As Pinky saw shakti leaving from there with a smirk on his face, she got up wiping her tears and gave anika a snigger smile making her look at her with a confused face.

Looking at her daughter in law's comfused face, she said
Pi: Anika....He called for trouble on his own....

Stepped inside the court room, Anika felt a strong breeze touching her face. She felt a strong desire of justice. She knew today no one can save Shivaay Singh Oberoi from this Anika. She looked at him standing at the Dock glaring her. She gave him a strict look. Looking at her wheel chair she still can feel the pain she went through with him. The wounds were still fresh.

Shivaay himself knew no one can save him today. His own mother was Anika's biggest support. His brother her lawyer, and his sister was the one who arrested him.  Anika's case was strong, only his father was with him. The hope he had on his father that he'll save him was dieing each passing second.

As soon as the judge gave om the permission to talk he started,

Om: Your owner, as you know Shivaay Singh Oberoi is my own brother. I myself is the witness of my brother's behaviour with his wife. My brother Shivaay Singh Oberoi loved his wife more than anything. Anika is lying because she's hungry of our property. This paralysis is also fake. She can walk too. She cheated on my brother. She wanted property only.

Anika was stunned with om's statement. She looked at Pinky but seeing her calm and composed she got that Pinky also knew it fron before. She felt betrayed. Betrayed by the people she trusted. She then looked towards Bhavya who was smirking too. Her heart broke. Shivaay too couldn't beleive his ears and eyes. He saw his mother, his brother and his father smirking at each other. That means they all were together in the whole mess, he thought.

Om: Your owner I know I'm speaking against my own client but what can I do when my father blackmailed me to do this....even he blackmailed my mother with the same outside too few minutes ago...he thought my mother herself will stop me from speaking against him...but he thought wrong...
He spoke smirking at Shakti and Shivaay who lost the colour of their faces. While Anika felt guilty of not trusting them.

Om: My father blackmailed me by kidnapping the love of my life, Gauri. He knew I loved her a lot and used my love for her for his selfish motives. Thanks to my sister bhavya who helped me in saving her from his clutches. She's also here as a witness.

Gauri entered the court room and glared at Shakti. She went to the other Dock and stood here after judge's permission.

Gau: Your owner...Shakti Singh Oberoi kidnapped me to make Om speak in his favour in the court room...Shakti Singh Oberoi himself accepted this truth in front of me....

Shakti's lawyer Mr.Mehta stood from his seat.
MM: Objection your owner....they have bribed this girl for coming here and say all this bull shit against my client....Omkara Singh Oberoi I have never ever seen a brother like you and a wife like Anika....to snatch his property you went to this extent....

Om: I have submitted the proofs Mr.Mehta....and how can you say that we are behind his property when we have our shares....

MM: Have you ever heard the word greed Mr.oberoi...you have your shares but you're greedy of having more.....Anika was married to your cousin brother Daksh....Is that true or not....

Om: But...

MM: Yes or no...

Om: Yes but....

MM: Your owner...Anika was first married to Daksh for his property and she succeeded in gaining it fater killing him....and now she's behind Shivaay's property....half of which she will will get as alimony....

Om: Objection your owner....I agree Anika was married to Daksh first....but she needed money for her brother Rudra's operation....He had a brain tumour and my so called father Shakti Singh Oberoi kept a wager in front of her....he'll give her money for her brother's operation only if she marries our brother Daksh who was actually pretending to be a mentally unstable man....Later he forced Shivaay and Anika to get married....he thought she's a middle class girl whom they can keep under their feet and treat her the way they want to....He even give Shivaay the Tips on how to keep you wife under your shoe....
He said the last line sarcastically

Om: I'm giving you Rudra's reports  as evidence  Your owner....And about Anika killing Daksh, Shivaay himself made his ex girlfriend arrested on the charges of killing Daksh along with proofs...The file of Daksh murder case is also infront of you...And Mr.Mehta...I agree a brother can be behind his brother's property but which mother is behind her son's property can you please tell me....

