A/N: I will be making 2 Christmas specials. This one and one focusing on Karma's B-day.
You guys decide if you want Karma's Birthday Special to come out on his actual birthday (25) or earlier.

Karma pov
I was in the living room watching sonic ninja when I turned to look at the time

It was 11:58

'Two more minutes until Christmas

The house was lonely....too lonely

My parents were always on a business trip, so they were never here.
I had the whole house to myself

That doesn't mean they forgot about me though.
They always sent me gifts...but that was it...they never came to celebrate the holidays together...with me

I sighed and turned off the TV, picking up my phone and checking the time again

12:00

I guess it's going to be like every other year

I got up from the couch and put on my coat, getting ready to head out
Anything was better than staying here doing nothing

I was walking the snow filled streets, passing by all the lit up stores
Despite all the lights, it was empty

Everyone was probably spending their Christmas with their loved ones

I looked up at the sky
'I wonder what Nagisa's up to'

Just as I was about to continue walking  I bumped into someone, knocking them down
"S-Sorry" they apologized
"No, are you alright?" I asked them and was about to help them up

When they looked up I was shocked to see Nagisa
"Nagisa?!"
"K-Karma?"
"What are you doing out here?" I asked him
"I could ask you the same" he said
"Just enjoying the weather" I answered with a smirk on my face, just happy that I got to see him today
"I see"
He smiled
"And you? Why aren't you with your family?"
All of a sudden his smile disappeared
"They're gone"
"What? What do you mean?" I asked
"They're dead"
My eyes widened

'His parents are dead?! How come I've never known?!'

Just then I looked down at his hands
He had flowers

"Were you going to visit them?"
"Yeah. Today's the second year since their death"
'!!'

"They died on the 25?" I asked
He nodded his head
"I'm sorry"
"It's ok"

"Oh!"
Nagisa's sudden outburst surprised me

All of a sudden he took out a small box from  his coat and handed it to me
"Merry Christmas"
I smiled
"Thank you"
"Also, I'm sorry"
"Why?"
"You always spend your birthday and Christmas by yourself"
I smiled again
"It's ok, besides you're the only one whose ever taken time off your schedule to spend some time with me"
"I only spent a few minutes with you because I thought your parents would come and you'd want to spend time with them instead. I guess I was wrong this whole time"
I chuckled
"They haven't come to visit me since I was 10"

It was silent until Nagisa spoke up
"Would I be asking too much if I ask if I can spend Christmas with you from now on?"
I smiled and hugged him
"Of course not"
