3rd Person POV
Both Karma and Nagisa were famous through Japan and different parts of the world, but mostly in Japan.
One thing that was unique about the two was that they were childhood best friends.
When they were around 5 they shared a passion for music, Nagisa more than Karma.
And when they reached middle school she realized how much her voice pleased their friends.
So she decided she would be an idol, in hopes of spreading happiness.
Karma simply followed her, not wanting to be separated from her

However, they were accepted into different companies and put in groups.

Nagisa was in a three member girl group called WISH, her being the visual and main singer of the group
Kayano was the dancer and Kanzaki also being the singer and leader

As for Karma he was the dancer and singer of the group called B.O.M.B.
His other members, Isogai was the leader, visual and main singer
Maehara was the rapper

Both their groups debuted at the same time, when they were all near the age of 16, 17, and 18.
3 years later they became the biggest groups of Japan.

After 2 weeks of touring Nagisa was finally back in Japan.
She got off the van and went inside the dorm with her members.
"I'm going to go to bed" Kanzaki spoke
"Ok, goodnight" both Nagisa and Kayano replied as their leader retired for the night, heading to her room to catch up on much needed sleep.

"Want to do something Nagisa?" Kayano asked as Nagisa was looking at her phone, waiting for a message
"Sorry, I already have something planned with Karma"
"Ok, make sure you wear your mask when you head out"
"I will"
She got up from the couch and went to her room, changing into some black jeans, a black turtleneck with a white coat over, and some black boots.
When she stepped out of the dorms she made sure to cover her face with her mask.

She got to the parking lot and saw Karma already there.
He was wearing black sweatpants and a black hoodie
"Karma!" She ran to him, giving him a hug to which he quickly returned
"Hey Nagisa, glad your back"
"Me too"
"There's a new cafe that opened 3 blocks down. Want to go?" he asked 
"But won't there be people?"
"It's late, there won't be many people"
"Ok"
she agreed and the red head drove over to the cafe and just as he said not that many people were there, just 3 people who were on their phones.

The two of them sat at a table for two and removed their masks, soon talking about their week.
Karma talked about their multiple performances and meet and greets while Nagisa talked about their tour and the different places they visited.

"I miss this" Karma spoke out, reaching to hold Nagisa's hand across the table
"I do to, but we can't be open about our relationship" she slipped her hand away, afraid that someone would see.
"....."
After not seeing his girlfriend in soo long he felt like teasing her.
He leaned closer to her and sealed his lips to hers
"!!!" In surprise she quickly pulled away, her face red in embarrassment.
"W-What are you doing?" She covered her mouth
"Just teasing you" he grinned before taking a sip from his coffee
"Idiot" she mumbled

However, unknown to them a person was right outside the cafe, a camera in their hand.

The following morning Nagisa was already at DRA Entertainment in the cafeteria, writing lyrics for a new song.

Everything was going well until the TV turned onto the news.
"It's been reported that singers Shiota Nagisa and Akabane Karma are in a relationship"
"!!!" Her eyes widened upon hearing those words
"Pictures were taken last night showing the two being intimate with each other at a local cafe"
"......"
"Going onto other news we have......."
"....."
Nagisa was left staring blankly at the TV the pen still in her hand.
"Nagisa!"
She quickly snapped out of it and saw the CEO
"Sir!" She stood up quickly and bowed to him
"In my office!"
"Yes sir"

They had reached the top floor and entered his office.
Nagisa stayed standing by the door while he sat at his desk.
"How have you been this morning?" She spoke, trying to get on his good side
"What's the meaning of this?
He took out physical copies of the pictures from last night
".....We're dating"
"It's stated in your contract that you are prohibited from dating!" He yelled slamming his hands on his desk
"....."
"Do you realise what this could do to WISH!?"
"....."
"Fans will begin to leave, causing WISH to disband!"
"....."
"Is that what you want!?"
"...No sir"
"...*sigh*" letting out a long sigh he leaned back on his chair
"There's no way around it cause it's clear that you're both in a relationship"
"I'm sorry" Nagisa lowered her head

