Season one... Deja Vu All Over Again, 1x22) (She is born a few episodes before they die and her mother Prue comes back to life after season 10. She was born to the parents of Prue Halliwell and Andy Trudeau. She was born with pink hair due to something happening when Prue was attacked by a demon on accident which resulted in the baby somehow getting a little bit of demon blood in her causing her blondeish brown hair to turn pink.

At the time Andy was thrilled, he loved Prue and Kari, they chose Penelope for her middle name because it started with a "P". And named after her Grams, Penny Halliwell.. Plus it was Halliwell tradition that the names started with a P. They both loved her. The day of the attack when Andy died, before all of that they sent Kari to stay with her grandfather Victor, in New York because she was just a baby and they didn't want the demon to find out about her. Shortly later Andy had died, Prue was devastated. She didn't know what to do with Kari, When Kari, came back her aunt's helped raised her, she came into her powers a little after. She has the power of telekinesis like Prue, she is able to cast spells and make potions. (She was born before Wyatt and Chris and Melinda) (but later on sent back to New York so the demons wouldn't know about her and having another Charmed One's baby to protect). (She was in New York when Prue died then later came back to live with her aunt's).
