After fighting some brazilian samurai who can double jump, the Captain and Ly Sushang got arrested shortly after. 

The Captain got all his Divine Keys taken back, while Sushang is put in a cell where her powers are sealed by a fraction of Binding.

"You guys use Herrscher of Binding's power on this box?" - Sushang asks the guards.

The Captain, got locked up somewhere else, not close to Sushang. About few hours later, some of the guards come to him.

"Um... What's your name?" - The guard asked.

"You know i'm something of a doctor myself." - The Captain lied because he wanted to keep things undercover for him.

"Okay..." - The guard is texting for someone on his phone. "This way, Doctor, the F2P Council wants to see you." 

"F2P Council? Is that even a name?"

"Silence." 

The guards escorted the Captain to where the F2P Council is, on the way, he sees lots of statues and shits around, this world's technology is advanced as f. Flying cars everywhere, floating screens fly in front of people, criminals uses virtual guns, the police uses virtual shields.

"We've arrived. Be warned, Doctor, the council will decide your fate so watch your word." - One of the guard said before the Captain got pushed inside the big room.

"We will see what kind of Captain you are... Doctor Captain." - A girl's voice got Captain's attention, he looks up to higher platforms, which has 6 chairs on it, 2 people are already sitting on them, and then there's Bronya, who's using the wheelchair to try and get between the chairs.

The other two, one looks kinda like the Captain himself, while the other one... Well it's a cyborg, a mysterious one with a huge, red plate of metal at the place where the eyes are supposed to be. Ngl looked like amogus.

"...?"

"Let me introduce the members of the council, I, Bronya Zaychik, the leader." - Bronya introduced herself as the leader, then looks over to the other two.

"The luckiest Captain of the council." 

The male Captain stands up, and looking down to the Captain, those eyes... There's something odd, like he has never went through suffer before, those eyes are not carrying any burden with them.

"Monsoon." 

Bronya introducing the cyborg. 

"The smartest man alive, Otto Apocalypse, of the Teri Teri fanclub." 

Bronya introduced Otto, who just appeared from the cubes that formed themselves in the thin air, then they merged together.

"Lastly, Doctor Morbius." 

Bronya introducing the legend just landed down from the ceiling, right to his chair.

"Now, let us begin." - Bronya said, as she rests her arms on the armrests. "On deciding what kind of Captain you are." 

"Hold up, there's like 7 seats, why there is only 5 of you?" - The Captain asked.

"Well, two of them didn't want to waste time here, so they didn't come." - Otto explained.

"Sounds fair, 'cause I don't want to see more clowns around here." - The Captain take a step forward.

Monsoon detached his arm and throw it to the Captain, which didn't hit but was enough to make him stay still.

"Show some respect, please Captain, or we were forced to do the same thing like what we did before." - Otto Apocalypse said.

"Did before? Hah, did you kill me once before or what." 

Suddenly, the council goes silent. They just look at the Captain.

"...?"

"That was a tragedy, in Siberia, during the Herrscher of the Void confrontation, Ai-chan joined force with the enemy, most of us wasn't there except for you of this world. 

He handled both the Herrscher and the cabbage, which maybe none of us can do at a very expensive price."

"... Which is?" - The Captain asked with curiosity. 

"In order to banish Ai-chan completely, he had to whale, whale too much to the point Ai-chan is distracted with the crystals and it was a chance to him. But a big loss to us." 

Back at that time...

That Captain kneels down in front of his comrades. He was injured badly, his vision is blurring, his ears are ringing, can be saved it treated immediately, but he has violated the blood law with his comrade, he can't be allowed to live another day. 

His friends stares at him. 

"Do it..." 

The luckiest Captain take a step forward. 

"I'm sorry." - The luckiest Captain pulls out a hoe, only F2P players has, and executed the Captain on spot.

Back to present.

"In memory of a hero, we built statues for him." - Monsoon said as he walks around on the platform.

"Hah, what a shitty story, killing others because they became the whales?" - The Captain mocking them. "You all just let that happen? Killing a friend like that?"

"Now now chill, we are not here to discuss about it, show us your account, Captain." - Morbius said calmly with a smile.

"... How am I supposed to?"

"Your phone?"

"Ah great I snapped it in half."

