Dark: Yo, glad to be here. (Typing in the computer)

Dark: Working on the Gamer System Nanami has, making sure there isn't any issues with the system at all, like I helped Joy create a system a long time ago.

... Did Gaia give you permission?

Dark: I did, if you check out on his old workshop, Naruto RPG(To Aru Shinobu no RPG Sekai Monogatari). That was our masterpiece. Check it out if you have the chance, I still have the mechanics here(Pulls out a blueprint paper sheet).

Dark: I do actually, introducing the guardian of the God of matchmaking! The one who has been keeping the shrine enact for so long waiting for his arrival! Introducing................ Tomoe!

Tomoe: (Walks in) "Why am I doing this...?"

Dark: You agreed when you signed this petition contract.

Tomoe: "I signed no such thing..."

Dark: Tell that to the government.

Can you two not start bickering like kids?

Tomoe: "Tell that to the Man Child you're working with."

Dark: Eh, at least I don't argue with a girl who literally has more power over you.

Tomoe: (Glares at Dark) "She is an immature child who has no right to wield such power."

(Grabs the two by the head, and clunks them together) No arguing.

Tomoe: "Neither of you have any manners..."

BAM!

Dark: Shut up you damn fox, do your part while I make adjustments to the system so take over for me Light/Xara.

Yeah, Tomoe, if you will?

Tomoe: "If I must to get out of here faster. These two do not own Kamisama Hajimemashita/Kiss or any other media that is used in this story. The only things they own are their own creations. There, that good?"

Chapter 4: Cultivating Tip 4: White Snakes and Missing Goddess. Wait... Nanami is getting Married!? (Wait what?!)

(Ujigarmi High School: Next day)

It was a rainy day at Ujigarmi High School, Nanani was looking out the window, pondering things that have happened over the last few days. 'So... I've finally started my path as a true goddess of the land... I still worry though...'

Nanami looked at herself, not feeling any different."Wasn't something supposed to happen?"

"What, you thought you were going to be all, 'PHENOMENAL COSMIC POWER!' were you?" Parvati asked, teasing the girl.

"We'll.......... to be honest........."

"Were you getting the reference of a mortal movie, Star Wars where the man had screamed out 'UNLIMITED POWER!'?" Beelzebub plainly asked Nanami.

"No... But I might have wanted to feel like a demi goddess like in mythology..." Nanami answered sheepishly, poking her fingers together.

"Then it's best you try not to be too entitled with your status, Nanami."

"Why is that Beelzebub?"

"One word: Greeks."

"Huh?" she asked, looking confused.

"Ugh, them." Parvati said with disdain.

"... I'll make sure not to be like them..." Nanami stated, sweatdropping.

(Flashback End)

'Why couldn't I have at least been given something from starting a [Cultivation] path...?' Nanami thought to herself. She sighs. 'Well beggars can't be choosers... I should get back to cleaning, at least my [House Cleaning] skill will get some more work.'

"You guys!" called out Isobe. "Check it out, it's a snake!"

"Seriously?" a female classmate asked.

The snake in question was a white snake that was being pushed into a corner by Isobe and another classmate with brooms.

"Dude, it's like albino," Isobe stated.

"We should find something to put him in," the other student stated.

"Leave it alone," Nanami ordered the two, pushing them gently out of the way. "White Snakes are said to be messengers of the gods. You guys are risking divine retribution." She then picked up the snake, and was carrying it to the widow, freaking the others out.

"She's touching a snake!" Isobe freaking out.

"Eeek!"

Nanami made it to the window, and placed the snake on the ground. "There, get home," she told the snake, when it looked at her. "This isn't a safe place for you."

The snake slithered off into the brush.

"Hey Nanami, you might want to check to see if your hand's okay," Isobe called out to her.

"It's fine," Nanami told him, showing it, and missing the mark on her wrist, "he didn't bite me or anything."

"Look at your arm!" he told her. She did and was surprised "It's all red!"

'Okay, I might need to talk to the others when I get back home,' Nanami thought to herself.

(Mikage Shrine: Later that day)

"You seriously did not think of any repercussions of holding a potential venomous snake Nananmi?" Beelzebub plainly said to Nanami while inspecting her hand. "Don't you know that snakes are dangerous, unless handled by a professional? Statistically speaking...." He points his thumb at Parvati.

"Hey, it was harmless, I think I'm just allergic to snakes," Nanami stated.

"No, on the contrary," Tomoe stated, coming out of the kitchen, hearing what was going on, "the snake has left its Mark of Favor."

"What's that?" Nanami asked.

"To put in simple terms it means it has chosen you to become his wife," Tomoe answered.

"He did what?" Nanai asked in shock.

"Eh?!"

Beelzebub stoically looked at Nanami and her wrist for some time before he got up. "Looks like I have some snakes to hunt."

CHUU-CHUU!

He pulled a shotgun out of nowhere and cocked his shotgun.

"You're acting like a father there," Parvati informed him, snickering.

Tomoe got into Nanami's face and asked, " Now what I want to know is how did you become so affectionate with the snake in question?"

"Ahehehe..." Nanami laughed nervously. She then explained to them on what happened.

"A white snake wanders into the school and is attacked," Tomoe lists off. "And then you stepped in and rescued him from harm. How heroic."

"Am I the only one who thinks this was a stupid move she just made?" Beelzebub said to Nanami while still holding onto his shotgun.

"I agree with you," Tomoe said.

"Hey now, don't be mean you two," Parvati scolded them.

"Don't try to be innocent Parvati, I can see your holding onto that mace of yours."

"I have no idea what you're talking about," she stated, hiding said mace.

"I wish you could have seen him!" Nanami stated, remembering the snake. "He was beautiful!"

"Well, he will be coming for you soon so I will at least be able to catch a glimpse before you go," Tomoe stated.

"Oh good then you can– wait! 'Coming for me'!?" Nanami was shocked by what was said.

"Correct! Your heedlessness has resulted in your betrothal to a snake!" Tomoe scolded her. "But no need too worry. I will not allow anyone to lay a finger or scale on you." Nanami was surprised, but Tomoe was thinking something else. 'If I lose my lady and mistress to a snake, it will be a black mark on my reputation. Although, a white snake will not be easy to defeat. I'm sure Beelzebub would handle him but Snakes are crafty creatures, even slipping through a demon lord's grasp. Last I heard one of them managed to avoid an Oni detection.'

Just as Tomoe was about to ponder more, he was interrupted when Nanami raised her voice louder. "Waaahhh! What the hell are you doing with that rocket launcher?!"

"It's a military RPG. I'm just gonna have a talk with this snake."

"By blowing him to pieces?!"

"Not pieces, his head would still be enacted, enough for him to still speak through his mouth."

"You are not hurting a white snake," Nanami stated firmly.

"And you're sure he won't do anything drastic........ Would he? Snakes are crafty bastards."

"... I'm sure I'll be fine," Nanami stated.

"At least keep your katana in your inventory, if you need it," Parvati asked her.

"... Okay, I'll keep my katana with me."

"Good."

'What have I gotten myself into this time...?' Nanami asked in her mind.

"I think we should go with her to school as well," Parvati suggested.

"I unfortunately can't," Beelzebub said to Parvati.

"That's fine, me and Tomoe can just go ourselves," Parvati told him.

"Wait, what?" Nanami asked, shocked.

(Next Day)

Nanami, accompanied by both a disguised Tomoe and Parvati, were walking to school. Tomoe was reading 'Beverly Hills High School Diaries'. Parvati was skipping happily.

'How did I get myself into this?' Nanami asked in her head, looking a bit frazzled. She then stepped back to ask them, "So are you two sure you can pull this whole student thing off?"

"You underestimate our powers, Nanami. If you learn more about the Gods' culture, then it's a first step ahead learning your divinity."

"Yes, and I'm positive I can as well," Tomoe stated. "I read the entire booklet last night."

Nanami looked skeptical. 'This is not good...'

"It amazes me how many dramatic scenarios you are able to create," Tomoe muttered.

"I would say not to believe everything you read, but with deities and yokai, I think it might be true," Parvati stated, shrugging.

"Look, if you two don't want to be here, I'm pretty sure I can deal with a tiny snake," Nanami told them.

"Listen to me," Tomoe told her, then grabbed Nanami's hand with the Snake mark on it. "Do not stray from either mine or Parvati's side for a moment while we are here. Is that clear?"

"Yeah," was the only thing Nanami could get out.

"Careful there fox, sounds like you're trying to actually charm your goddess~" Parvati teased him.

"I am doing no such thing," Tomoe barked at her.

