(Y/n) p.o.v
I was about to protest when a big, black car drove up next to us. The door flung open and I could swear that I saw purple mist seeping out of it like poison.
Then, none other than our beloved, always cheerful and super nice principal emerged from the vehicle. Good one nahh it was Asanos father. He looked at us for a fraction of a second until he made his way inside the house.
I was mad that he was treating his son like air once again so I sarcastically called out to him. „Good day sir, nice to see you being a responsible principal AND a good father as always. Let me guess, you just want your son to stay healthy by getting some exercise and that's why you have him walk? Or is there no space in your car next to your huge ego?"
Of course I knew that bitching at the principal wasn't the smartest thing to do but what's he gonna do? Put me in E-class?
Asano p.o.v
No no no shit (y/n) what are you doing? That bastard might actually dispose of you in your sleep.
I was thankful that she stood up for me but getting attention from my lousy excuse of a father wasn't worth losing one of my best friends who also happens to be the girl I like.
I was about to try smoothing over the conversation when I was stopped by a bone-chilling cold voice.
„You know, I never really approved of the friendship between you and my son, miss (l/n). However, it seems that we have a slight misunderstanding that I would love to resolve. Do you mind coming in for a cup of tea?", my father asked with his cold, obviously fake gentleman voice.
As I heard those words, my heart sank and I was fozen in shock. He was going to do it once again. My father had always been strangely persuasive with his choice of words. I couldn't count how many of my old ‚friends' had a five minute talk alone with him and came out as a completely different person. Some muttering incoherent words, others telling me not to talk to them ever again. The one thing they all had in common, was that I never saw them again after that.
No matter what happens I couln't allow my father to be alone with (y/n). She was the only one I couldn't bear losing. I knew that my only chance of resistance was getting (y/n) to leave as soon as possible. So I turned to my father and put on the best nonchalant expression I could. „Actually, (y/n) said that she's in a rush and needs to go home immediately. But I don't mind accompanying you if you insist on having some tea, father."
I could see a slightly surprised glint in his eyes, he probably didn't expect me to go against him since I never did that before. However, before he had the chance to answer, (y/n) spoke up with a calm voice.
„Don't worry I still have some time. I'd be honored to have some tea, sir." And with those words, I knew that I couldn't stop what was going to happen next as the three of us walked inside. My father apathetically told me to wait in the living room leaving no room for any complaint. Then he and (y/n) dissapeared in his office as the door shut close with a quiet thump.
Every second felt like an eternity as I was anxiously waiting for the door to open once again. I prepared myself for the pain to come but I still knew that I wasn't just going to sit there and watch her disappear from my life. I would find her if she left and I would get her back to normal.
1 minute passed, then 5 and after 10 whole minutes that made me feel like 10 whole years, the door opened.
A/N: Heyy I decided to finally pick this up again :) thanks for waiting
