Okay guyz!!!! I got this random Idea and I was like....WHY NOT!?! So here....

 " Ok class!!! As we all know, there is a Class Play coming our way for this year!!!" The music teacher smiled. Suddenly the chatty classroom erupted with moans and groans of displeasure. Some girls screamed with glee while boys buried their heads in their music books to hide their terror stricken faces. Tomoe ( Who had decided to come to school today ) was completely confused by the humans reaction around him. What was a class play? He crossed his arms and looked around, but of course he didn't really care. Nanami even seemed to be perplexed by the whole situation. The Teacher sighed and waved her hands to calm everyone down.

" The play will be about a Lone boy named Demetry, who meets a small town Girl from the countryside of Kyoko Japan. The two become friends and fall madly in love with each other!! Okay class, Okay...Now...I need voluteers for the leading parts. Anyone can voluteer." She looked around hopeful but Tomoe could have sworn he saw her look at Kurama's empty Chair ( The Tengu didn't show up today..) Disappointment flashed across her face but she smiled again.

" Anybody? At all?"

Silence....No one made a sound. This only made Tomoe more confused. He stole a glance at Nanami who had sunk down in her chair trying to avoid the teachers gaze. Weird. Why was his master so distressed?

" I guess I'll have to asign parts." She sighed, " Since the talented Kurama isen't here.( Wow...Did she just say that?) I Choose....Tomoe! As Demetry!" And She looked around. Tomoe was even more confused and a bit panicked. What was going on? He Looked at Nanami, who was looking at him in shock. He Suspected her to be laughing but it was the oppisite. She looked shocked and maybe even a little nervous... ( Duh! Demetry falls in love with someone!! MADLY In love with someone...She's scared! )

" I also choose...Um, Oh...Where's Suzan?"

A random girl spoke up, " Not here!!"

" Oh Well....Then I choose Nanami!!"

The girl almost jerked out of her seat in complete shock. Then she slid down into the floor moaning. The teacher only smiled, " Okay Class!!" She began calling out more students for the supporting cast. " Okay class!! Your dismissed. All except Tomoe and Nanami!" Tomoe again felt confused. The students disbanded and he just sat there annoyed.

"Hey..." Nanami sat beside him and smiled fakely.

"Hphm....Whats going on?"

The teacher laughed and smiled, " Oh Good! I'm glad your interested! You too are my main characters!....."She smiled, " So...Here's the script!!!" She handed over the papers and smiled.

Tomoe cocked his head confused, " Do I read these?"

" Of Course silly!!!" Nanami laughed nervously, " He's always making jokes like that! Ha,Ha...." Tomoe furrowed his brow as the teacher made them stand up and face each other. She smiled, " Just look over the lines today!!" Nanami sighed and flipped through the pages annoyed. She stopped on page ten and looked it over, her eyes widening in shock at each passing second. Tomoe looked at her concerned, " What's wrong?"

"Look at page ten....."

Tomoe sighed then he turned the page. He read it over and his eyes grew wide. " Um...Miss....Miss Haki?"

She smiled, " Yes Tomoe?"

Tomoe kept reading making sure he saw what he saw correctly. Apparenting he was looking at words that he was supossed to say out loud...With emotion. So He was going to acting like the Crow...( Expect The Tengu acted everyday..) but there was something wrong with the lines. Something that made his face heat up in embarrassment. Before he could answer the teacher Nanami jerked her head towards the Teacher with a gasp.

"WE HAVE TO KISS!?!?"

The walk home was awkward. Ever Since the Teacher nodded and laughed with a giggle Nanami hadn't said a word. She was quiet with her head towards the ground. Tomoe sighed and winced. They had to kiss in front of the whole school. Not exactly what he liked to hear... Plus Nanami was his goddess and he was a fox demon. The kitsune readjusted his shoulder bag and looked over at Nanami. She was spacing out... He sighed, " Nanami?"

"Hum..."

"We could always we're sick..."