(Ujigarmi High School)

The three had made it to Ujigarmi High School, and both Parvati and Tomoe were being introduced to the class.

"Class, I'd like you to meet our two new transfer students," the teacher introduced. "This is Tomoe Mikai and Parvati Shiva."

"It's nice to meet you all," Parvati greeted.

Girls were swooning to Tomoe while the guys were the same for Parvati.

"So," the teacher stated, looking for a place for the two to sit. "You will be seated right by Nanami, one seat behind her, those will be your assigned seats."

"That is fine with us," Tomoe stated, taking his seat. Parvati followed behind.

'This is happening,' Nanami thought in her head, blushing at Tomoe being near her in class. 'Tomoe's in my class. And Parvati is as well. Not exactly how I thought things would turn out.'

A few minutes passed and Tomoe asked, seeing an empty desk with candles and rose petals on it, "So, the Tengu is absent?"

"At least we don't have to deal with him..." Parvati muttered.

"I think he must be busy with work this week," Nanami informed them. "YAknow, usually days when Kurama isn't here are pretty quiet, not today."

"You don't say~?" Parvati asked teasingly, both her and Tomoe having people around them.

"Tonoe, right?" asked one of the girls with rose colored hair and pigtails. "I think I remember you!"

"Yeah, did you and Parvati over there bring lunch for the class one time?" another girl, with raven black hair, asked. "That was sweet."

"Yo, Parvati was it?" the same boy that was helping Isobe pick on the snake asked. "What brings a girl like you to our school?"

"Are you seeing anyone?" another boy asked.

"Sorry boys, I'm taken," Parvati informed, making all the guys groan.

'That's gonna get old,' Nanami thought to herself.

"I know it's kinda been a while, but do you remember us?" the girl with pigtails asked. "I'm sure we were the hottest girls in class that day."

'There's no way he remembers them,' both Nanami and Parvati thought at the same time. 'Come on.'

"How could I forget?" Tomoe started, surprising both Nanami and Parvati. He then pointed to the twin tail girl, then the raveneet, and the third girl that had light brown hair. "Natsuko Umibe, Megumi Tobita, Chie Kitami. I know the names and faces of everyone in this class, especially you three. I put in extra effort for Nanami's friends. It seemed right."

"More like creepy..." Parvati muttered, seeing the three girl's freaked out expressions.

"Okay..." Megumi stasted, sounding freaked out. "So, is she like your girlfriend or something?"

"Nanami is my mis-" he was cut off when both Parvati and Nanami clamped their hands over his mouth.

"Pardon us, we need to talk to the idiot," Parvati stated, both her and Nanami dragging the fox out.

They made it to a secluded area of the hallway. "What were you thinking, going on and blabbing that she was your lady and mistress?" Parvati growled at him.

"You don't go around saying things like that to normal people, Tomoe," Nanami added in the scolding.

"Like what?" Tomoe asked, confused. "What did I say?"

"Are you serious!?" Nanami shouted at him.

"You really have to ask that...?" Parvati asked him flatly.

"I'm just gonna say whatever! 'Nanami's my mistress and I'm her manservant!' That kinda crap sounds like something kinky going on-"

'Manservant?' Tomoe asked in his mind.

"-and everyone will make fun of me!" Nanami finished her rant.

Parvati patted her on the back. "It's okay Nanami, just breathe and calm down."

Nanami did so. "Okay listen; Parvati already stated that you're training me top be a miko at the shrine, so we're going with that," she stated. "You two own the shrine and are letting me stay there as long as I'm being helpful and being a proper Miko."

"Nanami?" came a voice that made the three of them turn and look to see a pink hair girl. "Sorry to interrupt. The teacher asked me to give you the class daybook. Here you go." She handed said book to her.

"Oh. Thank Ami." Nanami thanked the now-named Ami.

"Looks like a stinker of a list," Ami stated, then started to walk away. "See ya~"

Nanami was worried and had to ask, "So, do you think she overheard us?"

"Is that another friend of yours?" Tomoe asked.

"I think that's the second time I've ever spoken to her... I think," Nanami stated.

"I think she does want to be friends," Parvati stated.

"If you ask me, I think she wants to use you for some ulterior motive she has. Some kind of witch in disguise."

"Actually, I sense spiritual powers from her," Parvati states, opening one eye, and smiling interestly at the development. "I think she might be able to tell what a being truly is."

This surprised the two, and looked back at where Ami left.

With Ami, she was walking down the hallway back to class. "That was strange. Miss Nanami is kind of an odd duck sometimes. But I can tell she's good, if she does feel a bit different then last time, but I really hope we can be friends." Just then, she passed a boy in a black school uniform, and had an open umbrella inside. Ami sensed something from him, and turned to look at the boy that passed her. "Who... was that boy...?"

Back in the classroom, Nanami, Tomoe and Parvati were working on the class daybook. Nanami seemed to be happy. 'How strange... I don't think we've ever spent this much time together before. Not even when we're at the shrine. Well with Tomoe most of the time. Parvati I spend a little bit more time with. It's stool nice. I feel like we're all actually becoming closer.'

They finished up writing the book. "There, I think that's all of it. Sorry that it took so long. I just have to drop it off and we can go."

Parvati stretched. "Man... Never have I sat that long in one place."

They saw that Tomoe had fallen asleep.

WHOOSH!

SPLASH!

"Gaaahhh!"

"Wake up you damn fox."

"What the hell did you do that for, waking me up!?"

"Yeah, you shouldn't be sleeping on the job," Parvati scolded.

"It would have been fine, Nanami wouldn't have been foolish enough to not wake me up," Tomoe stated.

"... Uh... I might have..." she said sheepishly.

"... Thank you for being the responsible one Parvati," Tomoe thanked the foreign goddess.

Nanami pouted. "Oh come on, I would have only been gone a minute or two."

"Plenty of time for that snake to take you," both stated.

"Well I'm going to be a goddess, shouldn't I be able to take care of myself?" Nanami asked.

"Yes, but you're still human Nanami, and you just barely got powers," Parvati told her. "The snake is a mythical creature with decades under its belt if I'm correct."

Nanami sighs. "I know... I just want to prove myself..."

"Slow and steady Nanami, you still have a long road ahead of you," Parvati told her, hugging her. "This is a marathon, not a sprint."

"I know, but I still want to be cleared up by this damn debt Mikage left behind." Nanami sighed out. "And this snake that wants to marry me doesn't help matters..."

"I agree," Tomoe agreed, as all three got up and started heading to the teacher's office. "But don't threaten, we'll be here to help you out. Did you sell any of the hats?"

"Not yet, still have a few more to make," Nanami stated. She was smiling. 'It was nice having them here. I think I can get used to this.'

"As if anyone would ever buy those cheap hats that wouldn't cost a fortune." It was Isobe, how was teasing them.

"Why you little!" Parvati puts on an angry expression and starts to choke Isobe.

"Wha?! It was a joke! It was a joke!"

"Parvati stop, you'll kill him!" Nanami cried out in worry.

"I'll try to stop her from doing so, we can't have a scene here," Tomoe stated, going over and trying to pry Parvati off the boy. "Lady Parvati, it is unseemly of you to do such a thing."

BAM!

"....... I tried." Tomoe walked away from Nanami while sprouting a fist mark on his face.

"Hey wait, aren't we supposed to stick close?" Nanamik asked.

"Ms. Nanami," came a voice that got her attention. She sees a boy in a black uniform under a black umbrella. "It's good to see you. What a lovely day for rain."

'Crap... this was all a trick!' Nanami shouted in her mind, going to grab her items from her inventory, before everything turned black.

Both Parvasti and Tomoe's eyes widened, sensing Nanami was gone.

"Nanami!" Tomoe shouted in fear.

"GO(BEEP)NG DAMMIT!" Parvati shouted, realizing she was set up. She glared at Isobe. "You! Who set you up for this! Who made you say what you said! Answer me!"

"S-Some student in a black uniform," Isobe answers, scared out of his wits. "I think he was a student from another school. Bet me to say those things! Please don't kill me!"

Parvati growled and let go of him. "Tomoe! We need to hurry and track her!"

"On it!" Tomoe shouted, the two running to where Nanami was last felt. They made it and saw that only the daybook was on the ground. Tomoe picked it up. "Damn...! That snake played us for fools..." he growled.

"I can't believe I was played for a simple trick..." Parvati stated, feeling both angered at both herself and the snake. "I shouldn't have gotten mad at the punk..."

"Tomoe!" called out Megumi, as her, Natsuko, and Chie walked up to the two. "There you are."

"Don't tell me you go straight home after school?" Natsuko asked him.

