"Hey boss, have you seen the new dancing girl at Riders?" Jake puts down the papers and asks.
"Not yet. About to head there after work though. Wanna join?" I swing my keys and walk to my Ferrari. The red monster, one of the ten made-only-once cars that every girl would wish to sit on, is waiting at the parking lot.
"Why not? I bet you'll like her." Jake soon follows me.
Entering the club, the dim neon lights and loud music hits me right away. I soon get used to it. In the center of the hall room is a red figure grinding and winding on the middle pole, a skillful dancer. She wraps her wiry legs around the pole and climbs higher. Her body draws a beautiful curve in the air before making a fast-speed angel spin.
"Damn, this extreme technique isn't a thing you can see every day, dude." Jake amazes.
"I wonder how it would be having her on my bed..." I mutter.
"She'll drive you crazy." Jake taps my shoulder and evilly smiles. "Go get her, bro."
I try to find that red dress after the show but she evaporates away. That night, I found a young chick, a kind-of-innocent blonde. However, making love with her only reminds me of the dancer at Riders. I can't forget how her dark-brown hair flows when her curvaceous body whirling down.
The next day, I leave my office earlier than usual and drive straight to Riders. Today, I won't miss her. I find a good spot near the pole stage and savor some Manhattan. It's not my favorite but its red color just allures me somehow. Just like her. The mix of sweet and bitter especially scrumptious today.
10pm. It's time. All the lights concur at the middle stage. She appears in a crimson décolleté dress. I can see her breast bouncing when she walks. Her shoulder and back sketches a beautiful C with the pole. She climbs up as her body spins. She jumps and humps, walks slowly then faster and whirls wildly. Her long smooth hair can't hide that sexy back, the short-flared bottom of her dress can't hide that tempting ass. After making a striking splash in the air, she slowly spins down and lands with a box-splits. I see her smiling straight at me before the smoke comes up. Interesting. Isn't it an invitation?
I approach her when she's sitting at the bar. She looks familiar but I can't be sure.
"Would you mind if I buy you a drink?"
"Sure." What a bewitching smile. She doesn't seem like she knows me.
"What do you like?"
"Negroni." She looks at the bartender. She sure knows that red is the color for her.
"I'm John, John Smith." I give her my business card with the "CEO of Apple Inc." in bold.
"Shauna." She doesn't give it a glance but takes a cocktail sip instead.
"I have to give you my best compliment about your dancing, Miss." She nods her head as a thank-you. "But aren't you tired?"
"No. I'm used to it. Why?"
"You weren't just dancing. You were running around my head all this time." I reply with a perfect smile. She laughs. Good sign. "Wanna take a ride on my Ferrari?" I'm confident that she will. Never before has anyone said no.
She curves her lips. Putting the glass down, she comes closer to me.
"I know what you're thinking, Handsome." Her hand slides up along my chest. "Not every girl will die in your blue eyes, or get crazy about your money. I offer the people here my talent, not myself." She whispers in my ear. "I have a Lamborghini, isn't it more expensive than yours?" She gives me a slight bite at the helix then leaves.
Her sweet perfume still lingers in the air. I'm left astonished. She dares me. Great. I swear she'll be mine one day.
Weeks after, I go to Riders almost every day. We talk and tease each other. She always wins. However, the more I interact with her, the more I want to be with her. She's like a drug and I get addicted. Her moving, her dancing, her smile, her smell, the fair shoulder... her everything drives me crazy. I haven't touch any girl lately, which should be super abnormal for me.
It's a full moon night. She usually calls Negroni but today she has a Bloody Mary. The ice dances in the glass when she mixes it.
"Wanna hang out?" It's the first time she takes the initiative. "Out of this club." I can see what she means in her eyes. I, finally, success?
"Sure. I'll drive." I knee down and reach out for her hand. "May I, Miss?"
She doesn't say anything but smiles and follows me. Tonight's gonna be the night!

"Where am I...?" I try to open my heavy eyes.
"Finally up, huh?" It's Shauna holding a glass of a red cocktail in front of me. Just now I realize I'm tied up on a chair. "We're still at the hotel." I remember now, she asked to go out. We went to Bellagio, had dinner and she handed me a drink, then everything turned black.
"You drugged me?! Why?" My head hurts so much that it takes me a while to understand what's happening.
"Remember Vauna? The girl that you left pregnant four years ago in Arizona?"
"What? That girl..." No wonder she looks so familiar. Vauna was one of my mistakes. I never meant to have a baby with her. It was just a one night stand as usual. When she called and told me she got pregnant, I moved. I didn't fucking want to get any responsibility with such a dumb innocent chick. "That was you?!"
"She's my twin sister."
"Wait... what?!"
"She died while trying to give birth to your baby, you know?" No, I never knew that. Don't girls like that will just have abortions? "She fucking believed that you'd come back." Shauna takes out a pistol with the silencer.
"What are you doing?" I'm scared.
"No worries. I'm not gonna kill you." She approaches and sits on my lap with her hand around my neck. She aims the gun at my crotch and gives me a ravishing smile. I used to love it, but now, I'm shaking in fear. "Smile. It's gonna hurt."
"Please don't! Please, please...!" I'm begging brittly.
A cold husky sound. I scream painfully.
"Please... stop... I'm sorry..." I hear myself trembling in tears. I sob so hard that I couldn't pronounce the words right.
"As if your apology could save her." She smirks. "This day, four years ago, she's gone forever. She was only 17!!!" She raises her voice. It's tremulous as she gets so emotional.
"Where the fuck were you when she had to stop her schooling and suffered all the caustic rumors from people?!"
She pulls the trigger.
"Where the fuck were you when she's screaming in the surgery room trying to bear your baby?"
Another shot.
"It was your fucking baby!"
And another...
She shoots after every single sentence. I can't stand it anymore. My surrounding gets darker and darker.
Now, in front of me, Vauna's standing and staring. Her face is pale like a corpse.
"Why did you do that? Why didn't you come back?" It's a gravelly voice. Her icy hands wrap my neck. I'm dizzy, feeling breathless.
"Please... I'm sorry. Please... let me go... I'll do anything..." I'm sobbing like the most piteous inferior. Her black-hole eyes swallow me in fear.
"I won't let you go this time, darling..." I feel myself slowly sinking into those deep dark holes. I would never be able to get out ever again.

Shauna glances at the title on the latest Times newspaper. "Apple's CEO found bloody and insane in Bellagio."
It took her four years to chase down that guy. Finally, he got what he deserved. She earned quite a lot from that guy's bank account and by selling the Ferrari.
"Rest in peace, sis. I'll take care of your daughter." She talks to the picture on the table then leaves the house to pick up Janna. Outside, the sun's shining.
