We see Y/N walking out of her room, still naked after having lesbian sex with Sakura, heading for the kitchen to make some sandwiches and glasses of water for her and Sakura.

Y/N: Man, that was something else, never thought I'd lose my v-card as a girl and have lesbian sex, but it felt good as hell. Y/N: While you're eating, I'll take our clothes and get them clean for tomorrow.

Y/N then took all of the clothes and went to her washer and dryer, getting everything needed to clean them.

Y/N: Alright, placed the clothes in the washer with some detergent and afterwards they'll go in the dryer, which should be done around tomorrow morning, perfect timing. Oh, I forgot my mail.

Y/N went to check the mail box, she then found an envelope which belongs to Mikoto.

Y/N: Another one from Mikoto, huh?

Considering the last ones, wonder where she is now?She opened it up and saw a postcard, showing Mikoto at a beach.

Mikoto: Hey Y/N, I bet you're leading a somewhat boring life like always, we'll play a bunch when I get back, Mikoto Kondo signing off from Antigua and Barbuda.

She took the envelope. Afterwards, she went back to her room and sat down on the edge of the bed, picking up a sandwich to eat. 

Y/N: Say, since we're dating, I think we should probably tell everyone we're seeing each other when I turn back into a guy.

Y/N: Yeah, we can't keep lying forever. People will notice and better than stringing the hearts along until then. Besides, I'm more concerned how Natsuru is going to take it.

Sakura: Oh, I see.

Sakura: Just try your best. 

Y/N: Yeah, I'll try, thanks honey. (Kisses her cheek)

Sakura: (giggles) No problem babe. 

Just then, they hear the doorbell, confusing them since they thought no one would there. 

Sakura: Were you expecting someone?

Y/N: No it should be us tonight. I'll check it out.

Sakura: But you're still naked.

Y/N: Yeah, well I'll use the door to cover, but I also learned that if go towards your enemy without clothes it shows any enemy you have no fear and if your Yakuza or some type of mercenary, then you got to be prepared to fight even if your nude, besides, I doubt anyone would risk a fight in an apartment complex with people inside.

Y/N then went to the door and opened it slightly to answer the person there.

Y/N closed the door and went to Sakura to inform her of Akane's arrival since there was no need to clean up anything as he always keeps his apartment clean.

Sakura: Akane's here? 

Y/N: Yeah, and she has cake, I know it would be weird for her to be here when we're both naked, but I can't send her home after she was considerate to stop by to share some cake with me and I know that girls are comfortable seeing each others nude bodies in the bath, so I wanted to make sure you were ok with letting Akane in despite having no clothes.

Y/N: Really?

Rabbit: Do you require some assistance?

Night: (barks in happiness)

Y/N: I think he can.

The next morning 

After the trio finished off the cake, Akane and her messenger went home and bid Y/N and Sakura good night and see them in the morning, while Y/N and Sakura slept in her bedroom while their clothes were drying.

When they woke up, they took a small shower together and got dressed in the school uniforms and headed towards the school, which after entering through the front entrance, Y/N signed.

Miura: Here's your schedule for today.

Miura: Once on campus, there's the anthem recital you must attend, after first period you have a prepped video shoot over in the nurse's room, after second period you'll do an erotic novel reading.

After she says that, everyone looked surprised at her words, even Y/N and Sakura were amazed by it.

Y/N: Nat... 

Nat then walked up to Y/N, pulled Miura and the other two off her, and grabbed Y/N and Sakura's hands.

Nat: Come on you two, let's get out of here.

Nat then walked away while holding Y/N and Sakura's hands. Unknown to the three, Shizuku was watching everything with a smirk on her face and light chuckle.

(timeskip) 

We now see the three in the cafeteria, eating lunch.

Sakura: Thanks for your help, Nat.

Y/N: Yeah, I owe you one, big time.

Nat: No problem, now people are starting to calm down are here.

