Neerav looked at the two ladies. Mrinal asked about the matter and he told that he has to join his post immediately. It was the orders by senior officials. He was sad about it. Ruhana looked at them and smiled…

“Arey! Aap log toh aise dukhi ho rahe ho jaise aapka lottery ticket waste ho gaya ho. Itna sad hona acha nahi hota. “ she said.

“Tum bhi toh chahti thi wo jaldi aa jaye. “ Neerav looked at her.

Ruhana smiled..

“Haan! Par unke yahan hone se zyada zaroori unki duty hai. Shadi ka kya hai, abhi ho ya baad mein, ho hi jayegi. “ she said.

Both Mrinal and Neerav were looking at her. She smiled… “ab aise ghooro mat. Chaliye khana taiyar hai. “ she called them for dinner.

After having dinner and a little chit chat with Ruhana and Mrinal, Neerav left.

Ruhana turned to her mother… “Maa… Aap bhi rest karo. Main dudh lekar aati hoon. “ she said.

Mrinal moved to her room and Ruhana into the kitchen. A while later, she went to her mother's room and saw her writing something…

“Kya kar rahi ho? “ she asked.

“teri shadi hone wali hai. Usi ki taiyari. “ she said.

“Wo toh tab hogi na jab aapka damaad aayega.” she said.

Mrinal smiled… “Aa jayega na. “ she said.

Ruhana nodded… “Haan han pata hai. “ she said.

Mrinal smiled.. “ toh udaas kyun hai? Jo hoga acha hi hoga. “ she said.

Ruhana smiled… “I know maa. “ she said resting her head on the backrest.

Mrinal looks at her… “Aisa bhi kya soch rahi hai? “ she asked.

“Bas yahi maa ki kitna kuch karna padta hai hum. Ek ghar se dusre ghar jana aur wahin ka ho jana. Aisa lag rhaa hai jaise zindagi koi karvat lene ko hai. “ she said.

“tu itna kabse sochne lagi? “ Mrinal asked.

Ruhana kept her head on her lap…

“Pata nahi maa. Jaanti hoon shadi ke baad meri zindagi ek nayi karvat legi, lekin aaj chahti hoon ki waqt yahin ruk jaye. I don't know maa ki aisa kyun ho raha hai. “ she said.

Mrinal smeared her head…

“soch mat. Us pal ka intezar kar jo ab teri zindagi mein aane wala hai. Zindagi khubsurat hai, usey jiyo. Jo hona hoga, ho jayega. “ she said.

Ruhana nodded and at the same time she could hear the rings of her phone, she picked it up and left the room.

Ruhana's room..

She entered her room and picked up the call……

“Kahiye!kya kehna hai?” she asked.

She smiled…” ab mujhe sab pata hai. Aur mujhe nahi pata hoga toh kise pata hoga. “ she said.

“Haan haan. Jaanti hoon. Uncle ne sab bataya mujhe. Wo zaroori bhi hai. Isliye yahan ki chinta mat karo. Kaam pe dhyan do. “ she said with a smile.

“unka dhyan main rakhungi. Afterall ab wo sirf tumhare nahi, mere bhi papa hain. “ Ruhana replied.

She sat on the bed while talking over the phone. She rested her head on the head rest…

“Kaam pe dhyan lagao. Aur haan 2 hafte baad hamari shadi fix hui hai. Tab tak aap duty join karke aa sakte hain. Main intezar karungi. “ saying so she kissed over the phone and disconnected the call.

Other side.

Sachin threw the phone on the bed and smiled. He had a meeting, he was asked to join the duty as a major soonish because they had a fear of attack from the enemies. He was sad,because he didn't expect to join the job soon. He had met her and now he wanted to be with her. Her simplicity had win his heart. He lied on the bed, thinking about her, waiting for the day, he could meet her again.

The days were passing by. The wedding day was near. Mrinal and Ruhana were busy shopping. The days was approaching. Ruhana wasn't getting  any call from Sachin. She was a bit sad about it, but then she thought that he will be back soon and will be with her forever.

Soonish it was the wedding day. But there was no news of Sachin. Neerav was anxious  and worried about him. Ruhana comforted him and said that all will be fine. A sudden ring of the doorbell broke their thoughts. She went to open the door, and she was left surprised and tensed at the same time.
