Her Unvealing
Cupid stared at the Jack's house from the outside. The spikes of ice covering the outside of Jack's house were weak but present.
Jack frowned, staring at the hallow, melting ice. "It's pretty bad."
"I love it. It's dangerous, but it's beautiful." Cupid smiled, but she frowned as she turned to Jack. "But it has to be gone in a few hours otherwise you'll be in trouble."
Jack's eyes widened as he looked at the ice covered house. "But what does my stepmother expect from me?"
"Exactly this. Your frustration is her satisfaction." Cupid carefully walked toward the door, avoiding getting injured. She slammed her body against the door, opening it. She smiled back at Jack. "Alright. We have to fix the house from the inside first. The ice on the outside is something I'll take care of later."
Jack looked from the ground to Cupid. He felt strange, feeling something inside him grow. It felt hallow but full. He nodded and walked into the house.
Cupid went to the cupboard and grabbed two brooms. She threw a broom at Jack's feet. "Hey, come on. I don't know how Miss Flame-Head likes her floor cleaned."
Jack paused, looking down at the broom.
Cupid smiled and grabbed a bucket of warm water. "Come on. I'll get the top floor, but first you gotta show me how you would clean it. Or at least give me the jest of it."
Jack smiled weakly as he grabbed his broom, wondering what the feeling inside of him was. He grabbed the bucket and poured the warm water onto the floor. He sweepted the broom to spread the warm water.
Cupid smiled and grabbed some more water, spreading it on the floor was he had. She also spreaded the water on the floor with the broom. She could already see the ice melting away quickly from the warm water.
Jack said nothing as he grabbed two mops and began mopping in circles. Cupid watched, noting his cleaning pattern, and swiftly floated to the second floor. As her feet touched the floor, she froze. The cold was welcoming, but there was something in the mist of it that made her uneasy. Something told her that Jack may not have wanted to speak, but she knew he couldn't be left alone.
With a slight ease, Cupid went back to the first floor and began to help Jack mop. She stayed on the opposite side of the room.
"Cupid."
"Hm?" Cupid continued mopping.
Jack stopped mopping. "Who are you?"
"Cupid. The best friend of Casper Hallows."
Jack turned to Cupid. "No last name?"
Cupid shrugged. "In a way I don't."
"How do you not?" Jack raised a brow.
Cupid smiled, cleaning more of the floor. "People say it as they say my name."
"So your last name is Cupid?"
Cupid shook her head. "No. Just part of it."
Jack nodded. "So a friend of Kasper's you said?"
Cupid nodded.
"What about MiM?" Jack began to clean again. "Are you his friend or something?"
Cupid smiled. "Yes. He and I have been friends for quite some time."
"He said he wanted to help me." Jack picked up the bucket. "And if that's true, why does he have rules to his magic?"
Cupid paused as her shoulders fell. "It is the rules of our powers. If there was no limitations, or if we did not put limitations on ourselves, we will lose ourselves in greed and lust for power." She looked at Jack as he walked toward her. "That is why you believe there is more bad in the world than good."
Jack looked away, nodding as he pursed his lips.
Cupid looked down at the floor. "Don't feel bad. Many share that feeling. All I ask is to not give up on the good of the world and blame it because of the bad of the world reaching you faster. We just don't want to lose ourselves, that's all."
Jack looked at Cupid. "I won't."
Cupid stared at Jack for a long moment. There was something strange, the feeling from before. She almost felt like Jack was lying to her, but she sensed something true in his words, making the lie melt away. She smiled and nodded at Jack. She took a deep breath. "Let's get some water for the second floor."
Jack grabbed the second bucket. "Yeah."

"Cupid!" Kasper flew to Cupid's small house in the garden of the castle. Cupid HAD to be there by now. "Cupid!" Kasper landedon the cobblestone path. She paused, realizing there were roses in full bloom on both sides of the road.
There were never roses on the side. However, as Kasper thought more and more, she realized there were always roses on either side of the path, but they were always buds. There were a few birds chirping as she walked down the path to the vine-covered house. She knocked, but there was no answer. Kasper turned the knob and was able to walk inside.
"Cupid?"
The birds' chirps grew louder. There was only a bed in the center of a square of grass, and there were roses at every window. There were small song birds at the corner's of the room. This was it. This was her house. Kasper took a few more steps in, realizing why Cupid never invited her here. This was Cupid's vunerability.
Kasper frowned, as she realized that Cupid wasn't here. Cupid's arrows were gone. Cupid's bow was gone. Kasper sighed. She looked around the color, small house. There were some fresh bread crumbs on the grass. Someone had been there.
Kasper sighed again, realizing her friend had been there. She walked to the bed, placing her hand on it to detect warmth. She paused as she felt something strange and solid. She lifted the blanket and found a small key. Her eyes widened as she realized what this led to.
Kasper materialized herself into a ghost and ran and flew to her room. She rapidly threw her cloest doors open and took out a small box with a lock. She took a deep breath and unlocked the box. Inside was a thick strip of paper.
Kasper's shoulders fell as she read the paper. She smiled to herself and went to the dining room. She took a deep breath as she took a seat in the large empty room. She was near the end of her story, but she didn't feel that way.
"Why are you here alone?"
Kasper turned to Bunnymund with a smile. "I needed to think. You see, there's something life-changing that is going to happen, and I want to make sure I get it right."
Bunnymund tilted his head slightly. "Do you mean choosing a suitor?"
Kasper looked down at the empty table. "In a way. I also mean my destiny, in my own way of thinking."
Bunnymund nodded. "Go on."
Kasper thought carefully for a moment. She recalled as much as she could of the past two nights. She needed to recall the answer of Bunnymund and Jack: if they were the same person.
Kasper's brows furrowed. "How many of there are you?"
"Two."
Kasper then remembered seeing all three at once, but she never saw them all at once again. She nodded. "I've come to my decision."