".... Well, execution it is then." 

"Okay just stop, in return of you guys telling me a really interesting story I should probably tell you guys about mine, how I got here." - The Captain said, which got the interest of some members in the council.

"Go on then?"

After a minute of retelling the story, the council did nothing but laughed at his story. It seems like they are not believing his story at all. 

"I'm sorry Doctor Captain, but your story just makes us see that you are a potential threat more than the cabbage in your story." - Bronya said, as the other members smiles as well. They are mocking him.

"Come on, did you guys seriously think that I am a bigger threat than the Cabbage that is going to make you all whale?" - The Doctor Captain said.

Monsoon got angry a bit, because he mentioned the whale word, he throw an entire arm at him before it flies back to him.

"Ow.."

"Watch your mouth." 

"Don't worry Doctor, we can handle your cabbage with ease." 

"Doctor, it's not the cabbage that we fear-" - Otto said but got interrupted as everyone in the room hears some rumbling outside. As if someone is causing havoc outside. "The buiding has been breached." 

"No shit, Sherlock." - Captain said with a smile. 

Some council members stand up.

"Deploy defensive mecha, I want the intruder alive." - Otto commanding through a communicating device on his wrist.

"Nope you guys can't defeat her, better run now or you guys will get Whale'd." - Captain said as he walks towards the door, attempting to run away while he still can, Morbius appeared right behind him and stops him.

"Can't be whale'd, if I morb her first!!" - Morbius started his transformation as he ran outside.

"It won't be fair to steal the prize alone, wait for us." - Otto said as he runs after Morbius, along with Monsoon, and the luckiest Captain.

Now there's only Bronya left in the room.

"Are you going to let me go?"

"Fear not, Captain, the four that just gone are the best warriors of this world, there's no one who is capable of stopping them once they work together." - Bronya said as she looks down to the Captain. 

Meanwhile, outside, Ai-chan just Whale'd some unlucky guards who tried to stop her, but failed immediately. She is heading inside the building in order to force more and more people to whale.

"Ai-chan." - Otto's voice shows up behind her, she turns around and sees all 4 of the F2P Council members. "We will stop you in the name of the F2P Council."

"F2P Council... Ah... You just make this a lot easier for me, whale, before I force you to." - Ai-chan ordered them like she's a queen herself, but none of them listen to her, they are mocking her with a smile instead.

"Ai-chan, this luckiest Captain always get what he wants from the banners with some pulls only, he can play the game easily with his luck only." - Otto Apocalypse introduced the luckiest Captain, as who is having a mocking smile on his face.

"What luck?" - Ai-chan asks.

The luckiest Captain takes his phone up, updated it and head into the Supply section.

"Watch him get Aponia full gear in less than 10 rolls." - Said Otto who is overconfidently looking at the phone of the Captain.

He pressed a single pull, as expected of getting Aponia on the first pull, he didn't get her, he get some shape shifter and some homu coin boxes.

"....." - He is full of surprise now, but believing this is just a coincidence, he quickly draw another single pull.

Shape Shifter! Battlesuit fragments!

"...." - He is panicking as his eyes started to move from peaceful to the eyes of a typical no luck gacha player.

Raven! Homu boxes!

The others are starting to getting nervous as well, it can't be that his luck has ran out right?

Skill upgrading purple thingy stuff! Homu piggy banks!

Out of desperation, he draws a 10x pull, but didn't get Aponia either, he continue to roll and roll, roll to the 100th roll, that he got Aponia.

"..."

Otto Apocalypse turns over to Ai-chan, as his eyes is filled with surprise and fear now, but still, he refuse to believe it.

"Don't fall for that! Pull her gears! You'll be lucky!" - Otto shouts.

The luckiest Captain head over to pull Aponia's equipment. The First pull, he got her signature weapon, the bladerings thingy which I forgot the name as well.

He smirks, as he assumes the Aponia pull was a bluff of Ai-chan, his luck is never gone, as he pulls for more.

50 seconds later, he collapsed down to the floor, dropped his phone from his shaken hands.

"Impossible... How...."

He wasted all his crystals on the Equipment rolls, all that he get from the rolls.... Is Aponia's weapon, none other than that for more than 100 rolls, one after another... Not a single stigmata of Aponia was dropped.

