Yokosuka Naval Base: Japan

As the pre-morning darkness lifted off the slumbering naval base the ships began to waken and start doing their normal morning routine i:e. that would be for a morning run or going to the washrooms to wash themselves. unbeknownst to the other ship girls on base one is already awake  is already awake than most of them her name is Fubuki of first of the class of special type destroyer as she trains hard to be Akagi's escort.

"haa haa haa Akagi-senpai good morning she waves as she passes Akagi in front of her window of the carrier dorms"

"Phew that was a exhausting run i better get some breakfast to complete my morning" as she heads to the mess hall she was greeted by her two best friends Yuudachi and Mutsuki.

"Good Morning Fubuki-chan!" Said Mutsuki

"Ah Good Morning As well Mutsuki-chan" Fubuki replied

"You get a good morning run poi" asked Yuudachi

Fubuki Nodded at the question

As they made their way to the mess hall they were greeted at the sight of their American allies each separating each other either by their friends, sisters, or roommates.

One notable group to the Japanese was the former Battleship row from Pearl Harbor 

Fubuki saw Arizona Conversing something with her sister Pennsylvania along with West Virginia and Maryland tagging along where Tennessee and California and Nevada and Oklahoma a few distance away from them she saw a group of cruisers conversing with one another the likes of Tennryuu and Tatsuta along with DesDiv 6 with them were Atlanta, Juneau, and San Diego also coming was the group of Gleaves class Destroyers Bristol, Ellyson, Mervine, McCalla, Forrest and finally Fitch.

as most the group finally entered the mess hall to start their day.

At that South Dakota just sighed and thought to her self i wish I could've served to be a shield and to protect our people when it will come the day for me to be useful once again

"Are you willing to serve little one" said a voice

"What!? What was that!?!" South Dakota Asked

"I'll give you all a chance to serve your people and to protect your people" Said the voice 

"I don't care i'm more than willing to serve than be here and do nothing while my cousins and the others bleed off their backs i am more than willing to help them" she said

"Very well then" the voice said

Then Suddenly she was soon engulfed by a blinding white light.