"You should come with us," Chie stated. "We're going shopping."

"Fox Fire!" Tomoe shouted, summoning said flames and firing it past the three girls. This scared the three. "Bring me Nanami!" The three girls were scared into unconsciousness.

"Normally I'd scold you for that," Parvati stated, looking upset, but not at Tomoe, "but I'm going to let it pass if you can turn that snake into a snake skin purse."

"I'm going to turn it into sashimi when I find them," Tomoe stated, angered that he let his guard down for even a second.

"We're going to have to get Beelzebub," Parvati stated.

"And tell him what exactly? That we were tricked and let Nanami get captured? I might have my grudges with him, but I do not wish to die by him, I still tend to serve Lady Nanami." Tomoe stated sternly.

"Who else knows how to catch a snake when he has a leader who is like a snake? Can you think of any other option?"

"... If he tries to kill us, you're taking the whole blame for getting riled up by the punk human," Tomoe stated sternly. "This was your fault for being too gullible to fall for that Isobe kid's taunts so easily."

"... I want to be mad at you... but I know this was my fault mostly for being played so easily."

"Good, now let's move," Tomoe ordered as they both started to find Nanami.

In an unknown area, Nanami was unconscious. She could feel like she was floating in something, but not sure what. She then heard something.

"No wake?"

"No wake."

Nanami started to stir. 'What's going on? Who's voice are those?' She started to wake up.

"That looks like waking!"

"Hello, Human!"

She saw two spirit creatures that wear red-orange hats, almost looking like umbrellas, and a yellow yukata and have red eyes and sharp teeth.

"You want a centipede?"

Nanami saw the bug that was close to her face, her body stiffening. 'Don't freak out! Don't freak out!' she shouted in her head.

[[Gamer's Mind] has activated]

Nanami felt relaxed after it activated. 'Oh thank you skill... But where am I?'

"Good morning, Miss Mamami," came a familiar voice. "Thank you for rescuing me at your school the other day."

"Wait a minute, you're that guy!" Nanami shouted, recognizing him as the boy that tricked them. "Me, Tomoe and Parvati were walking home from school, until Isobe showed up, then you came up and talked to me. Then everything went dark."

"My name is Mizuki,"the man introduced. "I am the familiar here. Welcome." He then bowed to her. "Our life together will be rich."

"Our life? Huh?" Nanami asked, puzzled. Just then, the two shrine spirits started throwing rice in the air.

"Joyful day!" the first spirit shouted.

"Master Mizuki has taken you as his bride!" the second shouted. "Time to start the wedding happenings! Welcome to the family, human!"

"HOLD ON! WHOA! NOBODY EVEN ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO OR FOR MY PERMISSION TO GET MARRIED!" Nanami shouted at the three.

"It seems you have met our two shrine spirits," Mizuki said, seeming to ignore her, seeming to erk her more. He then pointed behind her. "And right behind you, taking a rest through those doors is the god of this shrine. Lady Yonomori.. She is very private."

Nanami looked surprised and turned to see where this Lady Yonomori was. "A god's in there?"

Mizuki walked where Nanami was looking. "Ms. Yonomori has given her blessing in this marriage upon the shrine. You'll have to excuse Ms. Yonomori, she's very private." Mizuki said to Nanami while retaining his smile. He held his hand to her. "Come, my lovely bride."

"Stop that!" Nanami ordered, slapping his hand away. "I'm not getting married to anyone right now! I'm still the Land Goddess in training for the Mikasge Shrine!"

"Prehapes you are confused," Mizuki said. He then pointed to his wrist. "The mark on your wrist denotes our engagement.. I know it seems sudden, my dear."

"GET IT THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULL, I'M LEAVING!" Nanami shouted at the snake man, fed up with him brushing off her comments.

"Well, if you must try, you must," he said, smirking. "Good luck getting out." The spirits were snickering at her.

Nanami narrowed her eyes. 'What the hell is wrong with these guys!? Could I be in a barrier like my skill [I.D. Create]?' Nanami started to leave the shrine. 'Doesn't matter, I'm going home no matter what. If I remember I have a [Party] feature to connect with others, that's what Parvati told me in case I need to contact someone. That can be my first test to see if I'm in a dimensional bubble.' Nanami walked out of the shrine. "Okay, so I can leave the shrine, that's a good start. I'll be out of here in no time." She starts walking forward on the path. 'Okay, I'll get some distance to try and connect to the others. ... Though I do wonder if my Gamer powers will affect this place if it is a barrier. If so, I hope the monsters are not that strong...'

Nanami had made it a few yards away from the shrine, thinking this was far enough. "Okay, this might be far enough. Okay, here we go... [Party Invite]." She then saw the screen for it appeared in front of her.

Nanami slumped. "Great... my hunch was correct... I am in a Dimensional Barrier..." She looked to the sky. "Okay then, I'll just see what this place is called then, and see if I can use my [I.D. Escape]. [Observe]."

[Memorial Barrier of Yonomori Shrine

Created by Mizuki to protect the shrine and plum trees from being flooded by the dam that was built. He made this so he could wait for his lady, no matter how long that would be. With you in it now, you'll be able to fight monsters here, but the shrine is a safe house area, and no monsters will appear in or around it.

Nanami was pulling her hair. "Oh come on! I'm stuck here until the others find me!?" Nanami sighed and slumped. "I wonder how they're doing right now?" Nanami asked herself.

(Mikage Shrine: same time)

"Lady Nanami has been captured!?" the two will-o-whips shouted in shock and fear.

"Let me get this straight..." Beelzebub spoke to the duo while being surrounded by papers, fantasy novels and numerous boards while the Lord of Flies was assembling what seems to be a little futuristic figure in gray color. When he finished putting in the head, he took a paint brush and began to color the small figure. "You're here cause a little snake has managed to sneak its way past the two of you and somehow managed to capture Nanami under a plain site, correct?" Beelzebub asked Tomoe and Parvati, in his usual plain tone.

"It was Parvati's fault for being easily tricked by that Isobe fellow the snake made to anger her," Tomoe stated, throwing the goddess under the bus.

"Hey! How was I supposed to know that the snake would manage to steal her in plain sight!? Lets not forget that you were also tricked as well!" Parvati shouted, blushing.

"During snake periods, the male snakes become very aggressive due to the amount of heat the snake contains, wanting to shed or release all of that on its desired snake. They elegantly slither around silently through the bushes, adapting itself to nature itself before finding its desired mates." Beelzebub gave a small lecture to the two of them while nearly done coloring with his miniature color figure.

"Then we need to go now!" Onikiri started in urgency.

"Yes, so please Lord Beelzebub, stop with your coloring," Kotetsu begged.

"You seemed offly calm about this despite Nanami being in danger with the risk of becoming his bride. What the hell are you even doing?" Tomoe questioned Beelzebub.

"I am simply preparing the models and training instructions for Nanami when she prepares to play DnD. I am coloring a miniature figure which is a space marine from the human franchise Warhammer 40k. I am preparing to head back to the underworld for a little tournament game Lucifer has made to entertain the other cardinal sinners."

"And how is that supposed to help us, if Nanami doesn't show up if she's getting married!" Tomoe shouted at Beelzebub in anger.

"Don't worry, I already made preparations." Beelzebub spoke to the Fox Yokai before observing his little space marine. "I've sent my daughter to retrieve her from the white snake's grasp."

"How can your daughter if she- wait............ You have a daughter?" Tomoe asked.

"Was planning on her to accompany Nanami if you didn't get your act together," Beelzebub added in.

"How is she going to help us if she doesn't know where she is?" Parvati asked Beelzebub.

"You don't need to worry Parvati. Because even a fly can get past a snake's defense." Beelzebub spoke to Parvati before picking up another miniature gray space marine model as a fly landed on the model, its eyes glinting red light. Matching with Beelzebub's hidden emotion.

"... I'm starting to like you more and more, Beelzebub," Tomoe stated, covering his mouth with his fan to conceal his smirking.

"You have a bee on your left shoulder." Beelzebub pointed at Tomoe.

"Huh?" Tomoe spoke in surprise before looking over his left shoulder, seeing a bee had already landed there and already had its stinger ready before stinging Tomoe.

"AAAAAHHHHH! YOU DAMN FLY! I TAKE BACK WHAT I SAID!" Tomoe shouted, grabbing the stung spot in pain.

"You two act like brothers, you know that?" Parvati asked the two, holding back her giggles.

"They do indeed," both will-o-wisps agreed with her.

Nanami and her two slimes then walked further into the woods, they then stumbled upon two more Water and Sakura Slimes.