As for Karma when he was called up he sat down infront of his boss, quickly getting comfortable
"Did you cut your hair? It's looking good"
"Is it true?" She asked, ignoring his compliments
"Yes" he admitted
".......Well this issue doesn't really affect you as much as it does for her"
"What?" There was confusion in his voice
She looked up at him, her sharp green eyes staring into his
"It happens everytime an idol is dating  another idol, the female is the one that gets the hate. It's happened before and the female ended up leaving the group"
"So Nagisa!?-"
"She'll be dealing with haters, no matter what her company states"
Karma looked down in pain
It was his fault that all this was happening.
"I'll just wait until they post their statement" she spoke, getting up from the couch to her desk
"You can go back now"
"......"

Later that day DRA Entertainment posted their statement
We were unaware of the relationship between Shiota Nagisa and Akabane Karma from Bluebell Entertainment. This morning Shiota had admitted that the two of them are in a healthy relationship.

Following their statement Bluebell Entertainment put their statement out

We are sorry if there were any misunderstandings revolving around Akabane Karma and Shiota Nagisa. But it's been stated that both are in a relationship.

After the statements were posted there was a great divide in their fandoms.
Karma's fans began attacking Nagisa, sending threats, destroying billboard signs with her picture on it, setting fire to her merchandise.
Even her fans turned on her
Very few remained loyal to her and WISH, but the haters outnumbered them.

1 week later, the day of the show arrived.
WISH arrived and got out of the van, all wearing fancy clothing.
Kayano wore a tight long sleeved red dress with a leather black belt accompanied with black heels. Her hair now dyed black and a red bow.
Kanzaki had a tight black skirt with a white silk shirt and black boots, hair tied a ponytail.
As for Nagisa she had a white dress with transparent silk sleeves and a black belt with black heels, her hair curled at the bottom and tucked behind her ear

The minute people saw them reporters began flashing their cameras at them, taking as many pictures as possible.
And the fans that were there started talking amongst themselves.
"Look at her trying to act cute"
"Is she trying to make the other male idols fall her her"
"Faker"
"Slut"
"She's way too thin, it's disgusting"
"Why is she even here"
"Attention seeker"

30 minutes into the show and WISH was up next to perform.
Nagisa turned around and saw Karma and his group sitting behind her.
He smiled at her to reassure her that everything would be ok.

When they stood on the stage all members were quick to see glares.
Many fans even had signs directed at Nagisa to kill herself
"....."
Once the music started Nagisa tried to pay no attention to all the fans booing and throwing opened water bottles on the stage.
The only things she had on her mind was the song, dance and trying not to slip

When they finished the group went  backstage in their room.
The staff surrounded the members, making sure none of them had injured themselves from the slippery stage because of all the water bottles thrown.
Luckily none of them were injured.

After Karma had finished getting ready for their performance he quickly ran and knocked on the room where WISH was at.
"....."
A few seconds later the door opened to reveal Kanzaki
"Can I talk to Nagisa?"
"Come in" she stepped aside
When he entered the room he saw Nagisa sitting on a couch, her heels off and a pillow on her lap
The minute she saw him a smile appeared on her face
"Hi!" She waved
Karma was glad seeing that she was fine and sat next to her
"Are you ok Nagisa?"
"Yeah, but you should go, your group is up next"
"....." he hesitated, not sure when he'll be able to see her again
"Ok" he agreed, standing up to leave but not before hugging her
"I'll visit you when my schedule clears up"
"Yeah"
And that was the last time he saw her smile.

2 weeks later the comments turned into threats only continuing getting worse.
And Karma's frustration grew.
He was was frustrated that he couldn't do anything to help her. He was on a strict schedule preparing for their new comeback and he was constantly being monitored by his managers.

"Don't worry you'll be able to see her at the award show next week" Maehara said
"....."
The award show was still soo far away.
He wasn't even certain if she would go.
He needed to make sure she was ok.
She wasn't even replying to his texts.

A day before the award show Kayano sat beside Nagisa who was laying in bed.
"Come on Nagisa, it'll be fine"
"It'll be better if I didn't go"
"Are you going to show them that they got to you?"