Mr. Mehta was tongue-tied. He had nothing more to say.

Om: Your owner....my mother Pinky singh oberoi and sister bhavya singh oberoi are also present in the court as witnesses of Shivaay's unjustified behaviour towards Anika....I want the permission of calling my sister in the Dock...

After getting permission from the judge bhavya walked into the Dock.
Bh: Your owner my brother Shivaay Singh Oberoi who himself had a sister didn't got afraid to hurt his wife...someone else's sister....I want to say that not only mothers are responsible for their children's misdeeds....the fathers are equally responsible....it's the duty of a father too to teach his children good values....It's the duty of a father to move on the right path to show his children the right path....my father Shakti Singh Oberoi himself used to be violent on our mother....and she wasn't strong enough at that time to raise her voice in front of him....my brother learnt whatever he saw....and he lead himself towards the disaster....he didn't see his mother's pain and learnt that women also feel pain instead he learnt to give them pain....he became same like our father....and that was the reason he was loved my our father....because he was same like him....Heartless....I don't say that men don't suffer in their lives....Both men and women suffer....no one's life is perfect....and the reason is this society....This society is unfair....I request this society to please stop blaming only mother's for what her children do...it's the father's responsibility as well to teach his children good values...please stop teaching your boys that Boys don't cry...teach them that boys don't make others cry....

Shivaay bhaiya do you really think this man(shakti) loves you...he just likes you because you're just like him....the person who couldn't love his own mother can never loves anyone else....and you actually are JUST LIKE HIM

Bhavya walked down and stood on her place as a police officer while Shivaay was drowned in his thoughts does his father really don't love him. Anyways, he doesn't care all he cares about is himself and wanted to go out as soon as possible.

Om: Your owner....my sister is right....shakti Singh Oberoi tried to kill his own mother too....

MM: Objection your owner...how can someone kill his own mother....he's unnecessarily blaming my client

Om: Mr.Mehta please take a chill pill and sit on seat...Your owner I want to ask some question from Shakti Singh Oberoi....

Shakti walked towards the Dock with anger filling in his nerves but he maintained his calm
Om: Mr.oberoi can you please tell me where is your mother....

Shak: She's home as she's not fine...

Om: O what happened to her....

Shak: She had backache...
He white lied that too without any guilt

Om: But she was fine at that time when you came to blackmail anika at her house to take the case back....what happened to her suddenly...

Shak: I told you na her legs were paining so she couldn't come...
He almost shouted at him

Om: But you said she had stomachache before

Shak: I meant the same....she had pain in her stomach and legs
He said stammering this time

Om: Oh you first decide whether she had backache stomachache or her legs were hurting....
Shakti was astonished. He didn't know what he should say

Om: Let me tell you where is she....
Rudra entered the court room with Kalyani on wheelchair shocking Shakti to the core.

Kal: I failed to teach my son good values...If today I had taught him good values maybe my shivaay would also not be here...
Kalyani explained what shakti did to her and what he did with Pinky also Shivaay's behaviour with Anika.

Next om called Rudy in court
Ru: My sister is like a mother to me....she raised me like her own child....and like other girls she also had dreamt of her marriage....a happy married life but these father son duo destroyed her dreams....Shivaay like you have a sister and I know maybe you are selfish but somewhere you too love your sister....like this every brother loves their sisters...no one had daughters or sisters useless to throw them on people like you....Please say karma is a bitch....what you do comes across you....and your time has came...

At last, om called Pinky.

Pi: My life was perfect until I married this monster, Shakti Singh Oberoi....he used to rape me every night ...he used to shout at me beat me....and then shivaay was born....I used to think that after our child he'll be good towards me....his behaviour will change but nothing such happened....om and bhavya came to this world but nothing changed....My three children learnt from  their father....two learnt to never hurt anyone because everyone feels pain while the one learnt to be heartless just like his father...

When I came to know about Shivaay's behaviour towards Anika....I came to know one thing....I was equally at fault....I let him do anything he wanted with me....and make my child think that women are actually weak....when women are the most strongest creatures in the world....