She read what they did and she needed to know [Alchemic Recipes] and the [Alchemy] skill and at level 10 to use them to make anything. Or she could learn to make them in jewelry to give her stat bonuses and elemental resistance bonus, but need the skill [Jeweler] and need it at level 10.

"I think I'll put my new title on tomorrow if I go out again to train again, I still haven't leveled up..." Namami stated, pouting at the end. "Then again... I have to get over 6.5 million EXP and I think getting a lower amount of EXP and Yen from weaker monsters may happen..." She let out a sigh. "Good first training dungeon... Power enemies to face... At least I got a few things from this, at least."

Nanami was so focused on her thoughts, she didn't see the rock sticking from the ground and tripped over it. She had scraped her knee when she fell.

"... Okay, I must be tired now if I didn't see that..." Nanami muttered, unamused. She got up and was limping a bit. "Just need to wait for [Gamer's Body] to take the pain away."

The party of seven kept moving until they saw a light. Nanami blinked. "Okay, either I found an exit, or I just looped all the way back around... Either way, I need to get there."

Nanami kept walking as her slime pets/tamed beasts bounced and followed her. When she made it to where the light was... she was back at the entrance of the Yonomori Shrine. The two shrine spirits were snickering while Mizuki just smiled warmly at her. "Glad you found your way back~ Welcome home, my dear~"

Nanami sighs. "I figured as much, being in a barrier and all..."

Mizuki was surprised to hear that. "Wait, you knew?"

"Kind fingered it out when I couldn't communicate with the others, and felt it," Nanami informed, bending the truth a bit. "I did tell you I'm a Land Goddess in Training." Nanani took a seat on the ground, her slimes coming close to her.

"Oh, where did these slimes come from?" Mizuki asked, surprised again at the creatures.

"Found them in the forest, I tamed these six with my powers, and fought a few for training," Nanami stated. "... It might be my powers combining with yours a bit if that's how these slimes came to be if they weren't before..."

Mizuki titled his head."But aren't you human?"

Nanami face palmed, then pinched the bridge of her nose, taking in a deep breath to not shout at him. "It's a long convoluted story..."

Mizuki just shrugged and walked up to her. "Anyways, I did try to warn you about not being able to leave. If you're not entirely worn out, go ahead and give it another try."

"Well, I know I can't escape, but I was thinking of going out there again tomorrow to train some more though..." Nanami stated.

Mizuki then saw Nanamiu's leg. "Oh no, your leg is bleeding. Hold still. We need to take care of it right away." He grabbed a cloth and ointment from his sleeves.

"Oh yeah, I think I remember something."

"Whats tha-"

BANG!

Mizuki was hit over the head, a smoking lump forming on the snake's head.

"DON'T TRY TO SWEET TALKING ME INTO MARRYING YOU SNAKE! AND THAT'S ALSO FOR KIDNAPPING ME AND TRAPPING ME HERE WHEN I HAVE DUTIES I NEED TO DO!"

"... Okay, I might have deserved that..." Mizuki muttered, taking a second to recover from the surprise punch to the head. "But that doesn't matter right now, Nanami." He placed the cloth with ointment on her knee. "This might sting." He begins to clean her cuts, Nanami not even reacting to the cleaning.

Nanami sighs, remembering what the others said to her about protecting her, and not letting Mizuki capture her. '... They lied...' Nanami sighs, hugging her knees, her scrapped on now bandaged. 'I know I shouldn't be mad... but I feel like they let me down...' One of her slimes, Ume, got in her lap to try and comfort her, the smell of Plum Blossoms coming off the slime to help her feel better.

"Please do not be sad. There is no reason to be. YOu have a brand new life here, now. Lady Yonomori said you can stay here forever. And she could train you better to be a Land Goddess as well~! I give you my vow, Nanami. I will treat you much better than Tomoe, Parvati, and Beelzebub ever did."

Tomoe and Parvati had the sudden urge to kill someone for spouting something. Beelzebub didn't show it, but his twitching eye showed he was annoyed.

"I'm not the only one who wants to murder that snake even more now, right?" Tomoe asked, irritated.

"You're not the only one Tomoe." Parvati replied back to the fox Yokai while joining Beelzebub on painting the space marine 40k model.

"You don't need to worry. My daughter may have taken mostly from me but she has always loved to see her victims be brought in the most gruesome, painful, misery and unforgiving pain they would ever feel in their entire life." Beelzebub informed them.

"....... How do you even raise your own daughter?" Tomoe and Parvati asked flatly.

"She's mostly either under the care of Wrath, Greed, Gluttony or Lucifer herself as I'm sometimes occupied in my position."

"... You're a terrible father..." Both stated, an figurative arrow with the kanji of 'terrible father' hitting him through the heart.

Mizuki and Nanami were outside the shrine, looking at the trees. Nanami was petting one of her slimes. "It's not even the right season for the plum blossoms to be blooming, but they are. I take it this is your doing?"

"Very perspective Nanami," Mizuki complemented, smiling at her. "The plum tree is now as it will always be. I stopped time when it was at its most beautiful. Somewhere in spring. The blossoms are Lady Yonomori's favorite flower." He then leaned over to her. "Would you like to go to bed soon?"

Nanami's eye twitched. "I hope you aren't trying to pull something mister...!?"

"I promise, I'm not going to try anything," Mizuki informed her. "You can stay here until you feel up to it. Rest and gather your surength."

"... Well I do need to get some rest... I'll head to bed..." Nanami stated, pouting. She made it to her assigned room for the night, seeing the two shrine spirits. They had made it so both her and Mizuki would sleep together.

"Beddy-by!" both shouted.

Nanami's eye twitched, she was getting sick of these two. "GET OUT!" she roared, kicking the two out, as well as the pillows. Her slimes then tied the two up, using a slime shot. They were now stuck to the wall. Nanami nodded to her slimes, as they all went in. Naname fell on the futon hugging one of the slimes. '... Tomoe... If you can somehow hear my thoughts... Please, hurry up and save me...'

Tomoe was giving out hot saki to everyone, trying to get his nerves to calm. "It's been hours and we still haven't gotten a sign of Nanami..." Tomoe stated, starting to feel ashamed. "I never thought I would fail so miserable as a familiar..."

"What's this? Is the little fox starting to become worried after its owner has left him behind?" Beelzebub taunted Tomoe while designing a board game of 40k. He did drink some of the Saki given to him.

Parvati dope slapped him, almost making him spill his saki on board and papers. "Quite you, I can see you're starting to get worried as well. Your daughter is great at tracking people, and she should have found her easily."

"The shrine is doomed!" Onikiri cried out in both sorrow and worry.

"We are doomed!" Kotetsu cried in th esame fashion.

"You think it's easy to find a snake? I thought you of all people should know this since your husband has a tribe of snake species worshiping him and Vishnu." Beelzebub said while conjuring wind magic, drying all the saki he spilled on the board game.

"... Did not Lucifer turn into one, so you and your daughter should know how to handle snakes," Tomoe shot back. "Or are you saying this snake is better than your boss-Urk!"

Suddenly a gloved hand shot out of a dark portal and choked Tomoe. Tomoe attempts to get the hand off of him but finds the grip to be too strong for him to let go.

Beelzebub ignored the matter, focusing his attention on his board game. "First rule of demons, 'no one, no one insults the great Lucifer, ruler of the Underworld rings. Do so and you shall be met with a painful end and unending nightmare of pain.'."

"Ark! Get! Off! Urgh!" Tomoe started to choke while slowly turning purple due to the lack of air. "How! Does! He-!?"

"I stopped questioning it for the past millennium. Lucifer has eyes almost everywhere on the corner of the Earth."

"Beelzebub...." Parvati said to the Lord of Flies in a little warning tone.

Beelzebub let out a sigh. "Fine. Lucifer, let him go. We're starting our session in 10 minutes and you do not want to have your hands be covered in red blood like the last time." Beelzebub spoke to Lucifer.

"Alright, fine." Lucifer replied to Beelzebub which sounded like a woman for a reason. He(?) lets go of Tomoe, the fox yokai started to gasp and breathed heavily from the lack of oxygen. "You better watch your mouth fox cause if you insult me one more time, you-"

"Will show an example of why no one should insult or disrespect the Great King of the Underworld. You repeated this for the last thousand years. It's easy to memorize Lucifer." Beelzebub retorted back at Lucifer.

"You do need some new materials Lucy," Parvati nodded in agreement. "Everyone thinks so."

"Hmph! You two are no fun!" From his(?) tone, it sounded a little childish, Beelzebub knew she was pouting behind the portal. "Hurry up and get your ass over here in the underworld you damn edgy fly. Oh, and if you're wondering what's taking your daughter so long, she by now has found the snake you were looking for."