"Karma's going to be there"

The day of the award show B.O.M.B was already there having their pictures taken and just as they were about to enter the building WISH's van pulled up.
Karma quickly turned around and saw Kayano and Kanzaki exit the van.
He bit his lip, fearing that he wouldn't be able to see Nagisa tonight afterall.
But to his surprise Nagisa came out of the van
"!!!"
The two locked eyes, but she quickly broke it and walked with her members to the center to get their pictures taken.
But before anyone could take a picture a group of 3 females pushed their way through and threw a bucket of cold water and flour all over Nagisa.
"Serves you right your slut!"
"Die already!"
"No one likes you anymore!"
"Disappear!"
Security came and quickly took the girls away while Nagisa stood infront of many embarrassed as she was covered in flour.

Despite the situation reporters still took pictures, wanting to write a story about the event they had witnessed.
Kanzaki took her blazer off and threw it over Nagisa's head as she and Kayano escorted her away back into the van.

Karma who witnessed everything was about to follow but someone held his wrist
"???"
He turned around and saw Isogai
"You'll only make things worse if you go"
"Tch!"

The following day the CEO of DRA Entertainment went to their dorm and had a discussion with them, explaining that they would be on hiatus.

"I'm sorry" Nagisa cried as she hid her face in her hands
"We're not mad Nagisa" Kanzaki spoke softly
"I'm soo sorry"
"Its ok Nagisa" it was Kayano's turn to comfort her
"I'm sorry it's my fault" she continued to apologize, not paying any attention to what they were saying

The following day Karma used his free day to visit Nagisa.

He was at their dorm and rang the doorbell.
"....."
No one was answering
He was about to ring the doorbell again when he heard footsteps behind him.
"??" He turned around and saw Kayano and Kanzaki
"Karma? What are you doing here?" Kayano asked
"I want to see Nagisa"
"She locked herself in her room, she won't even let us see her"
"I need to see her"
They looked at each other and opened the door, letting him in.
They hoped that at least he would be able to make her come out of her room.

Karma POV

When I stepped in they pointed to her room down the hall.
I walked over and stood infront of the door
Knock knock
"....Nagisa, it's me"
"....."
"Can I come in?"
"......."
"Nagisa?"
"......"
I wasn't hearing any movement from the other side and started getting worried
"Nagisa! Nagisa let me in!" I knocked harder
"....."
"Tch!"
I stepped back and kicked the door open, quickly stepping inside.
But the minute I entered my heart dropped
"!!!!"
There was Nagisa laying on the floor, pill bottles and alcohol surrounding her.
"AAHHHH!" I heard Kayano and Kanzaki yell
"Nagisa!!" I rolled her over and checked her pulse...it was weak
"Call for help!" I ordered and began pushing down on her chest

Once we had reached the hospital I was put in a separate waiting room, to avoid any disturbance.
"....."
I was sitting on the chair being forced to listen to the news.
I couldn't turn it off since there was no remote.

"Singer Shiota Nagisa was found unconscious this morning in her dorm"

"Ex singer Nagisa Shiota was found dead in her dorm"

"Bandmates of Shiota Nagisa found her in her apartment"

"Sources say she was suicidal"

"Witnesses say they saw her entering her apartment with bottles of alcohol"

"This was a video taken at a local drug store. You can see her purchasing the alcohol a day before she was found unconscious"

"Was this a planned attempt"

I looked at my phone and many people were commenting on the news

Wow she actually did it

So weak

Did we go too far?
    -Are you defending her
    -she deserves this

Is she really dead?
    -If she is.....FINALLY!
    -that's mean

"RAAGHHH!"
In anger I threw my phone at the TV, causing it to shut down
"You're the one who's going to pay for that"
I turned around at the sudden voice and saw the CEO.
"What are you doing here?' I asked, not really caring
"Making sure you don't cause trouble. Guess I was a little late" she looked at the broken TV
"Shouldn't that be my managers job"
"He needs a break from you" she said calmly, walking over to take a seat
"Why not calm down?"
"Calm down? How can I calm down!? It's like the fucking world is against us dating! Why!? What makes us so different from everybody else!?" I yelled
"You're their idols. You need to act a certain way in order-"
"So! We're human too! We have feelings too! We're not objects that they can claim as theirs!"
"...." she only responded with silence

After 2 hours I went to go check on Nagisa.
The doctor told me that she would be fine and that she was currently awake.