She turned her head towards him and laughed in a sacastic way, " For all three days that the play is going on? The teachers would know Tomoe...." She was annoyed. That was really clear now....The fox sighed, " All we do is Practice our lines and at the play we'll just get the kissing part out of the way quickly."

She nodded but by the look on her face; She was still embarrassed beyound compare.

" Just Think the Teacher was going to choose Suzan...I bet you would have wanted to kiss her..." Nanami spat out.

Tomoe jerked his head towards her surprised that Nanami would say something like that. Was she jealous of a women he didn't even know? Whoa....

He shrugged his shoulder, " She didn't though, And why would I want to kiss her? I don't even know her..."

Nanami stopped walking and looked at Tomoe annoyed, " You would have liked kissing her....She's one of the prettiest girls in school. All the boys say so...."

Tomoe sighed. Was she really jealous right now? He didn't even know the woman..Woman didn't know what they were saying sometimes, " Nanami....I've-Never-Seen-Her-Before...Besides, I am your familiar. My job is to protect you and you only...I am yours." She stopped in her tracks and looked at him with a smile.

"Your Right!" She giggled like a school girl and rushed off. Tomoe bit the inside of his mouth and sighed. That girl was so....Different from what he thought humans would be....It was a good feeling.

        When they got to the shrine they poured over the scripts and started reading and practicing. Tomoe himself didn't like talking that much so this was proving to be a challenge for him. Nanami was indeed good at it. After all she had the tendency to talk. The kitsune's ears pinned as he read over the lines. His goddess looked at him and sighed.

" You sure you got this?"

"It can't be that hard......." Tomoe breathed in and started on the lines that they were stuck on, " My name is Demetry." The fox said in a not to friendly voice, " What is your name woman?"

Nanami sighed and started to act cheerful, " My name is Ootunki!! My, You are rather tall aren't you??"

Tomoe snorted at that line; Being that everyone he met liked to joke about his height, " Why are you so excited about my height? I have always been like this!"

"Because....Your going to get that off the shelf for me, Oh Dear Demetry! If you don't, I'll cry to father really loudly!" Nanami sighed and looked Tomoe who was idoly standing there," Eh hem..."

"What?" He looked up from his script annoyed.

"You have to pretend your getting something off of a shelf!!"

Tomoe fox rolled his eyes and reached up his arms over his head and clenched his fists indicating he had a chest or book. Then he added humor and pretended to throw it at his goddess ( All When she wasn't looking of course ) Sh eturned around and he staightened. The girl narrowed her eyes and sighed, "Okay! Next page..." They continued for a while until they reached the awkward page. Mizuki then trotted into the room and spotted Tomoe and Nanami still in their school uniforms talking as if they were different people. The poor guy looked down at the sake in his hand and winced. He then gave his sake jug over to the shrine spirits and told them to bury it.

" Hey guys! What are you doing...."

Tomoe snarled at him annoyed and Nanami smiled, " Me and Tomoe are doing a school play!!"

"WHA!?! I want to do it too!! Please Nanami!!!"

"I'm sorry Mizuki but its for students only..." The snake pouted and Tomoe snickered.

"NANAMI!! TOMOE'S LAUGHING AT ME!!"

Tomoe stopped and looked at Mizuki ticked off, " HOW OLD ARE YOU!?!" They started to argue until Nanami hurled her book at Tomoe's head. The fox jumped and turned around to look at her surprised.

"We have work to do!!"

Mizuki jumped up and smiled widely, " I'll watch!!"

    Tomoe sighed and picked up his book again, " Starting off from where we were right?"

She nodded and continued, " Oh Demetry! Don't leave to London, Please stay here! With me in Kyoko! Please don't leave me, I'll be so lonely Demetry!" Nanami did a dramatic pose and edged closer to Tomoe; Her eye's sparkling with fake tears. Tomoe backed away a bit uncomfortable and looked at his lines, " Oh You silly woman! Ootunki, You knew we wouldn't be here forever. For your father despises me and I must be off, With a heavy heart and a tragity stricken soul! My love if I could ask for one-hundred years to be with you....I would.." Tomoe looked up and their faces were way to close. His heart lodged at the words he just spoke and he nearly tripped back-wards in embarrassment.

