Karma was actually watching a video of Gakushuu that was sent by Gakuho.

The video was from gakushuu's childhood and it made him laugh and smile though when it switched to the scene they first met in kindergarten, he smirked due to seeing how upset mini Gakushuu was when mini karma coloured better. Which made mini karma smile innocently and made mini gakushuu's frown deeper.

The volume was off so Gakushuu noticed none of it.