When I stepped in we made eye contact
"Hey" I spoke first
"....." she turned away to look out the window
"....."
"....."
There was an awkward silence
What do I say to her
"....."
"What are people saying?" She finally  spoke
"Ignore what people are saying! It doesn't matter-"
"It's not that easy Karma"
She turned her head and looked me in the eyes.
Her beautiful clear blue eyes were now dull and lifeless.
"That's all I see. I can't escape because its everywhere"
".....Did you think killing yourself would solve it?" I asked
".....it's what they wanted. I'm better off dead that way I won't be a burden to my group or you"
"Your wrong! You can't always give them what they want!"
"...."
I bit my lip in frustration
It pained me to she how she became.
She used to be so happy, full of life.
She was excited to share her music to the world, but now.....
"Would it help you if we broke up" I spoke, afraid of what the answer would be
"......nothing can help"

I walked back to the waiting room, hoping that the CEO would still be there.
Luckily she was.
She was sitting with her legs crossed, reading a book.
When she felt that someone was there she looked up
"How'd it go?"
"I want to make a statement"
"......"
Her face held no emotion
"Are you quitting?" She asked
"If I have to"
"....ok"

The following day I had my statement approved by her before posting it online.

I want to speak out personally on the occurring events surrounding Nagisa and myself

Later that day reporters and many fans gathered infront of the Bluebell Entertainment.
And the minute I stepped out with my security guards multiple flashes blinded me.
"Is it true that Nagisa has passed away!?"
"Was your relationship just a way of gaining more popularity!?"
"Did the two of your breakup!?"
"What's her status!?"
"Is she alive?!"
"Did she really try to kill herself!?"
"Do you know why she did it!?"
"Why did-"
"I want to start off by saying that we have not broken up, and I don't plan on breaking up with Nagisa." I interrupted, trying not to lose my composure
"Can you add to the suicide attempt of Shiota Nagisa!"
"......"
I clenched my fists, nails digging into my skin causing blood to trickle down.
I need to remain calm.
"....We've been childhood friends since we were 5 years old. Although it wasn't really a passion of mine, her dream was to share her music to to the world and influence others to follow their dreams. Sadly that that dream has turned into our nightmare"
"....." everyone remained silent
"Why is it that she is the one getting all the hate!? Is it cause she's a female!? I'm the one who fell in love first! I'm the one who asked to her to be mine! Why is she the one that has to suffer because of my choices!?"
Tears began to cloud my vision
"...."
"The Nagisa I know is kind and passionate! Anyone who knew her would love her, not because of her beauty, but because of her genuine kindness....One of her goals was to make others smile. But you all took that away from her, and now I almost don't recognize her."
"....."
"If you can't accept our relationship I'm quitting! And I'm honestly disappointed in not only my fans, but the world. I don't know why you just feel the need to comment hurtful things that could hurt someone else. I really can't stand it when people start taking shit about someone I love!"

3rd person POV

After Karma's speech the hate comments died down

Guess he really loves her
    -What a shame
    -I would have been a better option
    -you're probably ugly af

Does he hate us now?
    -he can't hate us
    -yeah, he's famous cause of us
    -true

Is he really quitting?
    -He's probably just saying that
    -I don't want him to quit
    -relax

I want a man who can make a speech like that for me

Aww he was crying

Guys he was crying
    -Soo cute
    - did you see he's fists was bleeding
    -when?
    -poor baby
    -he must have been stressed

After his speech he went to go visit Nagisa at the hospital who had just seen it on the news

"Did you see it?" He asked, a grin on his face
"Yes"
"Things will get better I promise" Karma told her, grabbing her hand
"You're not quitting?" She asked
"I mean I only said I would if I needed to"
"...I want to quit" she said
"Then so will I"
"......"
Karma sat beside Nagisa on the bed
"How about we visit Korea, or maybe Spain"
"Haha...."
Nagisa lightly chuckled
"I'll let you decide" she leaned her head on his shoulder, finally being able to relax