"Oh Demetry! " Nanami cooed as she laid her head on his chest. Mizuki looked like he could of had a heart-attack but he was also crying and screaming, 'Demetry don't leave her! She'll be alone!!! WAH!!!'  The goddess looked up with feigned tears running down her face. Crap....Tomoe hated it when she cried, Fake or real.

" Oh Sweet Ootunki...We both knew this would end. You are a blue-blood and are to be married off soon. I would hate to make you hate me one day! Ootunki!" Tomoe read the lines and winced, The part was coming up. Tomoe huffed out a breath and put his book down. Getting this over with, Getting this over with......" Ootunki...I love you with all my soul..." He tilted Nanami's face to look at him and he shuttered. His head lowered and his face heated as his heart throdded in his chest, His lips almost touched hers until he felt himself get smacked into reality. It wasn't Nanami that hit him, It was that idiot Snake.....

" MIZUKI!!!"

The snake snarled his fangs, " TOMOE!! What do you think your doing!? Huh!? SUCH CONDUCT?!?"

"IODIOT!!! IT'S PART OF THE PLAY!" Tomoe fumed.

"LIAR! YOU JUST WANT TO KISS HER!!"

Tomoe felt his face heat, " I'M NOT LYING!!"

" N-Nanami!! Is he lying?" Mizuki said cuddling her arm.

"Don't Touch her Idiot!!"

Nanami sighed and nodded, " Yes Mizuki, It's part of the play..."

"SO.....You have to Kiss Tomoe-Kun?"

"Y-Yes...." Mizuki pouted and started crying. He even screamed saying, I want to be the prince!! I WANNA I WANNA!! Tomoe kicked him in the head and watched the snake slide across the shrine's floor.

"T-Tomoe?" The fox turned his head to look at his flustered goddess.

"Yes Nanami?"

" I don't think we should practice the kissing part. We can kiss each other quickly on stage and get it over with then right?"

Tomoe's nodded" Um...Of course." She smiled and picked up her book,

"Okay then! Let's start on page twelve. The fox nodded slowly and sighed.

Tomoe winced in aggervation. The teacher was annoying him. She kept fusing over the costumes and everything else.

" Okay Tomoe! Your hair is perfect but the tradtional kimono isen't the costume idea. Your supossed to be wearing black pants with the puff sleeved shirt." Tomoe sent her a glare.

"I'd rather wear this...Demetry seems like this type of person to me..." Tomoe grunted.

The teacher sighed and nodded. " I see want you mean...Okay, You can wear this.Nanami! " She turned her head towards the girl, " You should wear one too! You'll match!" Nanami glared at Tomoe annoyed. The teen flinched. Oops.

"Now remember!! This is the costume recital!! That means you'll practice everything!"

"EH!?!" Tomoe and Nanami screamed together. The teacher smiled and nodded, her short hair bobbing up and down. Tomoe felt dizzy for some reason. Plus the other cast was there with their costumes. Some of them being Tomoe's fan girls...So this wasn't going to end well....

"Ok Class! Yesterday we left off at the beginning of page ten! So Action!!"

Tomoe winced and looked at Nanami, His lines out in mumbles. The teacher smiled in the back ground.

"Perfect you two!! Now for the best scene!!!" 

Tome grunted in annoyance and kissed Nanami's cheek. The teacher sighed and the Fan-Girls panicked.

"No Tomoe....On the lips! This is the romantic scene...." She pouted.

The fan-girls fumed, " HE HAS TO WHAT!?!"

Suddenly the bell rang and Tomoe breathed out the breath he had been holding in. That was to close for comfort. They walked out of the classroom, well...At least Tomoe did. Nanami didn't get a chance. She was suddenly surrounded by Tomoe's fans. The fox didn't hear much but it didn't seem good. And then one hit her............

Tomoe went into defensive familiar mode and told them to bug off. Then he grabbed Nanami's arm and pulled her out of the school.

"OWW!! Tomoe? Claws!!" The fox let go and sighed.