Y/N: Thank god for that, I don't think I would be able to handle the popularity 24/7.

Sakura: (eats her food) Oh wow, this food is delicious! Would you care to bite my dish, Y/N?

Y/N: I would but unfortunately, there's some people here and I'd rather not draw attention and get rumors of us being lovers yet.

Sakura: (sad) Oh, right.

???: May I sit here? 

The three look and see Shizuku with a tray of food in her hands, making Y/N and Nat get annoyed faces while Sakura was happy to see her.

Sakura: Of course president. Let me introduce you to Y/N Kazuma, she's resuming classes.

Shizuku: No need, I already know who he is.

Sakura: Really? Well, isn't that some- (realizes) wait, did you just say "he"?

Y/N: Huh? 

After that, she remembered a few things that she needed to tell Sakura about.

Y/N: Oh, yeah, I forgot to tell you, Sakura. Your friend Shizuku is an enemy Kampfer.

Sakura: Say what?

Y/N: I guess she also didn't tell you she has friends that are Yakuza, too.

Sakura: (surprised) Is that true?

Shizuku had a blank face, then answered her friend.

Shizuku: Yes, it's true.

Y/N: What do you want, Shizuku?

Shizuku: Oh, nothing, just wanted to confirm a rumor I heard.

Shizuku: I heard that you were dating a boy from the boys section.

Y/N: (more shocked) W-What is this?! What are you up to?!

Sakura then stands up, looking cross.

Sakura: That is rumor, Shizuku! It's completely false!

Shizuku: (smirk) And why is that?

Sakura: Because I'm dating Y/N Kazuma!

Every girl in the cafeteria heard that with widen eyes in shock. Y/N and Nat were flabbergasted by what they just heard.

Nat: (shocked) W-What?

Y/N: (0_0)-(-_-) Crap.

Shizuku: (smirk) Oh? Are you sure that's wise to tell the school that? 

Sakura then realized what she said and put her hands over her mouth while her eyes went wide with shock. 

Nat: Sakura is dating... Y/N...? 

Y/N knew things were gonna get out of hand, so she made a decision to try and put the blazing fire that's about to start.

Y/N: (whispering) Sakura, go to the library, I'll be there soon.

Sakura nodded and left the cafeteria towards the library to hide out.

Y/N: (looks at Shizuku) What's your game trying to play? 

Shizuku: Nothing.

Y/N: Don't play dumb, why did you go out of your way to make things far more complicated than they already are?

Shizuku: And here I thought I was doing you a nice favor, silly little me.

Y/N: You know, I can't tell if you're high or if you're brain damaged. Cause you're not helping.

Shizuku: Didn't you realize that everything I do is for you?

The way she said that made Y/N notice something off, it seemed genuine, no masking or misleading hints, making her confused.

Y/N: (thoughts) That's weird, it sounds like she means it.

She then looks at Nat, only to see she somehow left when she wasn't looking. She also remembered that because of her, the class trio know she's actually a "he", and still wants answers for that.

Next we see Y/N in the locker room with a bunch of girls asking her if the rumors they heard are true.

Y/N: (thoughts) This is getting more difficult than I thought. What am I suppose to do?

Female student 1: Oh, please tell us it isn't true.

Female student 2: It can't be true, right?

Y/N: (thoughts) I don't like doing this, but got no choice now, time for the cold hearted truth. (speaking) Unfortunately girls, it is, I even saw Sakura asking him out on the rooftop.

The female students look down in sadness.

Female student 3: It's not fair.

Female student 4: I wanted to date him.

Y/N felt bad for telling them, then a light bulb went off and gave her an idea.

Y/N: But I have a message for you and every female in the girls section.

The female students looked at her with curiosity.

Y/N: Even if you all can't date him now, if in the future harems and concubines are allowed, he hopes that you'll wait for him and provide you with happiness that the morons in the boys section can't do.

Female student 5: He really said that?

The female students smile in relief.

