Shri Krishna was laughing. Balram asked surprisingly, 'Kanha, why are you laughing like a maniac?'

Krishna jumped from his bed and ran to him, 'Dau, dau I am so happy.' He started twirling Balram.

Balram, 'Kanha, leave me...Why are you so happy? The last time I saw you dancing in joy when Pradyumna was born.'

Krishna, 'Dau today Karna tricked Shakuni in his own game. Today he freed himself from their Chakravyuh.'

Balaram, 'What..how did he achieve that.'

Krishna, 'Hastinapur's own law backfired on them.' Then he explained everything.

Balaram, 'I must say, Karna is not only a great warrior, but he is also rather intelligent too.'

Krishna, 'After all he is the cousin of the world's greatest trickster.'

Rukmini almost sobbed, 'Now Avantika's penance is over. Now we will witness their Milan.'

Hastinapur

Dhritarashtra was enraged. He destroyed his room and was shouting, 'How could you don't understand his plan? How could you all be so stupid? That bloody illegitimate, b*****d tricked us all.'

Instead of stopping him, the kuru elders were waiting in Bheesma's room. They all were tired of his ranting so they decided to take a rest in Bheesm's room. Suddenly a dasi came running and said, 'Mahamahim broke all the vases and mirrors.'

Bheesm, 'It's okay he will stop when he will feel tired. Before that let him be.'

Vidur, 'Tatshri shouldn't we stop him.'

Bheesm, 'No, I have enough now. And Vidur our loyalty should be towards Hastinapur and its people not for the king itself. From Karna I understand one thing, the citizens are important for a kingdom and if the king is not good for the kingdom, then we have full right to protest against it. And I am done with this mentally blind king and his sons. I am not going to destroy Karna's hard work.'

Shakuni somehow controlled Dhritarashtra. He himself was also very angry. He, the political mastermind Shakuni who till now trapped everyone in his web. But today a petty Sutputra destroyed all his hard work.

Shakuni, 'Karna I am not going to leave you. I will prepare such a vyuh and trap your family that you yourself will surrender to me. I know I cannot harm your family in Dwarka but I can harm Pandavas and Avni. Jijashri we need to capture Avni.'

Dusshasshan, 'I will send some strong men to kidnap her. Then Karna will come running to us. Oh, I just want to see him defeated and begged for her life in front of us.'

Aswatthama, 'Yes but don't tell Duryodhana, he will have our heads if he knew that we are planning to harm Avantika.  

Kamayak Forest

Avni was standing guard outside the hut. She knew that both Bheem and Sahadev were also guarding the territory so no one would attack them. But she was unable to sleep. Her loneliness was eating her. She always tried to be brave in front of others but when she was alone she shed her tears.

A few days back Kunti came to meet her sons and daughter-in-law. She also tried to talk to her but she politely avoided her. 

Avni, 'Arya you told me that you will come back back to me. When will you come back? I am so lonely...I feel incomplete without you, please..please come back to me. I can't do this anymore without you.'

Tears started falling from her eyes. It was been eleven years since she was separated from her soul. From the sages and other tribal people, she came to know about Karna's endeavor. One part of her heart was feeling pride but in another part, she was feeling helpless. She also came to know that the Digvijaya was completed and Hastinapur's army returned to the capitol. She knew even after this Digvijay those Kauravas would never let Karna go. But she knew Karna would return, as he never broke his promise.

She was a little unmindful so did not feel that someone came behind her. Before she could understand anything a strong hand caught her mouth and the other hand covered her eyes.

Avni tried to struggle and thought, 'Who is it? How dare he touch me. Must be Shakuni's goon. But no I know the touch. No is it not possible.'

Then she just turned around and... she could not believe her eyes. The face she wanted to see for the last eleven years was in front of her. His face was glowing in the moonlight. She could just said, 'Arya...'

In the morning,

The Pandavas were tensed as every morning they met Avni but today she did not come out from her hut. Draupadi knocked her door and she was surprised.

Draupadi, 'Arya, please come.'

Everybody ran towards the and was shocked to see the hut was empty.

Kunti, 'Oh god where is Avni?'

Nakul, 'I think it's Mama Shakuni's doing.'

Bheem, 'But it's impossible to kidnap a warrior like Bhabishri. How did they manage it?'

Sahadev, 'No bhrata, I think something good is going to happen.'

Suddenly they saw a letter in her bed

'Pandavas and Draupadi,

I am going for an urgent work. I will be back soon.