"I could take care of myself...."

"NO, Your being stubborn. They could hurt you greatly and I won't allow that. We're not doing this play!"

The land-god gasped in complete shock as Tomoe crossed his arms and made an indifferent face. " We have to! It's half of our grade!"

"Then we will fail music...."

"Tomoe! We can't!! I won't allow that...So what if they talk bad about me, It won't hurt me anyway. We have to do this play!"

"AND KISS IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY!?"

It suddenly got quiet and Nanami didn't look to happy, " Why? Is there something wrong with me? I bet its because i'm not Suzan!!"

"This again? Nanami I don't know Suzan! And there's definitely nothing wrong with you. Its me...I do not do public shows of pointless emotion.

Ooops...He just said pointless....Didn't he?

He sighed; clearly irratated. " We're doing it...Now come on..Let's go to lunch.

"No,No,No! Its not supossed to be that way! Fix your kimono belt and where's his sword?" Tomoe grunted at the woman trying so desperately to get him ready for the play. So he was rushed, it wasn't his fault. It was Nanami's. She had made them practice till two in the morning and Tomoe had locked himself in his room. That morning he was awoken by his goddess banging on his door and screaming about him sleeping in to late. ( Which, He's never done before.) Then they rushed to school. His hair was even messy from not fixing it. The teacher clucked her tongue and sighed.

"What war zone did you come out of?"

"My house.."Tomoe muttered in annoyance. The girls around him grabbed brushes and starting brushing his hair a little to harshly. ( Ya know since his ears are hidden in his hair? Yeah that might hurt a little....) Tomoe winced and almost sighed in releif when It was all over with. He had looked like that all day. Now it was play night and he was backstage. The last thing the girls did was latch a Katana to his side. The sword gleamed and Tomoe felt a bit odd with it on. It felt familiar...

"OKAY CLASS!! I want to thank you all for coming!" She began to rave about how grateful she was. Tomoe sighed and paused for a moment when Nanami walked up beside him. She looked....Beautiful... He turned his head away quickly.

"Hey Tomoe look...." Nanami pointed towards the crowd, " That blond right there that's pouting....That's Suzan." Tomoe cocked his head to the side and looked at Nanami a bit annoyed,

"So?"

Nanami smiled, " She's mad its me and not her!"

Tomoe felt his face flush, What was this girl talking about? Suddenly they were pushed into their spots and the curtains rose. Tomoe looked at the crowd and winced at all the people, but he did his lines smoothly. then the time came and Tomoe felt a little sick. Was it his nerves of kissing her or being watched by hundreds of eyes? Nanami did her dramatic pose and laid her head of his chest like in practice. ( The fan-girls nearly had heart-attacks....)  Tomoe sighed and mouthed out his lines then he cupped Nanami's face and turned it sideways so that he could kiss her. Their lips came closeand Tomoe's heart kicked into overdrive. Then he felt something hit his neck. He looked up right when the sprinklers to the fire-Alarm went off. The alarms blazed out and Tomoe cringed at the pain in his ears. Of course the people were leaving and the fox and his master was getting soaked. Tomoe hopped off the stage and helped Nanami down and they both ran out the door;

"WOW! " Nanami exclaimed, "Talk about saved by the bell!" Tomoe snickered as they exited the room. The water was everywhere and almost everyone was outside by now. the kitsune stopped and looked at the hallways; His hair getting soaked.

"There's no fire...I would sense it." His ears popped out due to no people being left in the school. He turned his head to look at Nanami, and even though they weren't on the stage. He wanted to finish that scene.

"Tomoe! It's cold...We should get ou-" She was cut off as the kitsune leaned in and placed a small kiss against her lips. Her face turned a bright red and she gasped in embarrassment. Tomoe blushed and pulled away; His heart beating heavily in his chest. Then he was smacked against the head from behind.

"OW!" He turned to see Mizuki, " What are you doing here snake?"

Mizuki laughed and then he held up an object that left Tomoe and Nanami shocked.

Mizuki held the handle to the fire-alarm.....
