# I've been very verbal in the past regarding the readers who only interact via a singular 'Update' comment and nothing else. These kind of comments do not push me or other writers into updating.

# I feel like it's important to understand as a reader that we writers have lives outside of the Wattpad Community. We are not robots born just to write books for you, we are humans dealing with daily life too.

# I personally am in my twenties working a Monday to Friday job. I also struggle a lot with Anxiety and Depression along with ADHD ( recent diagnosis ). And to make matters worse, I have been dealing with Writers Block.

# And to make matters worse, the readers I refer to are typically Ghost Readers. These are the ones who do not vote on a single chapter, do not leave any interactive comments, nor save the book to their libraries. Which makes me feel like they're bots rather than readers.

# Every vote, comment and save helps motivate writers to update. But demanding updates will not. If you feel 'obligated' to an update, you need to stop now. If you cannot be patient for updates nor interactive enough with questions, theories or simple compliments towards the stories, then do not read a book that states clearly 'Ongoing'.

# If I continue to get update demands, I will not update in spite of these comments. And on top of that, I may put screenshots in this chapter to out you ( probably won't cause my memory is terrible ).