Avantika'

four days later,

For the last four days, the Pandavas were very tensed for Avni as they had no idea where she was? Kunti was crying sitting in the room, 'Oh God, why are you punishing me so hard. Am I not repented enough? First, my son was trapped in Hastinapur and now Avni is missing. What will I say to Karna?'

Outside the hut,

Bheem, 'Do you think bhrata it's wise to wait for Bhabi here? I mean maybe the letter was forged.'

Nakul, 'Maybe but we cannot go out of this forest because of the exile. How are we supposed to find her.'

Arjun, 'Another possibility is that maybe Shakuni Mama uses the demons that attacked us a few days back to kidnap Bhabi. Otherwise, it will be difficult for normal soldiers to come to the forest and kidnap a skilled warrior.'

Sahadev, 'No, I have a feeling that something very good is happening to Bhabi.'

Suddenly they heard the sound of chariots coming towards them. Everyone was tensed as the only person who came to meet them was either Krishna or Bhanumati. Then why so many chariots were coming?

They came out of the hut and saw 3 chariots were coming towards them. The first one had Krishna, Rukmini , Satyabhama and Jambabati.  The next one had Balram and Revati. In another chariot...they just stunned to see the couple standing on it.

Pandavas jaws were dropped Karna and Avantika in their marriage attire. Both of them had garlands on their neck. Avantika had sindoor, mangalsutr and Chudamani in her head.

Yudhishtir, 'Keshav, Bhrata Karn you all, I mean...how...when?'

Krishna, 'Bhrata first let us all settle down, then we will tell you.'

Karna and Avanika came down and they took Kunti's blessings. Kunti realized that her son still did not forgive her. That's why he did not call her in his marriage.

Inside the hut when everyone was settled then Avnatika spoke.

Flashback in Avantika's POV,

Avantika turned towards the unknown person who grabbed her. She could not believe in her eyes. 'Arya...is that really you?'

Karna chuckled, 'No priye, it's my pretatma.'

Avni hit him in the arm, 'Don't say that, do you have any idea how scared I was?"

Karna, 'So the great warrior, Prithvikumari is sacred? I should mark this date as its a historic occasion.'

Avni tried to hit him again but Karna ran away. Avni chased him and while trying to catch him Karna also pulled her hand and both of them fell on the soft grass. Karna looked at his fiancee with love in his eyes. The last eleven years were hell for him. The pain of separation had been killing him inside but today he was free and most importantly he was with his love. Now nothing else mattered anymore. Karna looked at her, her eyes, her button nose, her petal-like lips.....he could not stop himself anymore. He pulled her close and started kissing her with passion. Today Avni also reciprocated. She held Karna close as if she was still scared for him to go away from her. A few minutes later they separated but suddenly Avni asked in a scared tone, 'Arya will you go back again?'

Karna, 'No my love, I freed myself from them. Now I will live with you forever.'

Avni could not hold his tear. Today was the happiest day of her life. Then Karna said, 'Avni we have to go.'

Avni, 'Where?'

Karna, 'To the place where everyone is waiting for our marriage Saying that he explained everything. Avni understood everything and she wrote a letter and Karna used the mantra given by Sage Ved Vyas to leave for Mahendragiri Parvat.

Mahendragiri Parvat

Lord Parshuram was waiting for his student and his to be bride. He wanted to perform their marriage ritual in his abode. He also informed Guru Brihaspati, Shukracharya, Vashishta, Devi Arundhati and Sage Viswamitra, Ved Vyas about the upcoming event. Shri Krishna along with his family, Balram, Revati and both Karna's and Avni's family were also informed and there were coming.

Karna reached with Avni in Mahendragiri parvat and was overwhelmed to see all of their teachers together. Meanwhile, Krishna and Balram also reached with all of their families.

Lord Parshuram, 'We have an auspicious moment for marriage three days later. So we have to start all the preparations now.'

Next day was a real hustle in Mahendragiri Parvat. All the ladies were busy in making foods, arranging bridal attires, jewels. Avni's parents were really happy as their daughter was going to marry her love and that too in presence of such revered sages. Rukmini brought beautiful dresses and jewels for Avni. While all the men were busy in decoration, arranging Karna's dress. Krishna was busy in his favorite pastime, which was teasing Karna. Poor Karna was blushing violently. Karna, 'Oh god! My pravu is teasing me so badly, I don't know what to do.'Along with Krishna all of his three brothers were also teasing him. 

Then suddenly the entire area was covered with bright lights. Everyone was stunned and when they looked they saw the entire family of Suryadev was there in his chariot. Both Karna's and Avni's families could not believe in their luck that Suryadev himself along with Yamdev, Shanidev, Aswinikumar's were present in front of them.