"Right when my Fox Fire did as well-Urk!" Tomoe stated, eyes becoming sharp before he again was choked by Lucifer.

"You're testing my patience, fox!"

"Aaarrrggggghhh! Get off of me! Get off you damn demon!"

".......... Should we do something about this?" Parvati spoke to Beelzebub while watching Tomoe being choked by Lucifer.

"Just let them be. Plus this would serve as a little lesson for Tomoe to get on other people's nerves or else he'll wind up in an empty casket. Have you ever had a single day without Tomoe insulting other gods that aren't Shinto?"

"You know what, you're right. It's time for Tomoe to be taught a lesson after all."

"YOU GUYS AREN'T HELPING AT ALL!" the will-o-wisp shouted, fear for Tomoe's life.

Nanami had gotten up, still a bit drowsy. She saw that she had gotten enough sleep to get healed and had her energy back, but not fully. "Enough sleep, but I'll get more a bit later..."

"Sometimes it's not good to lose that much sleep," came a female voice.

"I know, but my powers allow me to sleep and heal-" Nanami stated, then stopped realizing the new voice. She turned around to look to see who talked. "What the!? Who are you!? ... Are you Yonomori?"

"Why would I be an empty dried up hollow sack? Oh! My apologies, I did not introduce myself to you." The new voice spoke to Nanami before a dark abyss portal appeared near Nanami, slowly the figure walked through the dark portal and revealed herself to Nanami.

Nanami was surprised to see the portal and the woman who walked out. "Uh... You didn't tell me your name..."

"Oh my, a bit forward aren't we?"

Nanmami gave a flat look to the woman. "It's custom here to introduce oneself, or did you skip that...?"

"Sharp aren't we? My name is Beelzebub the second, princess of the flies, Queen and Ruler of the Abyss itself." The woman introduced herself to Nanami.

"Why are you calling yourself Beelzebub the second, that doesn't make se-wait...... princess of flies?" Nanami stopped what she was saying when she heard a specific part, one being the princess of flies. "Why did you call yourself princess of flies? Are you related to that creepy demon Beelzebub?"

"Why yes, he is my father."

"Oh, so he's your father. That's goo- BEELZEBUB HAS A DAUGHTER?!" Nanami shouted, freaking out.

"Did my father not mention me...?" she asked, almost in an acting tone while smirking.

"He never told me he had a daughter!"

"That's because nobody ever asked."

"..... Ok point taken. But what are you doing here?" she asked the woman.

"My father asked me to look for you when you were captured by that White Snake Yokai."

"Why didn't he do it himself?"

"Cause one, father was preparing numerous game sets he made that would help you understand more about game elements. He made several preparations and instructions that can help you learn of it. And two, the cardinal sins are having a game session hosted by Lucifer herself, father has to partake in it."

"... Your father is useless, you know that...?" Nanami asked.

"That isn't the first time he was called useless." Beelzebub II replied to Nanami. "And to avoid any confusion, just call me Beelzebub Junior. That would be easy to not get any complication between my fathers name and mine."

"... I think I'll call you Bell for short." Nanami informed the second fly. "Makes it a lot easier."

"... Is there any way I can ask you not to?" she asked the Land Goddess in training. She was a demoness that struck fear into her enemies.

"No." Nanami stated.

"Then Bell it is." Bell said, sighing.

"So what now?" Nanami asked.

"Now, we get you out of here."

"Shouldn't that be Tomoe's or Beelzebub's job though?"

"Like I said before my father is attending to a game match with the other sinners and as for the fox Yokai, Tomoe his name. He won't be coming along for a while because he insulted aunt Lucifer and is currently dealing with her wrath."

"Aunt Luci- Lucifer is a woman!?" Nanami asked in shock. "... That makes way too much sense and at the same time not at all..."

"Yeah, people do tend to get that reaction," Bell stated, nodding.

"You do remember I'm trapped in here, and even if I do get out, I'm going to drown from the water surrounding us..."

"I can use magic to protect you from that," Bell told her.

"Okay, that is useful..." Nanasmi stated, looking jealous at that. "It would be useful if I found an underwater dungeon."

"I might teach you after this," Bell said, shrugging. "Anyway, if you want to get out of here its both easy and yet complicated." Bell explained to Nanami.

"How is it both easy and complicated?"

"The reason why it's complicated was due to the fact that this place is not only a pocket dimension for the divine beings but also a powerful illusion that can mess one's sixth sense. I'm sure you must've experienced this type of phenomenon before haven't you?"

Nanami nodded. "I thought I did, I did go in a circle all the way back here after grinding by fighting slimes. Even caught six of them to see if they can evolve into different forms." Said slimes appeared next to Nanami.

"That's why it's complicated, it even took me a while to even track you down here, even a demon like me can be affected by this illusion."

"... Wow, that's surprising."

"Indeed, the easy part however was one of the reasons how I was able to track you down."

"How?"

"Your powers, I sensed a dimensional looping energy that was at the southwest of my direction. I followed where this dimensional energy was coming from, and from there. That's how I wouldn't be here right now." Bell answered to Nanami.

"So my marks were beacons to you," Nanamiu stated in lamemens terms.

"That is correct."

"... Can you wait until you find a way out without destroying the place?" Nanami asked the demon, surprising Bell.

"Yeah, but why? Don't you want to get out of here faster?" she asked the Land Goddess in training.

"While I do, this place is precious to Mizuki and the Shrine Spirits, and I don't want to destroy it by flooding the place," Nanami told her. "It wouldn't be right of me to do so after all his hard work to protect it."

"... But he kidnapped you, you have your right to exact divine judgment on him," Bell stated. "And I know, it sounds weird when a demoness says that."

"I don't want to be petty or anything," Nanami told her. "Like I told your father, if I'm going to be a goddess, I'm going to do it my way, and not be someone who puts people down."

"Well you certainly seem like a righteous god, but there is one fact about righteousness. Can you even decide who is right or who is wrong? Telling the difference between a murderer and a sociopath? Can even decide or know who is right? And who is wrong?"

"... I now see how you're his daughter..." Nanami stated, dryly. "And you are a demon, you see the bad in everything, or am I wrong?"

"I will neither confirm nor deny that claim." Bell replied back to Nanami.

"You just prove my point..."

"But that still doesn't answer my question."

"I'm not an idiot, I know there's no right answer to that question... And I'm new to this whole Goddess thing, so I'm not too sure I can judge someone without making a mistake."

"And if someone does make a mistake? What would you do?"

"A mistake on my part or on there's?" Nanami asked. "... I'm not really sure. Like I said, I'm still new to being a goddess." Nanami hugged her knees. "I'm scared of messing up and ruining someone's life... I... I was just a normal highschool girl... What do I know about being a goddess...? What makes me so special...? I know I've asked this before, but I'm still unsure."

"Will you find your answer in the future, rather continue to find the meaning of what it means to be a goddess?"

"... And if I can't...?" Nanami asked.

"You have a long life to find it," Bell told her, sitting next to her and patting her back.

Nanami gave a light chuckle. "You know it's kinda funny, getting advice from demons when it's angels that are depicted to be the ones who help people. Then again, some domes were angels before."

Bell giggles with her. "It kinda is, you're right."

The two settled down and Nanami saw she got a notification.

"His terms is you have to complete the dungeon, alone. No help from any outsider."

"But this shrine is a loop, where would the end be? And Also would my tame pets/monsters count as help if they are tied to me?"

"You'll be able to find that there is a way to leave this shrine. Remember, it was the same place where you entered a different dimension and no, they don't count because they are a part of your class system. I can help you locate where the dimension is."

Mizuki was punched away by Bell, but recovered but wobbled a bit from the blow, he didn't fully dodge in time. "That hurt, a bit-"

Bell turned her fist around, gripping it. Conjuring portals that completely tied Mizuki up. Making his eyes widen in surprise. "What the!? How I should have sensed those!"

"Hmph." Bell smirked while gripping her fist a bit tighter, causing the tentacle to tighten around Mizuki. "If you were listening to my conversation before. My title as Queen of the abyss isn't just for show. How can you even sense the sheer power of the void itself? Once you gaze at the abyss, the abyss gazes back at you." Bell looked at Nanami. "I suggest you start heading out while I deal with the snake."

"Oh, but don't you know, Nanami has already failed~ I had the Shirn Spirits act as her guild, helping her out~" Mizuki informed the two. "She can't have outside he-"

"Aaaaahhhh! Bees!"

"Why are there Bees here!?"

