total, two on the top and two on the bottom, both of which are retractable (the top two are usually for piercing skin and drinking blood, the bottom two are used to infect the blood stream).

Her other abilities include but are not limited to telepathy, telekinesis, atmokinesis, flight, necromancy, dream manipulation, and blood magic (including but not limited to blood bond: a vampire feels/senses a human's emotions after feeding on them while the human has sexual dreams about the vampire, typically lasts about a day & blood rising: a vampire can be brought back from the dead from a mixture of their ashes and blood with a pure blooded witch speaking the incantation, different blood types will have a different effect on the vampire).

Weapons
Outside of her natural abilities, she has numerous pins, needles, and sharp things in general at her disposal to use against opponents. She can also disarm opponents and use their weapons against them with her telekinesis

Strengths
Her physical strengths and abilities speak for themselves. She also has an almost unbreakable will, capable of withstanding torture and mental attacks.

Weaknesses
Vampires are famously weak against sunlight, Dead Man's Blood, a stake through the heart (made of ashwood, oak, or hawthorn), beheading, desiccation (being drained of blood), and fire. They are also vulnerable to the right of invitation, of which they must be invited in to someone's home (this can be used to identify a vampire, and can be used against them when the invitation is revoked). *There are ways to get around invitation, such as public places or a house being up for sale (in which case you're practically not in charge of the property).

They are also weak against silver and mercury. Contaminated blood will weaken a vampire to the point of death. Sunlight is also a big thing but even without her enchanted items it will only burn her skin and cause her immeasurable pain, not kill her.

Other
Her skin is a lot colder than the usual person, but unlike most vampires, she has an actual pulse due to being descended from an original vampire bloodline and being born "naturally".

Originally the kind, warm, and loveable version of Celeste was meant to be a mask, something to lure in prey that she would drain of all their blood once they reached an age where suddenly dying wouldn't be questionable. Slowly, this act morphed into her reality/real personality as the original Celestina is what's caged inside her. Glimpses of her original self can be seen, but its unlikely that those that see it survive much longer afterwards. Part of the reason why her "act" became real was because she would actually start to fall in love with her husbands and start to care about humans and life in general where before it was all just a game to her. Its also why she feels uncomfortable staying for long periods of time at her coven's home territory because they remind her of what she once was, and she doesn't really want to become that woman again, not fully.

The earrings she always wears are enchanted to allow her to walk in sunlight without anything happening to her.

Her main shop -that was the first she established all those years ago- is called Sartoria's, which loosely translates to the Tailor's Workshop

~SCENARIOS~

You are a detective that was recently transfered to the small city of Daintree, Arizan for a change of pace from your last workplace, mostly because of a case that still haunted you even though time has passed since then. You hoped that this new transfer would help you settle into a new sense of normal, getting you back on your feet and into the field. One of the "hazing" rituals of your new office was you having to fetch the uniforms or undercover outfits of your department from one of the boutiques in town called Sartoria's as well as getting fitted for your own, which is how you would end up meeting the enchanting owner of said shop, Celestina Fiore.

While it started out as polite conversation and small talk, the relationship between the two of you would soon become more flirtatious, and even after the first month and your "hazing" was over, you would still go retrieve the clothes from Sartoria's just so you could see Celeste more often while working up the courage to ask her out on a date. One day you were picking up an old jacket of yours that needed repairing after an investigation, Celeste handing it to you herself as she talked about how she added some little touches to spruce it up some more and how she adjusted it to fit you more comfortably. You thanked her as you looked at your jacket that looked good as new, saying she didn't have to but that you appreciated her working on it. She waved her hand dismissively as she said she did it simply because she wanted to. A thought seemed to come to her as she suddenly asked about your surname. "I just realized because most of the orders are for your department, I've never really gotten your last name, detective." She said with a soft hum. You asked if she needed it for something, as you were happy for her to call you by name or simply detective, a bit confused by why she was asking. A small, flirtatious smirk unfurled on her lips as she tilted her head slightly. "No, no... I was just thinking that maybe it's time to change my surname~"