Suryadev, 'I know you all are surprised but it's my son's wedding and how could I miss this occasion?'

Now along with Krishna, Karna's foster brothers his divine brothers also started teasing him. In fact Karna's mortal family was stunned to see the Devs so humble and good-natured.

Suryadev, 'Adhirath, Radha you raised a Devputra. You will surely attain moksha. And even Sarthak and Renuka you too.'

Krishna, 'Karna if you want to have a happy married life always keep your wife happy. Otherwise, it was really difficult to understand women. When they feel happy and when sad even the almighty does not understand.'

Karna, 'No no Avni is not like that.'

Krishna, 'Who says? She is a woman so she will behave like a woman. You know you shall always start apologizing whenever she is angry. It's my own experience.'

Karna, 'Did your wives also behave like that.'

Krishna, 'Yes, whenever Rukmini is angry she is such a crybaby that when she started crying almost causing Tsunami in Dwarka, If Jambhabati gets angry she stops eating, and Satyavama whenever angry raises her sword.'

Shon, 'Yes bhrata you shall take care of her Shringar as well. Otherwise, wives will be angry.'

Shanidev, 'Yes my wife Neela and Damini always ask me to help them with the jewellery.'

Yamdev, 'And once Dhumra asked me to made her hair. As I failed I had to sleep outside our room for three weeks.'

Karna almost screamed, 'No no Avni is not like that..right brothers.'

Yamdev, 'Don't worry Anuj! Maybe you have to sleep outside for a while but after a few years you will learn everything.'

Suddenly, ' So we wives are just troublesome according to you..right Arya.'

Behind them, all their wives were standing. Then Rukmini started crying (Like Draupadi after Swyamvar), and others glared at their husbands. 

Now it was Karna's turn to laugh seeing other men's faces.

The next day it was the Haldi and Mehendi ceremony

All the people wore beautiful yellow dresses to start the ceremony. First, the sages and Devi Arundhati placed the Haldi on the bridegroom and blessed them. Then their parents also applied the Haldi and after that, the brothers and bhabis with lots of fun and leg-pulling finally finished the ritual. During mehendi ceremony Revati applied the Mehendi in Avni's hands. Her mehendi turned dark which symbolized Karna's love for her.

Marriage day

Both Karna and Avni sat in front of the marriage yagna. Sarthak and Renuka did the Kanyadan. 

 After the marriage, they all took their elders blessings. 

Devi Sangya, 'Karna I want you to finish all your duties as a mortal as fast as possible as I can't wait anymore to have my son and daughter-in-law back to Suryalok.'

Devi Chaya, 'Yes Putra, the throne of the Yuvraj is still waiting for you. I just pray that will return to us soon,'

Karna, 'Matao, once my work is done I and Avni will come back to you. No son can be happy to be separated from his Mata.

End of POV

Kamyak forest,

Krishna, 'Bua now you don't need to worry for Panduputras anymore. Karna is back and now he will surely protect them.'

Kunti, 'Kanha, I know you all think of me as a selfish woman who does not love hie eldest. But I am not worried about my other sons anymore, I am worried about Karna. Shakuni and Jyasht will definitely try to harm them and take their revenge.'

Karna, 'Let then try.'

Kunti, 'Karna I am such a bad mother that I cannot even attend your wedding. I know I have no right to ask for it as well as I was never in your life when you needed me the most. So I never expected that respect from you as well as I don't deserve it. But my son please don't punish your brothers and Draupadi. I know they are wrong as well, but please forgive them. You are the son of Suryanarayan himself, your father always gives and so are you. Please give us forgiveness.'

Saying that she started crying. All the Pandavas also fell on Karna's feet and asked for his forgiveness.'

Karna asked then to stand and said, 'Look if you want my forgiveness, then be the person I want you. I know from Avni that you are trying to change yourselves and treats everyone now with equality. So try to do that in future as well.'

Everyone promised that they will do whatever he taught them. Then Krishna along with his family and Kunti left from there.

Meanwhile, Hidimba got the news of Karna and Avni's wedding. She came with Ghatotckach. Avni introduced them to Karna. Both Hidimba and Ghatotkach were extremely happy meeting him. They heard a lot about him. Karna blessed them wholeheartedly. Both Hidimba and Draupadi decorated Avni's room with flowers as it was Karna and Avni's first night. Now Karn and Avni's new life had started. They did not know what was present in the future but they knew as long as they were together, no one could harm them.