"Quick! We need to get out of here before- Ahhh! One of them stung me!"

Mizuku's eyes widened. He saw that the two shrine spirits were being chased by bees. He smirked at Bell. "Cleaver~ I will admit that~ But doesn't that count as you interfering and helping Nanami~? You are an outsider~"

"That is, if this world isn't listed as one of the ID worlds her system has created." She shifted her attention to Nanami. "I believe the time to leave is right now Nanami. Remember what I said, look for the same place you've been into. You can find your way out of his place."

"What about you?"

"Oh don't worry." She turned her attention to the still tied up snake yokai, smirking a bit. "This isn't my first time hunting a snake. "Now go, father, Parvatis and your familiar is waiting for you."

"Go!"

Nanami sighs and starts heading off into the forest with her slimes.

"Now to deal with you-" Bell stated, looking back at where Mizuku should be, and was gone. She then saw the end of the white snake tail slithering away, going after Nanami. She sighs and snaps her fingers, conjuring a portal which immediately grabs the snake's tail and dragged him back.

Mizuku just smiled nervously. "Uh... Is it too late to ask for a Parly~? And if you do hurt me, you will be struck with Devind retribution."

Bell smiled deviously at him while her eyes glinted at the snake Yokai. "Unfortunately for you, I am not just a simple demon. If you were listening to me, then you know who father said and like what aunt Justice said, 'If you want to hurt someone real hard..........'"

Mizuki slowly turned pale when he lifted his head, causing Bell shadow to envelop him.

A deep dark demonic voice echoed on the halls of the shrine.

Nanami had just made it to the entrance of the shrine. She was finally going to leave this place. But she was starting to slow down. She remembered what she read about this place, how it was kept so that one day Mizuki could see Yonomori. Nanmi stops in her tracks and sighs at what she was planning to do. "... I know I'm going to regret this... But on the bright side, I'll add another Familiar to my mission..." She started running back to where the two were, and saw that Mizuki was about to be killed. "Bell wait!"

Bell blinked and turned to look at Nanami. "Wha- Nanami!? Why are you still here!? I told you to leave!"

"Yeah, well, I couldn't, not just yet, not until I punish him in my own way," Nanami stated, pointing her thumb at Mizuki.

"Nanami, you came back to save me aga-"

"Quite, before I let Bell here eat you," Nanami warned him, cutting him off.

"Shutting up."

"Bell, you told me, that creatures connected to me don't count as outside help, so I thought,m why not make Mizuku my next Familiar, that way, he has to help me get out, and doesn't count as him being outside help, poetic irony~"

"That seems a bit light, don't you think?"

"While true, it might be, but he's been alone here without his Goddess for years."

"Wha-? Nanami, how did you know?" Mizuki asked, shocked.

"My powers told me, and I think, it's time for you to go out in the world again and do something other than waiting," Nanami told him. "That's why, I'm making you my Familiar, so you will have to do what I say."

"Are you sure you want to do this, after everything he did?"

Nanami smirked at Bell. "Hey, you said I should punish people how I see fit, and I'm doing just that."

Bell sighs. "I think I'm starting to see why my father both likes and is frustrated with you sometimes." Bell turned back to her normal human form, fixing her tie. "At least tell me you're not going to regret this choice."

"I might, but I'll deal with it, it's my choice," Nanami stated.

Mizuki looked at Nanami, almost seeing Lady Yonomori in her place. Mizuki gave a true smile. "You remind me a lot of Lady Yonomori, Nanami."

"Yeah, well, I'm not her, and I am going to make you do a lot of work at my shrine and have you come back here as well to clean her shrine as well," Nanami told him. "It should be kept up when Yonomori comes back."

"Do you think she will?"

"You think she will?"

"Hey, you kept this place up for her, even after it was flooded, she will come back one day, I have a feeling she will," Nanami told him, smiling. "We'll just have to find a way to bring this Shrine back so she can return, and have humans visit it again."

Mizuki smiled, as a tear ran down his face. "Then I am your Familiar, Lady Nanami," he told her, bowing. Nanami then kissed the snake, binding him to her just as the sun rose in the sky.

With the four, they were above the flooded river riding in the Night Fog Carriage. Tomoe was still massaging his throat, the fox yokai was still sore from the powerful grip the demon lord had. He almost had half of mind to curse that gods-forsaken demon but unfortunately, he'll have to bitterly admit, Lucifer is more powerful than him.

"A dam," Tomoe stated. "A water god's shrine submerged underwater. How humorous."

"Yes, the irony is truly funny," Beelzebub stated.

"Master Tomoe, Lord Beelzebub, does this mean Lady Nanami is trapped under there?" Kotetsu asked the two.

"In simple words yes. But let's not get hasty here."

"What do you mean fly?"

"We shall wait and see if my daughter has managed to escape with Nanami. She has learned the best when capturing and detaining slippery snakes."

"I should just go down there and just burn the place to the ground, show the naive snake what for," Tomoe stated, summoning blue fox fire. "She is helpless without me."

"She might but you never give her the chance to improve yourself. She can never learn how to grow if you constantly continue to be disdainful with her. How else is she gonna learn how to become a proper Goddess if you continue to baby her."

"She should not have to," Tomoe huffed. "That is my job as her familiar to protect her. She is to do her duty as the land god and nothing else."

Beelzebub sighs, pinching the bridge off his nose. "You're as stubborn as the demons back home..."

"Pot meet kettle, have you met?" Tomoe asked back at the fly.

".. Are we sure they are not related in some way?" Onikiri asked in a whisper to Kotetsu.

"Not sure, could be..." Kotetsu whispered back.

"If it can soothe your worries." Beelzebub brought out a pocket watch from his pocket before holding it at the chain that was attached to the pocket watch. "I'll give them about 35 minutes if they can escape from the snake's grip. If they aren't here in 35 minutes.......... then you are free to do whatever you want."

Tomoe smiles with a cruel smile. "Liking you again." He caught the bee that was buzzing. "And you lowered your reputation with me again."

"If you perhaps give him to me." Lucifer gripped her hands hard while having a twisted smiling expression on her face. "He'll know the meaning of what true pride is."

Parvati bopped her on the head with a paper fan. "Down girl."

Lucifer glared at her. "I am not a dog!"

"Spare me the lectures Parvati. I'd rather not be here in this filthy mortal world and get on to what the other cardinal sins are up to."

"I suggest you shut up before I take your head snake," Bell warned him, her eyes becoming demonic.

Mizuki was sweating, scared. "Y-Yes ma'am~"

Nanami sighs. "Can you two behave...? You two are older than me, but I'm the mature one..."

"But I'm serious," Mizuki stated, actually looking so. "If this 'Field Boss' we are facing is strong, we might need to have her on our side, since she'll be contracted to you and we'll have a heavy hitter if we need her, or she can buff our stats."

"... Who are you and what have you done with the snake?" both girls asked, making an imaginary arrow hit Mizuki in the heart.

Mizuki was overdramatically swooning. "Oh~ Your words hurt me so~!" He then got serious. "But jokes aside, if my barrier has become a dungeon for Lady Nanami to train in, we should have a healer/supporter that can give us information we need. And being that Bell is Beelzebub's daughter..."

"I think I see what you mean," Nanami stated, nodding in agreement. "In the meantime we shou-"

"I SAID WE NEED TO LEAVE! NOW!" She shouted at his face, causing the winds to blow away from the sheer pressure the goddess in training puts in. Making his and Bell's hair flutter through the wind. She grabbed his arm and sprinted away.

"WAAAAAAHHH! WAIT! NANAMI! WHATS GOING O-"

"THERE'S NO TIME TO EXPLAIN!" She continued to shout at Mizuki before they were at the dungeon world she was previously in. she made a throwing motion for a second before she spoke. "GET YOUR ASS AT THE DUNGEON!"

"Well that just happened..." Bell muttered. "They didn't even contract me so I could help them. But then again I might be overkill."

Back with Mizuki and Nanami, they had made it to the area of the boss.

"Did you really need to shove me?" Mizuki asked, getting up.

"We're on a time limit," Naqnami told him, getting her items out to get ready to fight. "If we don't hurry in thirty minutes, Tomoe is going to come and burn the shrine down."

"... I'm sorry, I think I misheard you..." Mizuki stated, his smile straining. "I don't think I heard you right."

"No, you did not hear me wrong, we have to hurry. If we don't beat the boss and get out of here soon, Tomoe doesn't destroy the shrine or the barrier to come and rescue me."

Mizuki stiffened. "Y-You must be joking...~"

"No, and I do not wish for you to lose your home."

"Okay then, let's get this done Quickly then."