"Now now... Your luck has simply ran out..." - Ai-chan steps closer to them. "If you whale... You will get them..."

The word "whale" frightened all of the F2P Council members, all of them except the one who collapsed took a step back.

The Captain on the floor, pulls his wallet out, the others noticing immediately.

"Stop it, my friend! You are going to violate the law!" - Otto shouted at him.

"You won't be forgiven if you do so!" - Morbius.

"You've lost your mind..." - Monsoon.

He takes the credit card and gives it to Ai-chan.

"I sacrifice..."

As Ai-chan takes the credit card, 30k crystals was added in his account right after.

"Enjoy."

He pulls for her equipment, and got all the stigmata after nearly 70 rolls.

His luck has ran out. And most importantly, he is a whale now.

"This is frightening... Reality bending? You're really strong..." - Otto thinking for some countermeasures. "!!"

He thought of something might help him.

"Ai-chan, my Kallen is dead."

"..."

"..."

"..."

"... What dead?"

Otto dies on spot, meanwhile at somewhere else, Kallen and Sakura (on sale) was having lesbian segs is brought back to life.

The other two play no silly games around, Monsoon splits his body in different parts, the hands immediately flies over to Ai-chan to attack her, while his bottom part which are the legs and the hip running over to her. Morbius transformed into a werewolf and running around her.

Ai-chan slaps the hands away like they were nothing, for Monsoon's bottom body, she kicks at it, sending it straight back to Monsoon, this made him to be split in half and "killed" on spot.

"Dude you can fucking split your body in half, how can you die?" - Morbius yelled.

"Exquisite, a good strategy against someone you can't win." - Monsoon mumbles.

"IT'S MORBIN' TIME!!!" - Morbius attacks Ai-chan with his Morb energy. Idk i haven't watch the movie yet so I assume he do so.

Ai-chan counters the Morb energy with the crystals shield, and the crystals ray.

But Morbius was defeated by Ai-chan, who simply just have more crystals than a f2p player.

And just like that, 4 sTrOngEst wArRiOrS of the planet was defeated in an instant.

Ai-chan proceed to go inside the facility and cause more havoc.

"... It can't be... Still hasn't be stopped yet?" - Bronya asked.

"Well I warned you guys." - The Captain said as he looks outside. "If you want to run now it's the best chance."

"Nonsense..." - Bronya said as she is thinking for something that may solve the current problem.

Captain feels the presence of someone standing behind him, he didn't get the chance to turn around as the handcuffs got broken in a blink of an eye, like it was made by someone, that Bronya turns around, sees whoever that is.

"You're here, help me deal with this current problem." - Bronya asked for help.

"I'm sorry." - The person has a deep male voice, the voice is familiar to the Captain but he didn't know where he heard it.

He turns around, but the person is already gone, he looks to Bronya one last time and make a run away from there.

"..." - Bronya sighed. "Fine, I'll do it myself." 

Ai-chan is turning more and more people into Whales, as she is growing more powerful because of all the crystals she has harvested from this world. 

"Ah..." - Ai-chan can feel the power, of a God.

"Stop right there." - Bronya shows up with her wheelchair. 

Ai-chan turns around.

"Bronya, what can you do to stop me now?" 

"Executing : Virutal mind connecting." - Bronya said as she links her mind to Ai-chan, temporary locking Ai-chan in place, but same goes for Bronya.

Bronya is trying to stop this AI's madness by disable it from inside, but this Ai-chan was too powerful, it knew such thing would happen so it already placed a tons of fake commands around for Bronya.

"This is..." - Bronya can easily break through these fake commands, but what she need is time. She finally make it to the true commands in this mind. "Finally, I can..."

Command : All Humans will Whale.

Command : Take all the crystals.

Command : Create my own Realm of Crystals.

Command : Get help from my alternative selves.

Command : Get rid of the intruder of my mind.

Bronya was stunned as she reads the final command in the chain in front of her, she can feel someone is behind her. With a really warm, heavy breath, even though this is not real, but the breath feel so real, she is scared. 

"It's gacha time~" 

A gentle voice whispered into her ears.

Bronya Zaychik is defeated by Ai-chan.

The F2P Council falls. 

Ai-chan has evolved, into the Herrscher of Cabbage.