This society is too cruel both for men and women....Women should bear everything her husband gives to her....why? Can you tolerate anyone beating you dear Men....then why you beat women and ask them to take everything they throw towards them....

If a woman is financially strong....they can't see her above them because men's ego got hurt....they can't go to kitchen because their ego hurts....EGO EGO EGO...just be a little caring and think above your ego... I don't say men don't compromise....they do....but such men are very less in our society because they are taught from their childhood even if they loves to do their own work....you can't do all this kitchen work....you're a boy....you can't cry you're a boy ....you can't be weak you're a boy....come on boys are human too....so are girls....you can't go outside....you can't do this you can't do that....what's wrong with you....

Teach your children of both genders to be independent both financially and for house chores....What if tomorrow you make your daughter marry a man who dies at young age or got some physical problems due to which he can't work anymore....how will your daughter and her children survive if she won't be financially independent....if she would be well educated....she would have a degree in her hand to help them in their hard times...

What if tomorrow you make your son marry and his wife dies or his wife got some other problems due to which she can't so any house chores...how will your son and his children survive if your son won't know how to do house chores....

Make both your children learn to work at least for your the sake of themselves....teach both your children the same values.....treat both your children equally....don't make your boys think they are superior from their sisters....because they are not...the person who can't respect his own sisters can't respect any other woman too...

If you teach your daughter to cook teach your son the same...if you teach your son to be financially independent teach your daughter too...if you teach your daughters  how to walk on street teach your son too to lower his gaze...in short...please Have Mercy On Your children....

At last, pinky sat on her seat and were waiting for the judge to give the final orders. Pinky was sure that finally both she and Anika will get justice.

While Shakti knew that the result will be in his favour because he had already bribed the judge.

Judge: KEEPING ALL THE EVIDENCES AND WITNESSES IN VIEW THIS COURT HAS DECIDED TO PUNISH SHIVAAY SINGH OBEROI 7 YEARS PENAL SERVITUDE UNDER THE CHARGES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.

AND LIFETIME PENAL SERVITUDE TO SHAKTI SINGH OBEROI UNDER THE CHARGES OF MARITIAL RAPE, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, THREATENING ANIKA AND HER FAMILY, KIDNAPPING GAURI ATTEMPT TO MURDER OF HIS MOTHER AND LASTLY TRYING TO BRIBE THE JUDGE.

THE CASE IS CLOSED. 

Anika and Pinky hugged each other in grief and happiness while Shakti was too shocked and Shivaay couldn't beleive what just happened. He was just trying to find a way to run from police.

Bhavya came infront of them and put the chain like thing in their hands. She gave Shakti I told you I won't spare you look. She put the chain like thing in Shivaay's one hand and handover it to a constable to hold the other side. She did the same with Shakti.

As they were going to sit shivaay pulled out the gun from constable's pocket and pushed him hard keepimg the gun on Shakti's head. Everyone present there was surprised to see the sudden change of events.

Shakti was shocked with how his son kept gun on his head to save himself. This is what he told him. He did this to his mother and his son is doing the same with him. Indeed karma is a bitch.  He understood this statement today for the first time. All his wrong doings came in front of his eyes. He didn't care when his daughter said that he don't love Shivaay because he knew he did and this was the result of giving him love. He realised more than live, shivaay needed good values which he failed to give them. His heart broke in pieces. His son was the exact shadow of him. The selfish , self-centered and heartless man who just care for himself.

Shiv: Don't come near me otherwise I'll kill him....

Shivaay took shakti along with him a little far from police and soon he pushed shakti and started running from there but stopped when he felt sharp pain in his leg. Yes, our Inspector Bhavya shot his leg with tears in her eyes. The bullet just touched his skin and went out. His wound was treated soon and they were taken to their real place. THE JAIL.

While Anika's dadi who was a silent spectator till now asked for forgiveness from Anika as she too realised she was wrong in her thinkings. Anika along with her family reached her home to start a new life which will have no shivaay, no shakti, no threats, just love.