"Good, now let's get moving," Nanami ordered.

The Party went in further to find the Boss, rows of Plum Blossom Trees paving the path.

"Nice touch with the sensory," Mizuki admits, liking how the boss area so far.

"My powers are weird, and I'm still learning it," she told him. "And I'm still not sure I even kicked the surface of it."

"All Gods powers are like that," Mizuki agreed. "When/If Yonomori returns she could give you tips."

"I'd be glad to hear her advice, but right now, we gotta go!" Nanami stated. The party of six made it to an open arena-like area.

"Guess we made it to the boss area," Mizuki stated the obvious. "But where is it?"

"I... Don't know, it should be here..." Nanami stated, as they kept walking in.

Just then, a giant shadow started to appear over the two, the slimes keeping back. The two looked up, seeing it was a massive slime.

"Move!" both shouted, dodging the falling slime. It crashed onto the ground, and saw it was a gold looking slime, and actually gold.

Nanami and Mizuki blinked at the monster. "I-Is that Slime made out of Gold?" Mizuki asked.

"I-I think so..." Nanami answered. She looked at the slime title over it.

"Huh, it's level 17, seems like a decent boss," Nanami stated. "And that.............gold........" Nanami eyes reflected on the Golden King Slime gold body.

"How is that slime technically made out of gold? That shouldn't be physically possible."

Dark looked at Light/Xara "Good question Mizuki. How is it that there is a slime made out of gold?"

"How can a slime be made out of metal and iron in the 'By the Grace of the Gods' univers?" they asked back. "Slime, they eat it and transform into said slime. Besides, there have been stranger slime monsters out there, is a Gold Slime really that crazy?" The Angel/Nobody shrugged. "You tend to just go with the craziest when there's a boss of the same monster."

Dark thought about it. "That's technically true........... oh wait a minute, if that slime is made out of gold then.............." A desk appeared out of nowhere as Dark began to calculate. "The sheer size of gold within its range, plus the gold interest minus the taxes, added to the fact that the amount of gold sold in each year equals to................ ah crude."

Dark looked at them. "With that amount of gold, Nanami would be able to get out of her debt five times. That's like the size of almost Scrooge Micducks vault only divide that by 3 times."

Light/Xara whistles. "And Emperor Slimes are bigger. Twice as big. Hlad I went with the King and not a platinum Slime then. Would have been far worse." He thought for a second. "Should Nanami tame the boss?"

Mikage stepped forward and attempted to speak to Gaia. "Uhhhhhh, Gaia? Is something the ma-"

"OF COURSE IT IS YOU DAMN IDIOT GOD!" Gaia shouted at Mikage, she suddenly jumped to Mikage and grabbed his shirt collar while having a mad look on her face. "HER EMOTIONS ARE OVERRIDING THE SYSTEMS COMMAND ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR DAMN MASSIVE DEBT! SHE'S LITERALLY EVEN CAUSING THE SYSTEM TO GLITCH AND I'M HAVING A BIG HEADACHE! BECAUSE OF YOU!"

"... Weren't you the one to select a LITERAL gold slime...?" Sun Wukong asked her.

"But still, I think she's the first to actually override your biggest skill, not since that one girl actually found a way to bypass it with your first chosen Gamer with her power to connect people's minds together. Shin Yoohwa I think her name was... If I'm remembering correctly..."

"Should we be more worried about the golden slime than Nanami- ARGH!" Mikage attempted to say something but was interrupted when Gaia had her hands around his throat.

"I AM REALLY STARTING TO SEE WHY TOMOE GETS FED UP WITH YOU AT TIME!" she roared at him, and if looks could kill; Mikage would have been sent to the other side of the planet, that's how deep he would be dead.

"I'M SORRY!" Mikage shouted while trying to apologize to Gaia.

Sun Wukong had popcorn in his hand while watching the entertainment. "Well, it's not like the worst thing could happe-"

One of the blue screens exploded, causing Gaia to look in shock while she stopped strangling Mikage.

Gaia shifted her attention to the scared matchmaking god, looking already furious she could explode anytime. "Mikage." She snarled and growled at his name in a venom tone. "I swear you better fix this mess, cause if you don't I swear on chaos name, I will-"

Before she could finish her threat to Mikage, they heard a loud ringing tone coming from the blue screen. Sun Wukong glanced at the screen for a second before suddenly smirking. "Well, looks like the cavalry has finally arrived." He said while looking at the screen.

"This is where my daughter said that Nanami and her new familiar, the snake yokai, and her new pet slimes have gone too." Beelzebub spoke to Tomoe while walking through the dungeon area.

Tomoe's eye twitched. "I cannot believe she made that damn snake her familiar..." He growled, his face an angry red.

"Now, now. No need to get even angrier, you've already almost destroyed the shrine with your foxfire. You've spent most of your energy in destroying a divine building."

"Their god is long gone, what's the use of the divine building if there wasn't any god there at all." Tomoe retaliated at Beelzebub.

"I don't disagree with you on that fox but there was still some lingering divinity energy coming from the shrine."

"Let us just get Nanami and get out of here," Tomoe huffed, just wanting to get this over with.

"Hopefully, she isn't that much in danger."

"She better not be, cause I am so sick and tired of her being a spoiled little brat." Tomoe spoke while clenching his fist in anger. "When I see her, when I find her stuck in a dangerous position. I am just gonna sit back and-"

"Giving my sympathy to the poor slime that she is trying to cut up." Tomoe finished his sentence while sprouting a deadpanned look on his face.

Beelzebub mimicked his action while the snake yokai and Nanami's tamed slimes hid behind his robes while looking at Nanami with fear.

"Tomoe?" Beelzebub spoke his name in a deadpanned tone. "What am I looking at?" He asked him.

"Nanami snapping even though that should be impossible with her powers," Tomoe answered in the same tone of voice.

"Who should I be more worried about? Nanami or the gold slime?" Beelzebub asked Tomoe while Nanami somehow continued to chase the gold slime while wielding a cursed sword Beelzebub gave to her. It seems the sword is even more scared of Nanami.

"... That is a good question and I will get back to you on that when I find the answer." Tomoe answered Beelzebub's question.

Mizuki gripped at Beelzebub's robes while having a pleading look on his face. "Please! You gotta help us! She's gone crazy! The moment she saw that gold slime, she changed into a different person and I don't know why! Please help us! It's getting out of control!"

I thought Gods don't care abou-" Mizuki was about to finish his sentence if Tomoe didn't squat down and whisper at the snake yokai's ear, about the debt and her deadbeat father, his eyes widened in surprise and shock. "That much?! Oh my goodness, no wonder she's chasing after that slime! Even the mistress knows not to miss her tax payments! And just how much of a deadbeat does her father have to be!?"

"Well you're gonna have to blame the one who forced her into that debt and the gambling idiot. I swear the next time I see Mikage, I'm gonna bash his face so hard it would be unrecognizable." Tomoe said.

"I see." Mizuki had a thoughtful look on his face before returning to his pleading expression on his face. "But please! Help us!"

Beelzebub observed the situation in his surroundings for a little while before he spoke to Tomoe. "So Tomoe, do you have any plans on how to deal with a certified lunatic money obsessed girl?"

"Honestly, I thought you would, seeing as greed is a devil's thing," Tomoe stated, looking unsure.

"Tomoe....."

"MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! THERE IS NO ESCAPE! YOU CAN'T HIDE FROM ME MY PRECIOUS! STOP TRYING TO RUN AWAY AND ACCEPT YOUR FATE! HAHAHAHHAHA!"

"Not even Mammon can even get close to her." Beelzebub stated while pointing at Nanami's crazed look on her face. The gold slime somehow sprouted olympic runner legs and arms to gain more speed.

"... Okay, something is wrong," Tomoe stated after seeing THAT.

[Nanami's powers are going haywire due to her overclocking [Gamer's Mind]!]

[Stop her or else she'll wreck the sy-]

[BOOM!]

[ERROR! ERROR! ERROR! Code 3423! System is malfunctioning!]

"... Even away, my master messes things up..." Tomoe gowled out, knowing Mikage had the idea to do something like this and causing it to spiral out of control horribly.

"Get the ropes. Are they enchanted?" Beelzebub spoke to Tomoe.

"I do have White Talisman Rope," he answered, pulling out said rope that had talismans on it. "But we're gonna need iron chains if we want to restrain that monstrosity."

"Good thing I'm always prepared." Beelzebub said while taking out headbands, tying them up on his head while Tomoe followed his actions. "If we don't make this out alive...... tell Lucifer to stay away from my stuff. She always wants to know what I have before buying an expensive one and flanking it off at me, as if she's always better than me."