Y/N: (thoughts) That worked, now, to deal with Na-

Y/N: (thoughts) You are kidding me?! Of all the times it could have changed, why does it have to be now?! I got to head to the library fast!

Y/N exit the locker room as quickly entered the library before she found a hiding spot. Afterwards her bracelet glows more brighter as she transforms back into his normal form.

Y/N: Ah, thank god, I was scared I was gonna be in that form forever. (remembers) Sakura and Nat, gotta find them.

But as it turned out, he didn't have to look far, as he found Sakura sitting on the floor three shelves over.

Sakura: Y/N, you're back to normal.

Y/N: Yeah, glad to be back, now then, if you don't mind.

Y/N then grabbed Sakura and kissed her, making her gasp in surprise but quickly melt into it. After 2 minutes, they broke off the kiss and started panting to catch their breath.

Sakura: You're good.

Y/N: I know and don't worry about what happened at the cafeteria, it was bound to happen sooner or later.

Sakura: I know, but...

Suddenly, the two saw Nat who punch him at the face and send him flying to a bookshelf. The guilt that Sakura felt was overcome with worry as she saw Nat punch Y/N hard.

Y/N: Nat, what the hell?!

Nat: You deserve that, you jerk! What's this load of crap I heard about you dating Sakura?! You mind explaining yourself, huh?!

Y/N: I was going to tell you and everyone about my relationship with Sakura when became a guy again, I was just waiting for the right moment!

Nat: Is that it or are you making excuse for some secret harem you, Sakura, and Akane made without telling me?!

Y/N: I'm not, I swear and how'd you know about that?

Nat: I thought we were childhood friends meaning we care for each other, but I was wrong! You've chosen Sakura over me just so you can do sexually stuff! (starts to cry) It's so not fair, this is your fault! I HATE YOU!!! (runs away while crying)

Y/N: Nat, wait!

Akane: I heard the rumors, I thought you and Y/N were gonna wait until he was a guy again to announce your relationship.

Sakura: We were, but Shizuku managed to make me say it and now his friendship with Nat's in trouble.

Akane: Oh no...

Meanwhile, we then see Nat running out of the school building with Y/N right behind her.

Y/N: Nat, stop, let me explain!

Nat: Just leave me alone!

Y/N knew of her stubbornness and decided to stop holding back, so he concentrated and transformed into his Kampfer form and used the elements Light to temporarily blind her and Darkness to restrain her to the wall. Since it was in an alley, there was no need to worry about witnesses and can now figure out why she told Masumi and the class trio about his supposed "cancer".

Nat: Let me go already!

Y/N: (sigh) Normally it would the lowest thing for someone like me to do, but I'm a girl now so...

Y/N then slaps Nat, which took her by surprise.

Nat: Y/N, I...

Y/N: You finally ready to listen now?

Nat: (nodded) 

Y/N: Good, now I swear, I was gonna tell everyone about me dating Sakura, but I wasn't going to tell them that I was dating mutiple girls, because it wasn't my idea to have several girls dating me, it was Sakura's. It started when Akane expressed her feelings for me when it was my first day in the girls section, she saw how sad Akane was about me dating Sakura and how much she loved me, so she decided to have her and Akane share me so that she could be with me as well. And we were going to have you be in it so you could have that same chance.

Nat: You really mean it...?

Y/N: Yes. I'm not an idiot like your brother, so I saw the signs that you had a crush on me. Besides, (places her left hand on her cheek) Why would I ever hurt a beautiful girl like you?

Nat blush with her eyes widen. Y/N then removes the restraints and takes her hands in Nat's.

Y/N: Now then, with that out of the way, Nat Senou, would you like to go out with me?

Nat: (starts crying, but smiles) Yes, please make me your girlfriend. I want to be happy with you.

Y/N then closed the distance between them and gave Nat a kiss, to which she immediately melts into and kisses back, officially making them lovers. Sakura and Akane were watching as they both shared a smiled.