"And if I don't make it, I want you to know that I blame Mikage for this." Tomoe said to Beelzebub.

"We all blame that idiot god." Beelzebub replied to Tomoe.

"Glad to know we can both agree on that."

The two got ready to restrain Nanami and stop her from imploding/exploding their reality.

"CHARGE!" Tomoe shouted while he and Beelzebub both charged at Nanami who looked at them with a ferocious gaze at them.

"Hmmmm? Oh your back Beelzebub, Tomoe. How was your tri-WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE BOTH OF YOU?!" Parvati was about to ask when she suddenly screamed and pointed at Beelzebub and Tomoe.

Beelzebub had numerous bruises, and wounds, his arm was dangling at the side while having a purple eye on his left eye. His clothes were completely torn apart, showing numerous cuts around his body.

Tomoe had multiple bruises around his body, looking more tired than angry. His clothes were torn apart, same as his companion. Multiple bruise bumps were all over his face while limping down, his legs had purple marks around his thighs. His finger nails looked like they were cut off.

Beelzebub was currently dragging a raging Goddess in training as she snarled and tried to get out of her binds, iron binds, with sealing rope as well. Beelzebub glanced at Parvati with a bland deadpanned look on his face.

"Don't ask." He said to Parvati.

"Yes, I am in no mood to retell what happened..." Tomoe stated blandly.

Just then Mizuki, Bell and Nanamui's pet slimes appeared behind the two. They look like they were traumatized due to how much they were shaking in fear.

"I never knew that girl could be so... so... ruthless..." Bell said, almost applauded by her nature.

".. Then why is there a bit of pink on your cheeks from seeing her do that?" Mizuki asked in a deadpan.

"Now's not the time to be flattered by this crazed down girl junior." Beelzebub spoke to his daughter before giving her the iron chains. "If you'll excuse me, I will be at the underworld game tournament while trying to repress the demonic lunatic mad animal from my mind." Beelzebub said while conjuring a fiery portal, entering it without any hesitation before it dispelled. "Oh and if you need me, I will be out of commission for a week or a month. Contact Pandemonica and she'll fill in the gaps." Beelzebub said, finishing his sentence before the portal disappeared.

Nanami looked like she was going to cry and be outraged. "WHY DID YOU KILL THAT SLIME!? WE WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WITH THE DEBT AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FINANCIAL PROBLEM EVER AGAIN! I COULD HAVE FINALLY BEEN DONE WITH A LIFE OF BEING POOR!" Nanami actually started to cry, all the repressed feelings coming out due to her powers being on the fritz and not keeping her calm. "I could have had it easy... I wouldn't have had to worry about my father taking my money and ruining my life... I-I..."

"Now, now, I wouldn't approve of Beelzebub and Tomoe's action but I'm sure they had a good reason why Nanami." Parvati put her hands around Nanami's shoulders, hugging her close to the goddess. "From the way they looked like, when I first saw them, they must've had a hell of a time trying to get you back under control. You were under the influence of the sin of greed. You weren't yourself back then. Those sealing talismans, I am sure they were helping your powers from going out of control."

"Yes, she overloaded her Gamer powers and was about to cause all of reality to crack..." Tomoe stated, his right eye twitching in anger and annoyance. "And it was Mikage who suggested that Golden King Slime to give her a reward... And how I know this, Gaia sent me and Beelzebub a message saying so..."

"See? Beelzebub and Tomoe were trying to help you. You're still a goddess in training and you need to know how to control your divinity before you get out of control." Parvati spoke to Nanami before glancing at Tomoe. "Why don't you go and take a rest Tomoe? I'm sure you had a long day."

"... Normally I wouldn't take such a request... But after today and yesterday, I think I will..." Tomoer stated, heading to his chambers to rest and clean himself. "Do not wake me unless it is truly urgent, like we are under attack."

Nanami slumped. "I-I'm sorry... Normally I'm not greedy... but that slime... I-It was made of pure gold and was huge... I-I just... I just wanted to finally have money and not be scared of losing it all... be it my father or this debt I have to clear..."

"I know you do Nanami and I don't blame you." She hugged the poor girl in a hug, trying to comfort her.

"... I should see what the damage is and see what I haven't screwed up..." Nanami sighs, looking at the boxes she had been ignoring.

"DON'T TRY TO MAKE HER FEEL BETTER DAMN GODDESS! SHE TORE APART BEELZEBUB INTO PIECES AND I'M NOT KIDDING YOU! SHE EVEN TORE MY BELOVED TAIL HAIR APART! I'LL TAKE WEEKS FOR IT TO REGROW!"

"I'M TRYING TO MAKE NANAMI FEEL BETTER INSTEAD OF MAKING IT WORSE FOX!"

"GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! EVEN BEELZEBUB CLAIMS EVEN WRATH WOULD STAY AWAY FROM HER!"

"Ignore that fox." Parvati said to Nanami who looked like she was about to cry a waterfall. "Give Beelzebub and Tomoe some time before they calm down. They must be pretty exhausted from their trip. Say how about we do something that can make you feel better? How does that sound, Nanami?"

"You would do that?" she asked her, looking up to Parvati.

"But of course I would!" Parvati started with a smile.

"Thank you. Maybe breakfast, I haven't had that yet."

"That sounds like a good idea. Anything specific?"

"I was thinking of something.............western."

"How does bacon and eggs with pancakes sound then?"

"Yes, I know a great place that serves that as well," Nanami told her.

"Well then, lead the way~"

"Let's get takeout for the others as well, they deserve it," Nanami stated.

"They sure do Nanami." Parvati replied to Nanami. "I wonder how Beelzebub is doing right now." Parvati spoke, wondering how the demon lord is doing now.

"No idea," Nanami said, shrugging.

"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" a certain matchmaking god screamed out in pain when his limbs were stretched and twisted beyond a beings limitation. Mikage shouted in pain while both his hands and legs were tied up and were pulled apart in a torture device by a certain demon lord who had a deadly aura surrounding him. "I DIDN'T KNOW OKAY!? I SWEAR I DIDN'T KNOW OR KNEW THAT MY SHRINE WOULD GET INTO A MASSIVE PILE OF DEBT BEELZEBUB!"

"I don't want to hear any more excuses." Beelzebub spoke in a plain deadly tone while spinning the wheel, pulling the ropes causing Mikage to scream out in pain with a comedic expression on his face while waterfall tears fell from his eyes. "Because of your lack of attention and action, the girl's power became unstable due to the amount of greed she has inside of her. I not only almost died but your fox familiar has become scarred for his life. Her sin of greed surpasses even the likes of Mammon."

"HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT WOULD HAPPEN!? I JUST WANTED TO REWARD HER!"

"By giving her a golden slime that is made out of gold? You should know by now that amount of gold can bring someone's deepest inner desire. Given the amount of debt you left behind for her to handle, it was obvious she would lose control of herself."

CRACK!

"AAAAHHHHH!"

"Now because of our attempts to bring Nanami back to her senses she has become emotionally distressed. Because of you, I had to directly interfere when Gaia told me her powers are causing a mess in her gamer system."

"I SWEAR I DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD CAUSE THAT TO HAPPEN!"

"Hey hey. Give the old man a break." Sun Wukong interjected while hanging upside down on his floating pole.

"Oh thank you Wuko-"

"Try to aim for his head. That way you can't have to deal with his idiot ideas and you won't have any problems in the future."

"WHAT THE HELL WUKONG?! I THOUGHT YOU WERE ON MY SIDE?!"

"Hah! Why would I be? It's pretty funny to see you getting your butt kicked by old Beelzy."

"YOU JUST DON'T WANT TO BE TORTURED! EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE IMMORTAL!"

"I spent five hundred years inside a mountain trapped in a crystal, I do not want to go through something like that again..."

"Beelzebub?" A feminine voice called out to Beelzebub, causing him to shift his attention from the matchmaking god to the messy primordial goddess of Earth who smiled sweetly at him. "Could you be a dear and shut him up?"

"With pleasure." Beelzebub commanded sets of spiders who crawled to Mikage and made silk webs that covered his mouth.

"I'm sure he's just doing his Roleplay game with the others," Nanami said, shrugging.

"Maybe," Parvati said. "Let's go get breakfast and relax."

"Yes, that sounds good."

The two of them head out to get breakfast and relax after the whole ordeal, not knowing what was to happen next.

Dark: That was originally my idea but decided to scrap it cause my partner has some sort of a special plan for Nanami, I'm afraid I cannot spoil it! You just have to be patient to see.

Tomoe: (Huffs) "Fine. But we should end this now."
